Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - lots of new names tonight...;)
Marge - Hi marg1263 ... is this your lucky number?
marg1263 - Hi everyone!
Elizabeth - Our topic tonight is the Power of Gratitude.
Robin - Hi Marg1263
Marge - Great topic, Liz!
marg1263 - its my b-day month and year
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- where shall we start on this topic?
Elizabeth - There's also been a request to do some follow-up on
the chat topic from last time, which was, the masks of the
personality.
Elizabeth - However, we'll start on the Power of Gratitude, since
it helps the other work ... the work of uncovering the masks
... go easier and faster.
Marge - Yes, Liz, I for one asked for that if possible, ... a very powerful topic ... whew, taking a lot
of work! LOL
Elizabeth - Those of you who are newcomers, Welcome! ... Simply
follow along, we’ll guide you through
everything!
Marge - Perfect!
Elizabeth - Dee, I was praying
and meditating on "where to start" myself today!!!
LOL!!!
Cheryl - Liz, quick question, I have a cat that recently started
shredding paper--any suggestions?
Cheryl - like...?
Elizabeth - Cheryl, where is the cat?
Cheryl - on my ;ap
Elizabeth - What is your cat's name?
Cheryl - Champy
Elizabeth - She says it's not a problem for her, that she's shredding
paper. LOL! Is it a problem for you?
Donna - logged on. -
Elizabeth – Cheryl? Or are you just curious?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - LOL
Cheryl - not unless its an important
paper--is she doing it for fun? I thought she might be imitating
the rats -they rip paper all day long
Marge - Hi Donna
Cheryl - just curious
Donna - Hi Marge
Marge - oh Cheryl, maybe she wants to get in on the game, LOL
Elizabeth - She IS doing it for entertainment. She says she's
not eating it, just shredding it. And then looking around
and being amused at the mess.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - C-this is a new habit of Champy's
right"
Cheryl - I just wanted to know if she was upset at something
Marge - LOL, LOL
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- that is too funny
Cheryl - well, it is a MESS when she's done, its tiny bits and
she'll made hundreds of them if I let her!
Elizabeth - Cheryl, she says no, she's not upset. It's just something
to do that never occurred to her to do until recently.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - HAHAHA
Elizabeth - The mess amuses her, Cheryl!
Marge - RAOTF Laughing!
Cheryl - is there anything thing else I can "entertain
her with" that she might like also?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - its amusing me too...dear sister...lol
Cheryl - she is on my desk right now purring up a storm!
Marge - oh Cheryl, this made my night! I needed a good laugh!
Thank you Champy!
Elizabeth - Cheryl, she says she's really "into" this
at the moment. It pleases her. She’s quite pleased with
herself. She likes the feel of doing something with her
teeth. She likes the sensation. She likes the mess. It's
fun, she says.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Mrge- i've
seen the mess she makes...its crazy
Elizabeth - She even likes arching her head up when she tears
the paper.
Cheryl - Well, then, SHED AWAY I SAY!
Elizabeth - She also said she might get tired of it at some point.
But for now she's loving it.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- thanks for reading Champy...im laughing so hard right now
Elizabeth - She's a hoot!
Donna - Maybe she would like one of those tunnels that make
noise.
Marge - Well, as long as Cheryl can live with it for a while,
she'll probably find something else entertaining later on,
LOL Oh, I can't help it, this is SO Funny!
Cheryl - Thank you lIz, that was bothering
me that something might be wrong, but now I can be amused
by it and even give her more "appropriate" paper
to shred
Elizabeth - Cheryl ... well ... given tonight's topic ... the
idea arises, to be grateful she's found something so enjoyable
that's relatively harmless!!!
Elizabeth - Except to the paper of course! LOL!
Cheryl - AMEN!
Marge - Cheryl, I shred a lot of papers and find it so time
consuming. I think I need a Champy!
LOL, LOL
Cheryl - lol
Cheryl - Shes a beautiful cat, nothing
ever wrong with her--an actual happy-go-lucky--and I mean
ALL the time
Elizabeth – Marge …. TOOO funny! Cheryl, when Champty
sends me the energy of tearing up the paper, she also is
sending the energy of having at least one eye on "role
models" for tearing up paper ... she's very grateful
that they've taught her this idea.
Cheryl - purrs even if you LOOK at her
Cheryl - is this the rats that I have?
Elizabeth - She says the difference is, when her role models tear
up paper, it's contained, like it’s inside of something
else. When she tears up paper, it flies all over. She says
she's having much more fun with it than they are!
Marge - I'm grateful to Champy for
making me laugh!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - how great
Elizabeth - She's a real sweetie!
Cheryl - I have 18 rats, they tear paper constantly, I wonder
if they are her "role models"
Marge - Cheryl, what color is she? any
markings?
Elizabeth - She's really pretty proud of herself. She says she's
doing a great job of it ... tearing up paper. She's
obviously loving talking about it!!! LOL!!!
Marge - Great start for this evening's topic, eh, Liz?
Elizabeth - Cheryl, I just asked her, she said, "Yes, of
course!"
Elizabeth - Marge, yes! LOL!
Cheryl - Shes all grey-, thick short
coat

Rosie
Tara - Sorry I am late ...Hi everybody
Elizabeth - Well, LOL, back to tonight's topic ... the Power of
Gratitude.
Elizabeth - It occurred to me, to start with distinctions, energetic
distinctions.
Marge - RT .. when
you read this part of the transcript, I think you'll get
a good laugh too
Cheryl - I've been calling her "mommy's little termite"
Rosie
Tara - Full shopping center, hot day, terrible traffic !
Elizabeth - Cheryl ... LOL!!!
Marge - okay Liz
Rosie
Tara - Did I miss something...???
Elizabeth - RT, Cheryl's cat has a new behavior, you'll see it
and laugh when you read the transcript!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - ok-energetic distinctions....
Jolight - I am really grateful to be here in 2006
Marge - You'll just have to read it RT, it will be more meaningful
when you do
Elizabeth - I have come to realize that one of the fastest ways
to change our lives, is to invite ourselves to be in the
energy of gratitude, daily.
If not always.
Elizabeth - And a good way to start this, is to type into the
Chatroom now, what you're grateful for ... Jo has already
started!
Rosie
Tara - Can't wait to read it
Cheryl - Champy! and all my other
animal companions
Elizabeth - And while you're doing this ... letting things arise
for you, that create a feeling of gratitude for you, and
keying it into the chatroom ...
begin to create distinctions on how this feels, and where
you feel it in your body, your being. We'll address that
shortly!

Donna - I am grateful for being on a spiritual path.

GirlyGirls - Hi All. . .I'm reading up . . .
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and animals too
Elizabeth - GG, we're keying into the chatroom
what is arising from us, as sources of gratitude ... and
noting where it occurs in our bodies.
Marge - I'm grateful for becoming more "aware"
GirlyGirls - Thanks.
Elizabeth - I am grateful to God, for being my Friend.
Donna - I am grateful for Reiki and for being able to help
others heal.
Cheryl - winning the lottery--well it hasn't happened yet, but
keck, why not put the energetic
out there...lol
Marge - I'm grateful for my continued healing and good health
Rosie
Tara - I am grateful that I am able to be grateful.....
Marge - LOL Cheryl, me too, LOL

who continues to grace my life from the Other Side.

for all beings on our planet.

classical homeopathy.
GirlyGirls - I am grateful for the promise of healing. . .
Elizabeth - I am grateful for the Internet, which has opened up
connection opportunities for all of us, especially those
of us here now!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I am grateful that if we ask, we shall receive
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz-good one
Rosie
Tara - I just studied that we even have to be grateful if
we suffer....
GirlyGirls - Absolutely, RT!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I am grateful for the ability to believe
Jolight - I am grateful for this Chatroom
and the Positive Spirits in it
Marge - I am grateful for this increible
opportunity to learn and grow spiritually
Rosie
Tara - because we work on our Karma...
christine - I am grateful that I am not in control..and
that I know this
Cheryl - I'll agree with that Liz-it helps me both in spiritual
connection with mentors and friends as well as an important
work tool
Marge - I agree, Liz
GirlyGirls - In Catholicism, we refer to it as the redemptive aspects
of suffering, or "offering it up" as a prayer
Cheryl - Rosie-I agree--with suffering ofteen
we are taught lessons, which we can be thankful for
Elizabeth - Now ... as the feelings of gratitude arise, where
are you feeling them?
GirlyGirls - That was for RT. . .I'm grateful
for my faith
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i feel them in my solar plexus
Rosie
Tara - Cheryl...yes and we grow and grow
Robin - In the area around the heart
GirlyGirls - Heart chakra area
Marge - in my heart, throughout my entire being, .. not head first, lol
Elizabeth - For me, they well up first from my center, and then
up-lift and in-fill as my breath expands.
Rosie
Tara - Thanks GG I agree

Elizabeth - And they pretty quickly radiate out from my whole
body.
Cheryl - they feel ike
tiny bubbles rising from dep within
and coming out of my fingertips as I type them
Sue - Good evening!
Elizabeth - Hi, Sue! Our topic tonight is the Power of Gratitude.
Rosie
Tara - in my chest / heart area
GirlyGirls - Hi Sue
Elizabeth - And then I feel like I'm glowing.
Donna - In my heart area.
Cheryl - Gratitude feels alot like
LOVE
Sue - Hi Elizabeth, Hi Girly!
Rosie
Tara - Hi Sue
GirlyGirls - I am grateful Fannie is here with me (she wants me to
say that)
Marge - Hi Sue, good to have you back,
Sue - I just got here
Sue - Hi Rosie
Elizabeth - Sue, we're keying in things we're grateful for, and
then becoming aware of where and how the feeling of gratitude
arises within us.
christine - I
feel a gentle peace, like a soft down comforter
Sue - But thank, sMarge!
Rosie
Tara - gratitude warms the whole body...
Sue - family
Sue - friends, kitties
Marge - I agree, RT
Sue - creativity
Elizabeth - Where else? What else? What else are people feeling,
and where else, in your body? And what's going on with your
mind, and your heart, as gratitude arises within you?
Marge - no negativity in the mind, it becomes softer and more
quiet
Rosie
Tara - it makes mae somehow happy
,too
Sue - I am trying just to feel, but am having a hard time "letting
go"
Cheryl - it feels like it opens, as we are paying attention
to actually what we are greatful
for
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - hmmm..my
mind feels mmore open and connected
to...everything
Cheryl - Like giving it recognition, it gives back awareness
Elizabeth - Marge ... a softer mind. Cheryl ...
paying attention, a.k.a. awareness. RT
... happy.
Rosie
Tara - fullfilled, maybe?
Marge - for me it feels like I've let go of things that have
been nagging at me ...
Elizabeth - A mind more quiet ... letting go of things "nagging"
at you ... RT ..
.fulfilled.
Cheryl - makes the mind feel sharper--but in a way "riteous" becuase if we are
truely greatful for selfless things,
it seems to free us
Marge - I feel an inner peacefulness
Elizabeth - From here, I offer, that being in the energy of gratitude,
quiets the mind, in-fills us with healing, sacred breath,
and very importantly, brings us fully into the present ...
fully into now.
Elizabeth - The experience here is, as the energy of gratitude
expresses, that the breath gets fuller, the body more relaxed.
Are others having some of this experience also?
Rosie
Tara - That's it..Liz....present...
Cheryl - YES in to the NOW--it definitely feels like that Liz!
Cheryl - yes Liz
Sue - I'm just too preoccupied... not a good time to do this,
I guess.
Elizabeth - Marge, yes. An inner peacefulness.
When we are fully in now, I've noticed, what we FEEL frequently
IS peacefulness.
Donna - Sue, I feel as you do.
Marge - yes, Liz, I'm more aware of my breathing
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - yes Liz
Elizabeth - Sue, take a few deep breaths, and key in a few full
sentences on what you are grateful for. If you find it difficult
to key in a few sentences, there is another energy we can
start with, that can help people move into feeling grateful.
Rosie
Tara - if we are in the NOW, the threat of the past and future
is gone...
Elizabeth - Donna, then, you , too. Take
a few deep breaths, and key in a few full sentences on what
you are grateful for.
Sue - It is difficult
Elizabeth - RT, any regrets about the past or anxiety about the
future are gone, when we are in the NOW, especially when
we are in GRATITUDE in the NOW.
GirlyGirls - Sue and Donna, try in the smallest ways. . I can remember
a few eyars ago being very very preoccupied about my Pinky's health. I found a reason
to be grateful for every little thing my eyes fell upon.
. the dirty kitchen floor, that
it was such a big floor and I had such a big kitchen, and
the stairs, that take me to rest, etc, etc. . start
with the smallest things, and it builds, really
Rosie
Tara - Yes, yes....so true, Liz
Sue - I know you are right... I am just feeling rather ungrateful
now, I am ashamed to say.
Elizabeth - GG, this is precisely where it came to me today, to
take this discussion tonight.
GirlyGirls - Sue, i was in the same place.
Those who have been ont he chat
a few years know the struggles I had with my heart and mind
over these years. .
Elizabeth - Sue, this may not be true for you, but sometimes,
especially when we are children, our parents or other adults
told us so often to "be grateful for ..." this
and that or the other, that the very idea of being "grateful"
... the very word itself ... sometimes creates resistance
for some people.
Marge - Sue, as you take in a few more breaths, you will feel
better and start to think of things that you are grateful
for, no matter how small as GG said
GirlyGirls - Little tny baby steps of gratitude.
. . when things got bad, I would sing hymns of praise I
learned as a child. . . praise and gratitude. ..
Rosie
Tara - GG, I know exactly what you mean...
Sue - It is a lot of work. Worthwhile, I know, but I am so tired.
Elizabeth - And sometimes our filters of our present world are
colored in such a way, that we resist seeing what is there,
to be grateful for, or thankful for.
Sue - very true
Elizabeth - However, I have found that gratitude helps us focus
on the present. It also helps us appreciate the process
of our own journey.
GirlyGirls - Sue, it's actually effortless, a little silly , like a game. .
Donna - I've keyed in several sentences. This is a new kind
of format for me. I haven't been in many chat rooms and
I feel I'm straining rather than having the gratitude flowing.
There are many things I'm grateful for, but there's also
lots of "stuff" that I'm not grateful for.
Sue - Exactly, Donna
Elizabeth - It is a paradox of life, that the fastest way to change
the filters, is to begin a daily process of feeling grateful
...
Rosie
Tara - Donna, we all think we have things to be ungrateful
for...
Donna - Elizabeth,
I'm intersted in what you said
earlier about gratitude speeding change in lives. Can you
elaborate on that?
GirlyGirls - I could never be grateful for the tumor in Pinky, but
there were many little things I learned, and goodness that
came from people around me because of it that I was grateful
for. . .
Robin - I think sometimes when our live become just routine,
the same thing every day we don't see the things that we
should be grateful for. It is usually when we hit a crisis
we then have something to hang on to, to help us get through
it.
Donna - RT, I'm glad I'm not alone in that. I would like to
see the glass as half full more times than
I see it half empty.
Elizabeth - For some people, starting with the energy of gratitude
is too hard. The energy to start with then, is the energy
of praise. Sue, Donna, or anyone else for whom this is the
current situation, what can you praise 100%? What "thing"
in your life, perhaps even only one thing, do you totally
admire and find totally praise-worthy?
Rosie
Tara - just disregard them for a moment.....
GirlyGirls - Gratitude quickens us. . . makes
our vibration more pure/higher. ..therefore
positive energy and it's ability to attract more positive
energy is enhanced.
Donna - The blessing of having my dog in my life and my mom
still alive and in decent health.
Elizabeth - GG ... yes ... and gratitude is one of the fastest
ways to do that, too!
Sue - GG -- that is true. I know I am not putting out positive
energy now.
Sue - Actually, mine is similar. My felines
and my Mom still being with me and reasonably healthy.
Elizabeth - Donna, that is beautiful ... I'll work with you for
a moment now ... so when you say and think and feel, "the
blessing of my Dog and my Mom still alive", and you
sense yourself, are you 100% behind how praiseworthy this
is?
Rosie
Tara - I feel blessed that I have my Tara
girl and my three grandsons
GirlyGirls - You're Okay Sue, you are trying and you are talking. . .you're just purging a little with us, and that's
okay. been there. . .ask Liz, and
Marge and Dzp!! ; - )
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i believe that we have to
"expect our lives to change for hte
better" then, wake up an say I expect to have something
great happen to me today"
Donna - Yes, Liz, I definitely am.
Marge - Donna and Sue ... tht is
beautiful, you both expressed gratitude for wonderful beings
in your lives!
Elizabeth - And Sue ... same question ... when you sense and say
and think and feel "my felines and my Mom still
being with me" ... do you also feel 100% behind
this praiseworthy statement?
Sue - Thanks, GG. I am
being a scootch now...
GirlyGirls - Oh, DZP that's where I don't do so well LOL! Waking up
with high expectations. . .too
difficult since I gave up caffeine! LOL
Sue - Yes
Elizabeth - Sue, Donna (and perhaps others) when we are having
trouble expressing gratitude, it's usually because we feel
something is not right in our lives. And the something that
is not right, our mental story of it, our feelings about
us, preclude our abilities to feel the gratitude.
Elizabeth - So what we do about it is,
we go into the energy of praise instead.
Rosie
Tara - Lol GG
Elizabeth - And that which we find to praise, we praise our entire
LIVES for, since usually it is our perception of our LIFE
at the moment, that is causing us the suffering.
Sue - More than one something at this time. I am trying to take "smaller bites", but overwhelm
myself instead.
Elizabeth - GG ... LOL!!!
Donna - That's interesting, Liz. It feels like the energy
of gratitude is inward and the energy of praise is outward.
Marge - LOL GG
Elizabeth - So one thing we can say is, for example, for Sue ...
"Praise 'my dog and my Mom being
here' for my LIFE.
Elizabeth - And for Donna, "Praise my cats and my Mom being
here" for my life.
Rosie
Tara - Perception and our masks we are wearing...so true Liz
Elizabeth - Donna, yes. precisely. :)
GirlyGirls - The great saints always said that when going through
a "spiritually dry" period of time, to go through
the motions of prayer and praise, etc.
. .even if one's heart doesn't seem to be in it.
. .
Sue - That sent a tingling sensation through me.
Elizabeth - The energy of gratitude up wells from the inside out
... actually comes down from the top and up from the bottom,
arises from our centers or our cores, and then expresses
outward.
Sue - I do . I pray every day and don't
"feel" it, but keep doing it anyway.
Elizabeth - The energy of praise is a little more mental, and
it is what works for some people to start with. It's what
I started with.
Elizabeth - When we are in the energy of praise and use the energy
I just shared, it, also, brings us fully into the present
time. It also stops all mental 'chatter'. It's VERY powerful.
Cheryl - I try to be thankful for even small thing throughout
the day-like picking the line at the grocery store that
moves fast
Cheryl - not getting stuck at traffic lights
GirlyGirls - LOL Cheryl!! That NEVER happens to me!!
Marge - me too, Cheryl
Elizabeth - So, Sue, when you say, "Praise 'my dog and my
Mom being here' for my Life" and Donna, when you say,
"praise 'my cats and my mom being here' for my LIFE"
... these are very powerful sentences to refresh the soul
and bring us into NOW.
Cheryl - Thats
why we shuld be thankful when
it does! lol
Donna - I found it very interesting about what you said regarding
it being the perception of our lives that causes the suffering.
So true.
Rosie
Tara - LOL...Cheryl...couldn't find one today...
GirlyGirls - And they are powerful things for which to be grateful,
moms and cats. . .I've lost both.
.. I'm grateful, I'll say it again, that
Fannie is here with me.
Elizabeth - Another aspect of gratitude it comes to share is,
what I've found is most powerful.
Elizabeth - There is deep respect here for the power of writing
and keeping a daily journal.
Elizabeth - Journal writing has a number of physical and mental
and spiritual health benefits.
Cheryl - Did you mentally "ask" for help picking the
line? Sometime is you do, and wait a few seconds..you "decide" on a line and it just moves--lik
help is being given from beyond--it makes me smile
Elizabeth - And gratitude journals are very simple to keep.
GirlyGirls - I've not done journal writing for 30 years. . .
Donna - I used to do Julia Cameron's Morning Pages, but stopped
a while back.
Elizabeth - All of you .. when you have times of difficulty ... you may wish to consider
something to "praise" in a sentence using the
format, "Praise {your phrase} for my LIFE."
Marge - Journal writing is incredible! It has helped me enormously!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - your hardships in life teach us lessons to help us
achieve a better life
GirlyGirls - A lot of good stuff went by. I had a father who could
not respect my privacy around writing poetry and journals,
and I haven't been able to do it for eyars.
Rosie
Tara - Cheryl...I did with parking lots....it worked
Donna - I'm not sure how the "for my LIFE" phrase
fits in.
Cheryl - I often write before I go to bed, both positive and
negative feelings come out abou
the day, but then I dont go to bed with them. In the morning I tear p the paper
and throw it away and release myself from those things that
happened so I don't carry them with me the next day
GirlyGirls - Maybe starting with a gratitude journal would be a good
first step. . thanks, Liz. . .I've
never been happy with abandoning my writing.
Elizabeth - A gratitute journal can
be as simple as each morning, or each evening, or both,
writing down five things for which you are grateful.
GirlyGirls - But it became painful for me to write. .
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - these hardships are telling us something...be aware
of teh message in it, and thank
the universe for being a teacher and teaching us, then ask
for life to be simpler..that you can learn your lessons in an easier way
Donna - Linda Tellington-Jones says
five things she's grateful for every night before she goes
to bed.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - c- that would be good advise to give mom
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - remeber that
Rosie
Tara - Good idea, Liz, forgot about that...
Marge - ah, Donna ... you are into Tteam
work also, yes? Fabulous!
GirlyGirls - Oh Liz, the Praise for my Life thing. . Gosh, I remember
you doing this with us a couple of years ago? It totally
changed me, and I was in the barrel about Pinks back then.
. .Praise Pinky's triple backflip
for my life. . .pure pure pure joy!
Elizabeth - The very best journal teacher I've ever experienced
is Julia Cameron. She's a prolific creator of books, plays,
music, and much more ... and she has a journal which she
calls, "The Artist's Way Morning Pages Journal"
... it's a wonderful way to keep a journal especially since
it's fun!
Donna - I'll start a gratitude journal and doing morning pages
again.
Cheryl - I agree with Dee--ask the universe to show you your
lessons is a less dificuly way--but
you must keep up your end of that bargain and listen carefully
to your life and catch the subtle things that are messages
too
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - right C
Elizabeth - GG ... yes, it's very powerful! Thank you for remembering,
and thank you for sharing how powerful it is for you!
Donna - Yes, Marge, I am. I completed the first Foundation
Training Class. TTouch is a blessing
that I am very grateful for!
Elizabeth - Barnes and Noble and Borders and I suspect amazon.com
sell the paperback version of Cameron's Journal.
Marge - Good for you, Donna! And for your start at your Gratitude
Journal!
Rosie
Tara - It is also very powerful to think about your day in
REVERSE befor e you go asleep...
Donna - I had the great joy a number of years ago of attending
a "Creativity Camp" for a week with Julia Cameron.
It was wonderful.
Elizabeth - So we can all be grateful to the Universe that Donna
has finished the TTouch class,
and we can be grateful for all the horses who will breathe
easier because Donna and Linda Tellington-Jones and TTouch exist!
Donna - Thanks, Marge.
Marge - RT ... only those things you can be grateful for, LOL
Elizabeth - Donna, that's how I "found" her! LOL!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - ask God to make your life easier and then be aware
Donna - Liz, actually the class was for companion animals.
Rosie
Tara - Marge , everything..LOL
Marge - Amen to that Liz! (about Donna
and Ttouch, etc.)
Elizabeth - Donna...then we edit to add 'companion animals' to
our gratitude!
Donna - My dog is VERY GRATEFUL for TTouch.
He wanted to tell you that.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - of what he shows you..he wants your life to be happy and good
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - he just needs yoou to work
with HIm
Marge - How wonderful, Donna!
Rosie
Tara - Sweet, Donna

Marge - Sue, how are you doing?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - God helps those who help themselves
Donna - He just jumped up on my computer chair.
Elizabeth - Dee...the best thing there is, to be grateful for
... that God wants to be in our lives, and wants our lives
to be happy and good!
Elizabeth - Donna ... VERY fun!
Marge - Amen to that Liz and Dee!
Rosie
Tara - I like that, DZP
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - right Liz- work as a team
Elizabeth - Another easy way to keep a gratitude journal, is to
get an empty journal, or one that only has the days of the
year on each page, and write down each day, at least five
things you are grateful for. Or ... if you feel too blocked
to go into gratitude …write your PRAISE statement 5 times!
Donna - Thank you all for your words of encouragement and
light.
Marge - what's your dog's name, Donna?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - be grateful that we have an ever present Love that
supports us
Donna - His name is Socrates -- very appropriate for he is
always teaching.
Cheryl - Liz, my other cat was in the room, I just told him
I was talking with you and he came right up to the computer
screen and looked at it, he's laying down on my desk now...My
guy just LOVE you!
Marge - we are grateful for your presence, Socrates
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - all beings Love Liz...lol
Donna - He sends you his best woofs, Marge.
GirlyGirls - Oh Donna, my friends had a Spanish Mastiff (sp?) named
Socrates. . but they pronounced
it So-Crates! He was special. . .
Marge - Awww, Cheryl How sweet Donna!
Rosie
Tara - Hi Sokrates....great name
GirlyGirls - Where's Wolf?
Donna - Liz, have you found that being actively grateful has
helped change your life in important ways?
Elizabeth - For those of you who want additional inspiration on
feeling grateful and the importance of the energy of feeling
grateful, Masaru Emoto, who wrote "The Miracle Messages from Water",
has also published, "The Miracle Messages from Water
III" ... in it, are the crystals formed from people
praying, and especially praying in gratitude and thanksgiving.
GirlyGirls - Is there a II?
Elizabeth - Cheryl... that is SO sweet! <grin>!!!

Elizabeth - Donna ... too cute!
Marge - Oh Liz, I must get that book!
marg1263 - sorry room, my computer froze
GirlyGirls - I guess the English version of Hidden Messages in Water
is actually the second ??
Elizabeth - Welcome back, Marg!
marg1263 - thank you : )
Elizabeth - GG .. he has at least 4 books
out now. Messages I, Messages II, Messages III, and a Workbook. Maybe even another one.
GirlyGirls - Oh geez, I'm behind. .
Marge - me too, GG
Elizabeth - I have all of them and very predictably I like Messages
III, the one on the power of prayer, the best! LOL!!!
Rosie
Tara - me ,too, GG
Cheryl - Liz, is there a stone or a remedy for helping with
gratitude?
Elizabeth - Cheryl ... quartz crystals. And
Bach's mimulus, to disperse anxiety.
GirlyGirls - and imagining the face of God, Cheryl.
. . : - )
Donna - I just began Doreen Virtue's "Angel Medicine"
book and she talks about the healing power of quartz crystals.
Elizabeth - For people who want to dispel negativity, organite is probably best.
GirlyGirls - I used that in my yoga practice, for focusing and balancing.
. it always created a wonderful
energy in my heart. . even though
it's not something you really "see"
Rosie
Tara - That is a hard one, GG
Robin - logged off. -
Cheryl - Liz, and what would be the stone to help with acceptance
(tolerance)
GirlyGirls - I dunno RT, it always made
me a little giddy. . school girlish
happy!
Marge - Liz, what is organite?
Rosie
Tara - Just kidding, GG
Elizabeth - Marge, it's a substance that absorbs and transmutes
negativity.
Marge - so it's a Bach remedy?
Cheryl - and I say acceptance, because for harshps that we have difficulty havong
gratitude for, acceptance to dispell
negative energy that would surround someone who fails to
accept a hardship
Elizabeth - Cheryl, I don't know what stone would help with acceptance.
Moldavite comes to mind. Someone
else may have a suggestion.
Elizabeth - Marge, mimulus is, yes.
Marge - oh, Liz .. Organite is a type of crystal?
Marge - .. or
rock?
Elizabeth - Marge, I'm not sure. I just came across a note to
research it and get one today. I wrote the note in August
of LAST year! LOL!!! I'll find out and share it.
Marge - LOL, thanks Liz
GirlyGirls - I think it's a rock. ..
Rosie
Tara - Where can you get it, Liz?
Marge - .. more
on the Power of Gratitude now? or
is it time for the healing prayers?
GirlyGirls - I'm ready, or I will have to pray with you from my dreams.
Elizabeth - All .. it's
time now, to start the healing prayer session. We start
by first choosing a Name that we each want to use, to represent
the Divine or the Sacred or God and key that Name into the
chat room ....
Cheryl - Divine Universe
Jolight - I have a lot to do tomorrow, blessings to all, I must
sign out, and I am grateful to have participated in this
Chat Room
Elizabeth - (RT ... not sure. I'll find out and let people know.
If someone else finds it, share it, please).
GirlyGirls - Abba
GirlyGirls - Goodnight Jolight
Elizabeth - Jolight ... nice to see
you here!
Rosie
Tara - Father in Heaven
Marge - Holy Spirit, Divine Universe
Elizabeth - Sacred Universe!
Jolight - logged off. -
Donna - Divine Universe
marg1263 - God
Rosie
Tara - Night Jolight
Donna - Mother, Father, God and all there is
Donna - Good night Jolight (what
a lovely name).
Elizabeth - Mother, Father, God and all there is, Divine Universe,
Sacred Universe, Father in Heaven, God, Abba, we call you
now!
Elizabeth - WE know that you are in US, and WE are in YOU ...
Elizabeth - We know that together We co-create ...
Elizabeth - WE thank you for being here with us now ...
Elizabeth - We thank you for in-filling Us with Your Power and
Grace ...
Elizabeth - We feel You now as We open to You, Your Light, Your
Power, Your Joy ...
Elizabeth - As We breathe in, even more of You in-fills Us ...
Elizabeth - We ask you to come be with Us ... to work through
Us ...
Elizabeth - As We set our Intention to be of help to those in
the Basket of Blessings ...
Elizabeth - All ... the Basket of Blessings is before me now ...
please in=fill with sacred breath, say/think YOUR Name for
the Divine, and set your intention to flow healing energy
to those in the Basket ... the Basket is before me, filled
with hunrdreds and hundreds of
prayer requests ...
Elizabeth - Beam your palms towards your computer screen, setting
your intention to have the energy flow through you, to those
in the Basket in front of me ...
Elizabeth - Andi it is so.
Marge - and it is so
Elizabeth - It is time now, to enter the names of any other animals,
people, or |
