"Emotions and Co-Creation Part II"

If you wish to receive notifications of the date and time of the bi-weekly Chat'N'Pray sessions, please fill out a Contact Elizabeth form and ask.

Marge - logged on. - from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98; Win 9x 4.90) on Thu Jan 27 9:01pm ET)
Marge - I've been sitting here reading the transcript from our last chat. Sure hope we continue with that topic tonight ... "The role of emotions in co-creation".
Elizabeth - logged on.
- from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; AOL 9.0; Windows NT 5.1) on Thu Jan 27
Elizabeth - I'd like to continue the conversation from last time, too. So since it's the two of us right now, let's do it!
Marge - okay!
Elizabeth - Which aspect of it would you like to pick up and continue or deepen now?
Marge - I've really been paying attention to my 'wants' .. my feelings, over the last 2 weeks. Sure recognize a lot of situations with 'double' beliefs.
Marge - ... this translates into "stuck" or at the least, very slow uphill going
Elizabeth - What I've been very 'present' with, is, conversations which run themselves over and over and over again, which aren't empowering, and are hard to 'catch' ... but they're there, doing their energy-reducing work.
Elizabeth - I find once I catch them, they either get quiet or they morph into something else. Often they run their thread for days.
Marge - yes, I've found that too.
Marge - I read a little book the other day called "As You Wish". ...
Elizabeth - For example, last week I was ecstatic because the news about my eyes appears to be very encouraging, AND I was given a new (small) copper standing-seam roof for my little front porch ,,,

Elizabeth - (Hi, Karen, we're talking about emotions and co-creation) ..
Marge - I caught myself practically affirming that I was feeling as though nothing was going to change. Then the little 'genie' from the book said .. As You Wish. LOL, LOL
Elizabeth - And somehow this past weekend, I lost it. Where "it" was the feeling of amazing joy and happiness. So for the past 4 or 5 days, I've been running the conversation, "Where did I lose it? What happened?" which of course creates it's OWN energetic of 'losing' it or doubt or concern.
Marge - ... well, I guess I was feeling that nothing was going to change. And so, I was affirming that.
Elizabeth - Marge ... Yes, that's how it works. The Universe ALWAYS says "Yes" .... or, in other words, "As You Wish."  I do the “Universe says Yes” game sometimes in my seminars. It’s really an eye-opener for people.
Marge - Hi Karenamarc
Karenamarc - Hi, Marge and Elizabeth. Sounds like an interesting conversation!!
Elizabeth - Karen ... it's a follow-on from the chat topic two weeks ago.
Karenamarc - Is this about staying positive in our thoughts?
Elizabeth - And since it is absolutely so, that the Universe always says, "Yes", the only thing that gets in between us and what we say we 'want' is ... well ... US! LOL!
Karenamarc - Oh, boy. I am in trouble.
Elizabeth - Karen ... not necessarily, there's more to it than just 'staying positive' in our thoughts. What's true is, emotions are the fuel of the energy of manifesting. We can SAY "I feel great" which is certainly a positive statement, but whatever we truly FEEL is what is going to become our reality.
Karenamarc - So how do we change crummy feelings to truly wonderful ones?
Elizabeth - We can also say, "I feel lousy" but if we say that from a position of truly feeling great, and we're teasing for some reason, then that too, is what we'll be creating .. more of truly feeling great.
Marge - You said it Liz, ... it's US, WE, our minds, get in the way ... again!!
Elizabeth - Karen ... I'm beginning to think we just decide to do it.
Karenamarc - I know what you mean to some extent. When we get tired of feeling crummy and being down, things change.
Elizabeth - (Marge, th at’s my experience!) And for some of us, when we decide to do it, our minds will literally SCREAM at us with all the reasons it's not true, or the reasons we CAN'T do it, or the reasons we tried once before or twice before or who knows how many times before and it didn't work.
Rosie Tara - logged on.
- from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows 98) on Thu Jan 27 9:22pm ET)
Karenamarc - But I have to do some work for that to happen . ie journaling, prayers, screaming, crying, etc.
Rosie Tara - Sorry I am laten
Elizabeth - (Hi, Brigitte, we're continuing the conversation from last time about emotions and co-creation).
Karenamarc - Going to a good movie to lift the gloom, etc.
Elizabeth - Brigitte, not a problem. Glad to have you here.
Rosie Tara - okay I will just listen for a while
Karenamarc - Hi, Brigitte!!
Elizabeth - Sometimes it helps to have a list of things that we KNOW help us feel better ... and then to create the discipline to make sure we DO something on that list, whenever we're feeling down.
Marge - This past weekend, I attended the 4th out of 5 seminars here in Calgary with Bob Proctor and John Kanary. Would you believe, it was the same topic we're on?!!! I felt just great during and after the seminar, .. then back to doubting, and I 'lost' so much of my "up" ness.
Marge - Hi Rosie Tara!
Karenamarc - What a good idea.
Rosie Tara - Hi everybody
Karenamarc - I forget so easily, that I was thinking about making lists of places I want to go to that make me happy.
Marge - John Kanary said "The mind is a powerful magnet and, as such, attracts whatever corresponds to its ruling state."
Karenamarc - Hi Rosie Tara
Elizabeth - Marge ... exactly what you're sharing, is something I've noticed about intense, upbeat seminars. Very frequently, within a short period of time, we fall "down" after we leave them. Frequently it's within the first two or three days. I believe it's because the facilitators create an intoxicating and delicious adrenalin based, contact based 'high' for everyone there ... but if people don't have the means to sustain that in their lives, then they kind of 'crash'. Is that what you felt happened?
Marge - Speaking of movies ... I got to see "What in the Bleep do we know"!!!! Elizabeth - Oh, Marge, I'm SO glad you saw that wonderful movie!!!
Karenamarc - Was it good?
Elizabeth - ... "we attract whatever corresponds to our ruling state..." that's pretty much what we're saying here, too.
Marge - It was great! ... I want to see it again!
Rosie Tara - I can't get the movie here in Down Under so far...
Elizabeth - That whatever is our dominant emotional state, that is what we will attract to us.
Elizabeth - Brigitte, it will be available on DVD this March.
Karenamarc - I will check this out.
Karenamarc - I have to lift this funk quickly.
Rosie Tara - Uh , that sounds very scary Elizabeth
Elizabeth - amazon.com is taking advance orders and has been for months now.
Rosie Tara - Thank you
Elizabeth - Well, the way I see it is, in every moment, we have several aspects. One aspect is how we are relating to what's so in our present moment.
Marge - Liz, ... I believe that's what happened after the seminar. However, unlike any other similar seminars, .. I find their workbook and CD's help me stay on track, ... and they're much more realistic, leaving us with things to work on in our every day lives, than most of those types of speakers do
Elizabeth - That could mean how we're 'linking' our perception and experience of the current moment to past moments, or how what decisions we're making or re-making about life.
Karenamarc - What do you do when the present moment isn't good?
Rosie Tara - Do I attract sad people when I am sad?
Karenamarc - I guess all of life isn't peaches and roses either.
Elizabeth - Karen ... the present moment is always just the present moment. It's the judgmental ability of the human mind that makes it less than good.   Marge ... that’s great that you’ve got a way to continue it!
Karenamarc - Well it is pretty difficult to stay happy all the time.
Elizabeth - Brigitte ... some people, when they are sad and feel to 'wound' about their lives, attract other people who also feel sad and want to 'wound' about their lives. Other people who are sad, depending on the people, will attract people to help them and lighten them up.
Marge - Would it be correct to say that we each have our own 'dominant emotional state' ... one that prevails more than any others? And that one of the biggest hurdles in our life is to 'tame' it?
Karenamarc - Sounds good, Marge.
Elizabeth - Marge ... I feel that statement is true. It's true for me, anyway.
Rosie Tara - I have a friend who is always wonderful when there is a problem. But the moment one is happy she hides...
Elizabeth - To my great surprise, I've realized in the past two weeks (since our last chat), that in some areas of my life, I actually am surprised when I do NOT encounter resistance with anything ... and even more surprised when things work out magnificently, way beyond what I could have imagined.
Elizabeth - And yet in other areas, I absolutely KNOW that things are going to work out far better than I could have imagined, and do so smoothly.
Marge - Bob Proctor says if something is 'bad' .. it has to be 'good'! There's an opposite to everything. So no matter how bad something is, look at the good that's bound to come out of it.
Elizabeth - I wonder, "Where on EARTH did that feeling of expecting major resistance COME from for me????"
Elizabeth - Marge ... that's a very Eastern thought ... that everything has everything in it. Bad and Good exist in everything, no exceptions.
Karenamarc - Like -- When one door of happiness closes, another opens: but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has opened for us."
Rosie Tara - Liz I never thought about that one...
Elizabeth - And the Zen follow on to this is, it's best to see neither bad nor good in anything, because both will be imposters of each other.
Marge - LOL, LOL, Liz!!! Something we decided we needed 'on the side' in this lifetime??? LOL, LOL
Rosie Tara - Karenamarc,That is so true
Marge - ... Liz, I was referring to your :where on earth did that feeling of expecting major residtance come from
Marge - Liz, .. would the Eastern thought therefore make it easier to 'cope' with the bad?
Karenamarc - Isn't a lot of our mind chatter negative??
Elizabeth - Karen, that's certainly true of me with my (now over) relationship with Marty ... I've looked so long at that closed door, that I am very sure I've missed many that have opened up for me. And the truth is, I have realized for almost 10 years now, that the truest and best relationship to yearn for is our own inner relationship with our own Inner Beloved ... the Divine Friend.
Karenamarc - That is taming of the mind.
Elizabeth - Karen ... I have come to believe that the so-called 'negative' chatter of our mind is put there by a loving God/Goddess-All That Is to show us every place in our lives that we are telling ourselves the false story that we are separate, the false story that we are not magnificent living beings.
Karenamarc - taming I think that is lovely, Elizabeth, but it is certainly nice to be able to share with another being, too.
Elizabeth - And I have come to believe that the judging mind, when it causes us to feel suffering, is doing what it's doing with ruthless compassion, to get us to wake up and realize who we really are, a wondrous part of the all that is.
Karenamarc - I guess I am still learning to be my own best friend.
Marge - So Liz, ... 'closing the door' with your relationship with Marty .... did you feel great relief that another door had just opened?
Elizabeth - (Karen, me too!)  Many people quote, "I think, therefore I am." There's a Zen Master who was presented that phrase who feels it's limited ... the corollary of it should be, "I don't think, therefore, I'm not."   I love that.
Rosie Tara - I6t is funny, when we suffer, we grow and when we are in love we are "blind".....
Karenamarc - Oh, Elizabeth I have heard this for years, but it is hard sometimes to have it sink in. That is why I love the reinforcements of these chats. Friendly reminders of lifes' truths. Thank you.
Elizabeth - (Karen, you’re welcome. Glad you could make it tonight). Marge ... I did for a while until I saw him again and then I started all the old yearnings and the lookings at the closed door again.
Marge - LOL, Rosie Tara, LOL
Elizabeth - For me, prayer and meditation seem to be helping me tame the judgmental mind. Karenamarc - Lol, Oh, Elizabeth, why are relationships so hard with men They are so different.
Elizabeth - Particularly chanting sacred sounds and sacred chants. They work, for me. I wonder if there' something faster, though ... does anyone know?
Karenamarc - Maybe we want instant gratification and it's the journey.
Marge - Sure wish I knew of something faster
Rosie Tara - Amadeus Mozart helps me a lot...
Elizabeth - Brigitte, another way of looking at that is, when we suffer we suffer! And when we are in love, we have dropped our judgements...at least temporarily! LOL!
Rosie Tara - Why can't we change this, Liz?
Elizabeth - Don Campbell feels that Mozart's music is very healing, Divinely so ... the "Mozart Effect" ... playing his "active mind" CD in the 4-CD set helped the Alzheimer's stricken mother of a dear friend .... I’ve used it to help heal animals ...
Elizabeth - Brigitte ... some can. And if some can, we can.
Marge - wow Liz, that's fantastic!
Karenamarc - I have those CDs. Need to start playing them!!!!!!
Rosie Tara - I use the Mozart effect in my adult classes with great success
Marge - I must get those CD's
Rosie Tara - The Music is also great with Babies and children
Karenamarc - I used to use them in my elementary school classes.
Marge - .. is that the name of the CD set, the "Mozart Effect"?
Elizabeth - Brigitte ... it seems we need to learn to intercept the emotionally-charged sentences that don't serve us, and replace them with those that do serve us .... each of us has our own (my pardons in Advance to the Canadians and Australians here) have our own Super-Bowl conflict.
Rosie Tara - Yes it is Marge
Elizabeth - Marge ... yes.
Marge - thank you Rosie Tara, Liz
Elizabeth - An interesting phenomenon appears to be, that when we intercept them enough, over time, they slow down, and sometimes even stop.
Elizabeth - I had another thought a few days ago, and that is, when someone is totally intent and passionate about what they 'want' and when that someone stays totally focused on it .... they get it.
Rosie Tara - I don't understand what you want me to do,Liz?
Karenamarc - Immediately change the thought?
Elizabeth - That means there need to be VERY clear choices, VERY clear priorities, not mixed priorities or conflicting priorities.
Marge - I find that when I'm doubting, irritable, down .. I have to listen to good music or a CD by someone uplifting. Much easier than tryuing to talk my own mind into shape.
Elizabeth - Karen .... well, recognize it first, then re-work it, to dis-arm it's charge and deflect and disperse the energy.
Elizabeth - We can be specific. Anyone here have a sentence, a 'thought' that gives her a hard time? Keeps playing in her head? And makes her feel bad when she believes it?
Rosie Tara - That is the problem with negativity, one loses the right sequence of priorities....t
Karenamarc - “I am completely alone and unloved.”
Elizabeth - Brigitte ... loss of priority = drift. When we drift, we lose our focus and our personal power.
Marge - yes, I'm not going to succeed in getting my home base business off the ground successfully because ...
Marge - (sorry Rosie Tara, didn't see yours)
Elizabeth - Karen ... good. And what is the consequence of that, for you? Have you made a judgement about yourself, when you believe that you may be “completely alone and unloved?"
Rosie Tara - I am drifting immediately when somebody is not telling the truth
Marge - (oops, meant Karenamarc, not Rosie Tara)
Karenamarc - I feel miserable and unhappy. That is the consequence. I think everyone has a happier life.
Elizabeth - Karen ... good. Now, is it true, that you are alone and unloved?
Rosie Tara - Karenamarc, nobody has a absolut happy life!!!!
Karenamarc - Not exactly, but some people that I wanted recognition from made me feel that way.
Elizabeth - Karen ... good. So is it more true, that you wanted recognition from someone and didn't feel you received it?
Karenamarc - Yes, I got the complete opposite. They told me they didn't want to see me for Easter. only once a year.
Karenamarc - We are family, but don't have too much in common, I guess other than distant family.
Elizabeth - Karen ... when you want recognition, that you are a good person and that you are loved, who can you call?
Elizabeth - Or what can you do?
Karenamarc - I don't think they really love me. LOL
Karenamarc - Not them. LOL
Elizabeth - Karen ... well then you may not wish to call THEM!
Elizabeth - So who CAN you call or contact, or what CAN you do?
Karenamarc - I should call people that I know really like me.
Karenamarc - But everyone seems to have all these loving family members.
Karenamarc - Especially around the holidays.
Elizabeth - Karen ... great. So when the conversation starts, "I am completely alone and unloved," first, ALLOW the conversation to be. Just recognize it. And then get in action by calling someone or contacting someone and asking them how they feel about you.
Karenamarc - That is embarrassing, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth - For example, I think of you as a sensitive and energy-aware person who is a very good cat-Mom.
Karenamarc - Thank you, Elizabeth.
Karenamarc - Maybe I am not being realistic.
Elizabeth - Karen, most people LOVE to tell people they care for, how they feel about them. It makes the person saying it feel good. And it may make you, the one listening to it, feel good, too.

Rosie Tara - I’ll love to chat with you , Karenamarc
Elizabeth - It's not a matter of logic. It's a matter of emotions.
Elizabeth - Emotions and the conversations attached to them. Elizabeth - Our opportunity is to stop playing the emotions that don’t help us.
Karenamarc - Interesting.
Elizabeth - But since resistance isn't the answer, since it’s an emotional state too and whatever state we’re in is the state we’re co-creating to continue to bring forth in our lives, the first step is to recognize the emotions/conversations, and then to allow them. And then to plan on doing something to change them.

Karenamarc - I don't like my emotions much sometimes.
sheila - Good evening everyone
Elizabeth - For example, how would it feel to you, if you changed the sentence to say, that ONCE you felt completely alone and unloved"? It's a very different energy, think/feeling it that way.
Karenamarc - ok, I can do some things and have started. Thanks for this conversation.
Elizabeth - Hi, Sheila! Hi, Sara!
Karenamarc - Hi , Sheila.
Rosie Tara - Hi Sheila Hi Sara
Sara - Hi all.
Karenamarc - Definitely - once is once not always.
Elizabeth - All of us can benefit from a list of things to do when we're feeling down. And it's very useful to change the verb tense of any of the sentences we tell ourselves. Because dis-empowering sentences are almost always in an on=going, incessant state ... and if we change the sentence to a singular past tense, we change the energy.
Marge - Karen, if most of my family weren't my family, I wouldn't even know them, because they certainly wouldn't be my friends. But 'friends' LOVE to help friends .. and get emotionally involved in doing so
Karenamarc - Thanks, Marge.
Marge - so true Liz ... immediately a different energy
Elizabeth - Some of us just simply aren't intended to have close family units. We're intended to create networks of friends. And some of us are intended to have huge families, and to find our friends from within our family. No one is better or worse than the other. Allow whatever it is. Creating a profound relationship with "What's SO" is the first step in transforming it.
Rosie Tara - Family is a very complex institution....I think
Elizabeth - So for me, with my conversation from the weekend, "Where did I lose it?" (meaning the incredible joy and optimism I had been feeling) I almost made myself crazy with it, until I rephrased it, "Once I felt I lost it."
Karenamarc - Sounds like I can keep building my circle of friends and put energy into that.
Elizabeth - Karen ... feels like a great resolution for 2005 ... and beyond!
Marge - Karen, I spend the 'holidays' more often with friends than with family. Way back when I was hurt and confused, now I prefer it
Karenamarc - I like that once, not always.
sheila - I just try to honor everyone I meet.....sometines it is really really hard
Karenamarc - I think that is what I will do because I hate the after holiday funk I get into so often .
Marge - Liz, that is soooo powerful!!! ... to turn it into the past ... "Once I lost it" ... feels like an immediate release to me!Karenamarc - I am missing the past and need to build a new future.
Elizabeth - Sheila ... that's beautiful.
Rosie Tara - I had some big disappointment in my life, only because I WANT to trust people....m
Elizabeth - Karen ... on my web-site is a little phrase that says, "Lord, please release me from all wishes for a better past." LOL!!!!
Elizabeth - I think it's on the Elizabeth Enlightens page.
Rosie Tara - Great, Liz!
Sara - So true.
Marge - I Love that, Liz!
sheila - Wise words, Liz
Elizabeth - Marge ... it is a release, a very powerful one. And so simple.
Marge - Karen ... letting go is often not easy. However, every morning in my prayers and meditation I say, "I let go and let God" ...
Karenamarc - I will check it out, Elizabeth. But how about if you think your past was pretty good.
Karenamarc - ???
Elizabeth - Karen ... LOL!!!! Well then enjoy the memories! And figure out what you liked best, that you may wish to put more of in your current life, and find something that works to help you recreate the emotional states you remember loving!
Marge - Yes, Liz, ... powerful and simple is right. Amazing how we just don't think of doing the 'simple' things when we're in a funk , eh?
Rosie Tara - Aren't we formed by our past ???
Karenamarc - For me it is about letting go, grieving, and moving on.
Elizabeth - There's a commercial on TV now from Staples (office supply story) that advertises an "EASY" button for people to push in tricky or almost impossible situations ...
Karenamarc - I like your prayer, Marge.
Elizabeth - I spent a lot of years thinking that life was HARD ... and now I'm beginning to think that the actual truth may be very EASY and very SIMPLE ... focus and passion and clear priorities.   And drop the negative conversations and their associated emotions.
Elizabeth - Mixed with wisdom, of course!
Karenamarc - Wouldn't that be great , if it were so easy??
Marge - Karen, I say it every day, ... it has really helped me let go and move on
Karenamarc - Thanks, Marge, I will do that.
Marge - Liz, aren't we the only species in the world that make life Hard?
sheila - I am grieving the loss of my son and his girlfreind and it is not simple and easy Some days I just don't know if I can focus.
Elizabeth - Marge ... the only one I've met!!!
Sara - I am so sorry shiela.
Rosie Tara - Life goes on anyway , with good or bad memories...
Marge - LOL, Liz, LOL!!!
Karenamarc - Sorry, Sheila.
Rosie Tara - I am so sorry , Sheila
Elizabeth - Sheila ... grief is not something that we can ignore, nor is it something we can move around. It is something we must move through. The best process for that, and the one I used myself when my parents both died a few years back, is Belleruth Naparstak's tape/CD set on Grief.
Elizabeth - I did it over and over.
Marge - Sheila, I'm so sorry. Grieving, whether for another human or an animal friend we must experience...
sheila - Please tell me where I can purchase the tape.
Elizabeth - Sheila ... another process that works magnificently and requires a qualified counselor, is cognitive therapy.
Elizabeth - Sheila ... on-line. Look up Belleruth's name in amazon.com ... they carry her work.
Rosie Tara - When my father died I couldn't bear that life just went on normally for others...
Elizabeth - A good cognitive therapist can clear grief in six weeks or less.
Marge - Rosie .. what helped you move on?
sheila - Thank you, I will investigate both issues you addressed.
Rosie Tara - Marge....TIME
Sara - Much time.
Elizabeth - Sheila ... persons living in or near the Delaware Valley, are very lucky, because the best cognitive therapy organization in the world is in Bala Cynwyd. You can email me privately if you'd like it's name.
Marge - wow Liz, I didn't know there were cognitive therapists?
Rosie Tara - YEARS
Marge - yes Rosie, time heals, doesn't it
Karenamarc - Allow the process.
Elizabeth - Marge ... there are, and as far as I can tell, cognitive therapy is quick and very effective, when done by a master. It's not quite as quick as the Technology of Truth, that I facilitate, but it works.
sheila - I will Liz
Elizabeth - All ... it's time now to do the prayer session. Everyone ready?
Elizabeth - If so, please choose a Name that represents for you, all that is Holy and Sacred and Divine in your life, and key it into the Chatroom.
sheila - Yes
Marge - that's interesting, Liz. Liz, you are the one that can do the Technology of Truth so effectively, this I know!
Karenamarc - Almighty One
sheila - Lord God
Marge - ready
Sara - God
Elizabeth - (Marge, thanks!)
Marge - Holy Spirit
Dorrie - logged on. - from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1) on Thu Jan 27 10:26pm ET)
Rosie Tara - God
Elizabeth - (Welcome, Dorrie, we're just starting our prayer session now. You are welcome to key in your Name for the Divine.)
Elizabeth - All ... please breathe in deeply, hold your breath slightly, and breathe out completely.
Dorrie - Yahweh
Elizabeth - Abd a secibd time, please breathe in deeply, hold your breath slightly, and breathe out completely.
Elizabeth - And a third time, please breathe in deeply, hold your breath slightly, and breathe out completely.
Elizabeth - And now, bring into your heart-mind, your Name for the Divine ...
Elizabeth - And as you breathe in next time, say, "I am ..."
Elizabeth - And as you breathe out, say, "{your name for the Divine} breathed."
Elizabeth - For example, (in-breath) "I am ..." (out-breath) "God breathed."
Elizabeth - Or, (in-breath) "I am ..." (out-breath) "Holy Spirit breathed."
Elizabeth - Do this a few times now.
Elizabeth - Divine by all your Names ... Almighty One, Lord God, God, Holy Spirit, Yahweh ... we call you!
Elizabeth - We glorify and magnify and praise you knowing you are every where, that we are in You and You are in Us ...
Elizabeth - We call you, Come!
Elizabeth - Come, Almighty One! Come, Lord God! Come, Holy Spirit! Come, God! Come, Yahweh!
Elizabeth - Be here with us now, within us, around us.
Elizabeth - In-fill us with your healing power and grace.
Elizabeth - Allow us to be your servants, to convey your Healing Power and Grace to those for whom requests exist at this time.
Elizabeth - All ... before me is the Basket of Blessings, with hundreds of names of people, animals, and situations, all subjects of prayer requests.
Elizabeth - Please take a moment and bean the palms of your hands towards your computer screen, setting your intention to in-fill with Divine Energy, and to be the vehicle for sending that energy to the subjects in the Basket ...
Elizabeth - Say-think your Name for the Divine, as you breathe in and out, and beam towards the computer screen ... knowing that the energy will travel through to reach those here in the Basket before me.
Elizabeth - And it is done.
Elizabeth - It is time now, to enter any other names of animals, people, or situations, that you would like to receive healing energy now.
Marge - and it is so
Rosie Tara - Amen
Elizabeth - For all of us here, that we may enjoy whatever support we need, to drop negative thinking patterns and create new, empowered, uplifting thinking patterns.
Dorrie - Gary Moorehouse, Vero Beach, Fl (stroke)
Sara - We pray that Elizabeth's father has a happy birthday and may his health be returned
sheila - I pray that all that need healing and comfort find it.

Rosie Tara - Health for Elizabeth's father
Dorrie - Bill, Vero Beach, Fl. , high blood pressure
Elizabeth - Health for Elizabeth's father.
sheila - Yes, let;s be joyful in the present.
Marge - health for Elizabeth's fatherRosie Tara - for more happiness in this world
Elizabeth - For all of us here, that we can identify what makes us feel good, and do more of us, realizing that helps create the Universe as wanting to give us more of it, which then makes us happier and more resourceful people and better able to serve.
Dorrie - Peace in the Middle East
Karenamarc - Peace on earth
Elizabeth - Virtually all studies show that happy people do better work.
Marge - for the recognition of the need for 'oneness' by all peoples of the world

sheila - For all the animals outside tonight that they find warmth. It is very cold in New Jersey.
Elizabeth - A healthy baby girl for Silvio and Ivy.

Elizabeth - Positive emotions and corresponding thought patterns to all here!
Rosie Tara - Health for all unhappy people
Marge - Thank you Liz for all the wonderful prayers for all of us
Elizabeth - (Marge ... that's what I've seen! I did a study once years ago ... 100 people were at a summer party, 80 got sick from bad mayonnaise ... everyone wanted to study the 80, I wanted to study the 20 who didn't get sick ... I did ... they were all people with sincerely, truly, GREAT attitudes about life!)
Dorrie - For all the homeless in this cold weather
sheila - Thank you all tonight
