Dr. Liz - Yes. I was just sharing with someone that the recovery cycle for this is very odd. it's 1-1/2 steps forward, 1 step back.
Dr. Liz - So the trend is good! LOL!
Dr. Liz - I have felt prayer energy directed my way and I am very grateful for it.
Bonnie - It certainly is better to look at it that way.
Dr. Liz - :)
Dr. Liz - A few very good things have come from this. A friend has been walking Mr. Smudge for me ... my friend is a VERY structured person, so he's here at the same time, each time. Mr. Smudge is blossoming, being on a schedule. Who knew?
Dr. Liz - Another good thing I that I've gotten the "messages" from this affliction.
Dr. Liz - I truly believe that each "dis-ease" that occurs, has a message for us.
Bonnie - I would imagine that your friend has benefitted from being with Mr. Smudge too.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, you are SO correct! He's loving it! He comes in happy, looking VERY forward to being with Mr. Smudge!
Dr. Liz - Mr. Smudge still looks back at me asking me to please come, too ... but he knows I'll be walking him regularly again soon. Today, I WAS able to walk him, and we had a lovely walk this afternoon. My friend will be coming over later to do the "night" walk.
Bonnie - I was watching a show this evening about a young family man with ALS. He have a very short time to live and Jeff Probst (Survivor) provided many of his dreams. But the end of the show was heartwarming. His family and friends joined him and he was asked what he had to share with them. He said you should live life with passion and have no regrets. It was tearful.
Dr. Liz - I'm beginning to have the feeling that he'll be wanting to continue to walk Mr Smudge on a somewhat regular basis even AFTER I'm totally well again! LOL!
Bonnie - That would be wonderful. It gives him and Mr. Smudge something a lot of joy.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, yes, I can see that would be. The only person I know who lives his life totally without any regrets is my older brother! I wonder sometimes if it's truly HIM, or LOL whether he's just had GREAT therapists over the years! LOL!
Bonnie - the word something didn't belong in that sentence
Dr. Liz - well, perhaps you were thinking to write, "something to make them happy" ???
Dr. Liz - I'm hoping that on the other side of this current situation, I can return to having a total passion for life. :)
Dr. Liz - Like the person you were speaking of, in the show you watched tonight.
Dr. Liz - Do you have dreams, Bonnie?
Dr. Liz - I mean, dreams of what you'd like to experience or have or be, etc., for your life?
Bonnie - It's funny you asked that. For the longest time I didn't but the last week or so I have had strange dreams.
Dr. Liz - LOL I meant dreams like the ones Jeff Probst asked the young man, but I understand about strange dreams while sleeping in the past week, I've had them, too.
Dr. Liz - Jane, you still here?
Bonnie - I think "fear" prevents me and many others from following our dreams.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, I feel that is true.
Dr. Liz - Perhaps another simpler block is, dreaming about too many things, some of which are contradictory.
Dr. Liz - The people I know who have been the most successful in realizing their dreams have been VERY focused and congruent.
Bonnie - I can agree with that.
Bonnie - Is that how you have accomplished so many things in your life?
Dr. Liz - In the 1990's, I used to teach an annual Spiritual Goal Setting Workshop, and then facilitated quarterly Goal Review meetings. I found out then, that a goal has to be specific, measurable (so that you know you've gotten it), worded in the present tense, congruent with your greater values, and exciting or inspiring ... or you won't get it.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, I've always felt a mix of "guided" and "driven" ... I see something that excites me, and off I go ... LOL!!!
Dr. Liz - And I've sure been "into" a lot of different things!
Bonnie - It sounds to me like you have lived your life with passion.

Dr. Liz - And just when I figured that I had all that figured out, I realized that Spirit knows best for us ... and when we align with Spirit, we will realize experiences that are far more wonderful that what we could have imagined!!!

Bonnie - We get teams in there to film shows and the next day or so they are back in the US but we can't get basic necessities there.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, from my experience, both direct and observed, the distribution problem in disasters like this is the BIGGEST problem.

Dr. Liz - The teams are flown in by helicopters with enough gasoline. The biggest issues in Haiti now, is not enough gasoline for the vehicles including the airplanes, and also, many of the roads are gone.
jane - Dr. Liz - do you have any kind of sense that this earthquake was man-made - there were rumblings on Coast to Coast that it was.
Dr. Liz - The same rumblings occurred with the earthquake that resulted n the Tsunami a few years back.
Dr. Liz - Jane, I did have that thought ... and it must have come from somewhere ...
Dr. Liz - We certainly have the technology, we've had it for some time, to create earthquakes and hurricanes.
jane - pretty scary.....they also said that Katrina was aimed at New Orleans; the whole Gulf Coast was destroyed without a shot being fired. It is food for thought anyway...
jane - In 2005, there were those hurricanes that wandered around and went in circles and went up the coast and back down - hurricanes don't do that!!
Dr. Liz - The areas hit, are all areas with dense overpopulation and very poor people ... India, the outer areas of New Orleans, Haiti ...
Dr. Liz - Jane, and also, I believe it was this past summer and fall, there really weren't any hurricanes, and people started to notice, asking "where are the hurricanes this year"? so then we suddenly "had" some ...

Dr. Liz - Well, we also know how to disperse hurricanes ... I sense it might have had something to do with the Obama administration, who very flatly did NOT want another possibility of a Katrina-like disaster on "HIS" watch!

jane - He does - but I do not believe that he has that much power - doesn't it all come from higher up? I mean the ruling of the world, etc...
Dr. Liz - Jane, absolutely, it does. He has perceived power only.

Dr. Liz - And the higher controlling administrative power now controls our U.S. Supreme Court, as well as our Senate and House of Representatives.
Bonnie - Last week I had that problem when I logged in from the email. I had to go to Dr. Liz's site and log in.

Bonnie - I am confused on so many deaths at one time. In some of the reading I have found it to say we leave these vessels at a time of our choosing. It is overwhelming to realize so many choose to leave at the same time. (Haiti, 911, etc.)
jane - So what are us "little" people supposed to do - we are all trying to survive and pay our bills and take care of our families.

Dr. Liz - Bonnie, I understand your question. I've noticed that huge numbers of people dying at once time have been a part of earth's history such as we know it, from the beginning of recorded time.
jane - Good point, Bonnie - Dr. Liz - what happens to so many souls that cross over all at once?
Dr. Liz - When a termite nest or an ant colony have too many termites or ants, or when a group of animals of whatever species feel they have gotten too large for the food supply, they are either evicted, ostracized, or killed, or, more rarely, they separate.
Dr. Liz - If you view the earth as an entire living organism who knows what's in her best interest, then it would make sense that occasional purges resulting in mass deaths would happen. Although a number of such events recently seem to be man-made, or at least man-assisted, not earth-made, perhaps made to look earth-made.
jane - OK - so do you mean that if there are too many deer in an area - and they might starve - then the hunters appear and alleviate the problem???
Dr. Liz - So if at our deepest core, we KNOW we are one with the earth, then it stands to reason we would choose to honor her highest good, by choosing to die.

Dr. Liz - Jane, I don't know too many sport hunters who are inspired by Spirit. No, that's not what I'm saying.
Bonnie - Would this be part of our pre life journey plan or a decision made during it.
jane - I wrote that before I read what you wrote. What you wrote makes sense to me.
Dr. Liz - But I feel more recently, there's more going on, that it's not entirely choice any more. Maybe I’m wrong. I think there is a difference in the energy of mass death caused by human hands, and mass death caused by earth taking care of herself.
Dr. Liz - I do know, however, that every essence energy is met ... regardless of how many may be dying at the same time.
Bonnie - When I have had someone close pass on. I am sadden for me but I rationalize that they have chosen to go on or their purpose is finished . So this is something else completely.
Dr. Liz - Bonnie, everyone I know personally, has chosen to die at the time they did. I don't know anyone personally who has died in a mass situation.

Dr. Liz - GG, I felt Spirit guide your choice of words. It may have been in response to a question I was asking, that I've been asking since yesterday ... I was thinking, "maybe there's something else besides enligtenment, and if so, what is it?" And maybe that something else is illumination ... so now I'm wondering what the overlap is, and what the differences are.
GirlyGirls - I get so fearful in this house when it is so cold here, so afraid of the furnace and carbon monoxide. Please pray for my protection.

GirlyGirls - My aunt's caregiver used to say she was so "Flustrated". I thought that should be in the dictionary.
jane - I remember the first time I came to this chat room - I could FEEL the healing and the energy - it is extraordinary - and you are right, Dr. Liz - you can still feel it when you go back and read the transcripts of previous sessions.

GirlyGirls - I used to cry all the time during the chat. I still remember one chat where EVERYBODY just helped me through a difficult time, just united in making that the work of the group that night. Still stuns me.

Dr. Liz - When we are around an energy that is more powerful than our circuitry is able to handle, it is very common for us to cry.

Dr. Liz - The very first holy person I was around, was Santa Rosita, a living Catholic Saint in Mexico. She was at that time, the only person the Pope had bowed to. When I was in her presence the first time, I cried non-stop for2 hours.
