Dr. Liz - BCD, it sure does. Interestingly, it's been around as an idea for quite literally thousands of years. What's wonderful about the movie, is how POWERFUL and EFFECTIVE and CLEAR the graphic images are!

Suzy - It really opened my eyes. I learned to stop focusing on the negative....like not having enough money, and focus on what I want and imagine I have it.

Dr. Liz - Suzy, are you finding it easy to focus on what you want? LOL! I'm good at certain things, but other things, I don't have clear visual images yet. I've come to realize that the areas where I don't have clearly known or understood "wants", are probably the areas where I have an opportunity to give myself permission to HAVE what I'd like!!!!
Suzy - I am hoping if I imagine my cats are healthy that their issues will resolve, and if I imagine working from home and getting checks in the mail, that it will somehow happen.

Suzy - I sure hope so Dee. I applied for 5 positions at work this past month and in spite of being qualified I didn't get any of them. I really want to be home with my furkids but I need to figure out how.

Dr. Liz - Suzy, in The Secret they speak of the Law of Attraction. I used to call that Law, the Law of Manifest Decree. It meant the same thing to me, that it means to the people on The Secret when they speak of the Law of Attraction.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Suzy- try to rememebr, put your intention out there...then don't try to force the results you want...the universe will answer, it its own way...you'll be surprized

BCDee - sometimes it is scary to make that leap, but you have to have faith it'll work out. It almost always does.

Dr. Liz - I first started playing with what I then called the Law of Manifest Decree in the late 1980's. My first "thing" to manifest, was parking places where I wanted to have parking places. It worked so quickly and so well and so consistently that I was both delighted, awed, and surprised and admittedly a little nervous.

Suzy - Dr Liz, Is there anyway I can ask you one quick unrelated question? My friend Kurt has been having some amazing experiences and he doesn't know what to make of them. He's in his 60's, and he's had a hard life. He was in the concentration camps during WWII. He loves being a US citizen now and adores cats like I do. We used to work together. He's never communicated (knowingly) with animals and all the sudden this last month on three different occasions he's woken up and then says he saw my cat Gracie (who died in 2005) sitting there looking at him, and once she was there with one of his deceased cats. They then dissapear into the darkness. Do you think this could be real that it's really them, or is it just some hallucination? We're both totally confused as to what it means.

Dr. Liz - And because I wanted a relationship at the time, the next thing I did, was a MindMap Manifest Decree on the "man" I felt would be my perfect partner. A man fitting that exact description of what I had created, showed up in my life 2 weeks later.

Dr. Liz - Suzy, it's not a hallucination for him. The "veil" that used to be between the spirit world and the manifest physical world is getting thinner and thinner, it's almost gossamer thin now, and many living human beings are having experiences such as your friend is having.

Dr. Liz - Another practical example of the Law of Attraction or the Law of Manifest Decree in action ... a few weeks ago, I was thinking how wonderful it would be to have my car serviced quickly ... and I stopped by my dealership to ask a question about my warranty ... I was very much in the energy of how wonderful it would be to have my car serviced promptly and quickly, while also knowing that it takes a week or two normally to make a service appointment … and asked the service manager about making an appointment to get my car serviced, and he offered, "We can do it for you right now. Why don't we do it for you right now?"
BCDee - sometimes it seems your doomed, but then the PERfect job will come along
Marge - Suzy ... you have to "feel" what it would be like to do so, and put into action how you can do it, I believe
Dr. Liz - It's the feelings in combination with the thoughts and the actions that make the difference ... it's a package. And it works perfectly whether it's something we actually want ... or something that we have strong feelings about that we DON'T want.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - again something said on Oprah today...whn you order something from a restaurant...you expect to get what you ordered..."order" other things with that same confidence

Dr. Liz - Hmmm. Putting together what DZP picked up, and what RT just offered ... what if we created a mental "menu" in our heads, and put the line items on it of what we want, and consciously said, to the Universe, "I'll have this, please!"

Dr. Liz - Suzy, it seems that the less one knows about the details, the better. It's enough to want the result, then look for the cues from the Universe on what to do, where to go, whom to contact, etc.
Suzy - I have the DVD but I need to watch it again and practice I think.

Suzy - I like that to trust in the Universe to give the cues. I am excited about this!

Dr. Liz - This EXQUISITE HOME is on about 150 acres of healthy land with a water supply and has other buildings where staffers and volunteers and retreaters live.

Dr. Liz - And I'm writing books and CD's and poetry and making DVD's to share this beautiful message, and also empowering others and helping others to do the same.

Suzy - BCDee you're so right. My friend in N Dakota had an aquaintance tell her she should shoot her cat who's sick rather than get it vet care or euthanasia as if it didn't matter. She said horrible things about animals and I am so sad there are people in the world like that. :-(

Dr. Liz - I have something just wonderful to share. I was invited to do a Blessing at a wonderful animal charity fund-raiser last night. It came to me to do something special, and WHAT to do, came to me in my meditation yesterday. I went right from a one-hour meditation to the computer, where an exquisite blessing came forth, along with a wonderful guided imagery meditation on helping animals. I did it last night, and people APPLAUDED!!!! And some STOOD UP!!!! I was amazed. I knew it was powerful, 'cause it wasn't ME, I was just the vehicle for it ... but ... it's the first time in my life that I've ever seen people APPLAUD and STAND UP after a BLESSING said just before EATING DINNER!
