Elizabeth - John of God incorporates a (crossed over) German doctor who died decades ago, and also works with over 60 entities, who work on those who ask John of God for help.

Elizabeth - Although many people travel to Brazil to solicit John of God's help at the Casa, he works remotely too.

GirlyGirls - I'll be asking all of you for some healing energy for myself tonight. I do want to say, the basket joined with many prayer petitions for my brother Tony, who has been undiagnosed and ill since November. He has finally been getting better. There have been many prayers said for him. He had a high PSA, and today, found out biopsy was negative for cancer.
Dee&Z&P - Girly- me 2 kitties LOVE the early morning birdies...esp. the ones whose nest is under the air conditioner in the window over the bed

GirlyGirls - Sounds like Edgar Cayce. I knew a few people like that up in Jersey in the seventies. They had a healing group. There were several crossed doctors and healers who came through, though I don't remember their names.
Elizabeth - Marge ... he's rarely left Brazil. I know he has, he was in Germany once. And rumor has it he's coming to the U.S. My spiritual advisor, Ron Roth, and John of God, are close friends. Ron is starting a Casa of the Saints here and is pledging to do John of God's work here in the U.S. Ron has also blessed John of God's Casa in Brazil and established it as an arm of Ron's 501c3 Celebrating Life Ministries here in the U.S.

Elizabeth - Karen ... my advisor/teacher, Ron, went down 3 years ago to Brazil to see if John of God was 'for real.' He came back convinced that he IS for real and then moved to align himself with him. Hence, Ron's decision to start a Casa of the Saints here, like the Casa there.

Elizabeth - GG ... what we did last week, which is very healing, is, we captured sentences from people ... the sentences that seemed to hold the most suffering for them ... and we un-did them. GG, if you had a sentence, expressing your suffering this evening, what would it be?
karenamarc - I am happy that your brother is doing much better, too.

GirlyGirls - Yes. It's been quite a journey for him. I stopped praying for his health and started praying for his spirit at some time, then things started to change. He's a Taurus, can be pathologically stubborn. . but still a saint in his way. He gets knocked down, and gets up smiling, never saying an ill word about whoever/whatever slams him.
Elizabeth - karen ... we did the process on you last week. It worked for you, I believe. Would you 'say' a word or two about your experience?

Marge - We've all heard of so many miraculous healings when we've prayed ... and they really are miracles!
GirlyGirls - Oh liz, I'm tired. That's as big a sentence as I can come up with. I'm weary of the struggles, of doing it all myself, of not having enough of what this world/nation demands one have to do it all myself.

karenamarc - My experience was one of releasing my pain and with it stopping the continuous thought pattern of "poor me" - no one loves me syndrome.

GirlyGirls - Well that's the conversation of the mind. Weariness. I don't feel poor me, I just am worn down by the stress of a life that feels like a house of cards. Worried the wind will blow too hard one of these days. . .
Elizabeth - GG ... I'm sensing perhaps you don't feel supported, or supported enough, and that may be a cause of your suffering now. Does this feel correct to you?
karenamarc - I get that, too. She wants you to play with her.

GirlyGirls - Yes, Liz. But who is there to support me? Just me. And my work is going through very unstable times and I wonder if I'm supposed to give up the teaching.

GirlyGirls - I've gotten to a place where my work makes sense, flows, people recognize it. And I feel like I should find an office job just to survive.

GirlyGirls - KARENAMARC. . this is a steady income, but it's been a wierd season. Lots of attrition. That was okay, my intention was only to keep the commited parents and students. They all left. Now I found out from someone that a teacher downtown discouraged a young singer from working with me because the singer "wasn't good enough yet" and I was "too high end" Whatever that means.

Elizabeth - So, what's TRUE is, your reputation as a teacher gets stronger. So, how does it make you FEEL to tell yourself, that everything is 'ebbing away'?

GirlyGirls - On what level? Spiritually being flat lined feels like hmmm the Universe isn't supporting me. I'm on my own, you know? I depend on the intuition to guide me. But the ebbing away of income, the ability to chase down studies and opportunities, that is soooo stressful. Wondering about stretching to pay bills. Not getting ahead. It's a money world. I'm a female, self employed, non-home owner and GASP musician.

GirlyGirls - But the fact is, the studio is doing a 180 from growth to attrition. That is ebbing away. Frittering away of resources, you know?

Elizabeth - Some people learn the reaction, to create stress, because somewhere along the way, they felt that being stressed was the way to 'perform' or to 'get things done.' This is particularly true among .. well ... performers!!!

Elizabeth - Stress is a pattern, a pattern of thinking and reacting that many people get addicted to. And then it causes anxiety and depression.

Dee&Z&P - my husband used to commute with a co-worked...and he hated it...complained all the time and didn;t know how to get out of it...one day while his car was parked in front of the guys house...it got hit and caused a lot of damage...he was angry, but I reminded him that he could use this as a way out of driving with the co worker...street to dangerous to leave his car on...and he is now free...lol

Elizabeth - The way we co-create our life experiences is by what we are clear about ... if we're clear about joy and creativity and full expression, then that's what we'll get. If we're 'clear' about stress, then that's what we'll get. Drop the conversations of stress and our lives change ... and the best way to 'drop' them, is a daily spiritual practice.

Elizabeth - GG ... you may wish to start an end-of-day gratitude journal. Put in by your bed. Write in it every night.
GirlyGirls - I'll try to remember to do that Liz.Elizabeth - Dee ... absolutely. There are several ways to do this. One is to take a picture of our animal friends with us while we're traveling, and (best case) at the same time of day, address the picture and talk to your animals.
Marge - GG ... to create a "habit" of doing it ... only takes 20 to 30 days of making sure you do it, after that, it's a piece of cake
GirlyGirls - That's one thing Liz, the crisis worry, that I got from Dr. K., I think. so many times she would say, This is it, once, may be time to put her down, I went through so many upsets that were unnecessary. etc, etc,
Elizabeth - Second best case is to talk to the picture several times a day. Third is to not have a picture, but bring up a mental picture, and connect that way. If you can, absolutely best case, is to set up a system and a way to call daily so your animals can hear your voice. Some leave messages on their own answering devices, knowing the animals will hear them. Others arrange to have someone in the house pick up the phone.
