Suzy - Misha is doing well except for I accidentally let her out of the bedroom when Patches was upstairs visiting and Patches chased her in a rage and attacked her! Poor Misha is so docile and laid on her back and I had to get Patches off her right away. I feel soooo bad and I pray Misha is ok.

Suzy - I will pray for Zoe. It's not easy. My Patches is the one of our five cats to occasionally pee where she's not supposed to. She really has issues.

Suzy - I was just so concerned as Patches really pounced on her hard and I don't know if she bit her. It all happened so fast. I didn't want to add to the stress that may be causing Misha to lick her fur off her chest and belly all the time.

Dr.Liz - Tonight's chat topic is understanding confusion. It resulted in a question that came forth at the end of the last Chat'N'Pray. The question basically was, "What if you don't really KNOW what you want?" Does anyone here relate to that question?

So, they were encouraged to list what they didn't want and then opposite each ... list what it would be they did want (in positive instead of negative words)
Suzy - From The Secret site I discovered the DVDs such as Awakening Prologue by Holosync supposedly supposed to help visualize. I tried them last weekend but stopped because it made me "spaced out" for 2 days! I am afraid of things affecting my brain waves. Do you know if those DVDs are safe Dr Liz?

Deeksha - Yes. So what comes up more powerfully, initially, is the "don't want this anymore"...and we can get locked into thinking that that feeling is somehow productive...when we never then determine what we DO want, which is, potentially, limitless

Marge - Suzy ... I've watched and/or listened to The Secret at least 20 times now, and I can assure you each time it makes my brain waves better!!!!! LOL
Suzy - I visualized getting a close parking spot a few weeks ago and it worked, and also I got two unexpected checks this month! There's something to it....if only I could visualize and make happen my dream to work from home.

Suzy - The CDs you wear headphones with and they help you meditate and they are supposed to change your brain waves and create new neural pathways. It's a nice concept but it still scares me a bit.

Dr.Liz - For some, starting out with what they DON"T want, is the best way to find out what they DO want. Make a list of what one DOESN'T want, in one column; and then opposite it, write the opposite, which becomes what one DOES want.

Suzy - Yes....that's it.
Marge - Yes Liz ... that works well for many that I've talked to, and it worked for some things I couldn't zero in on too
Merry - What if your Intention for wanting something just shows me that I want to fill insecurity? That I don't really want or need what I've asked for?

Suzy - I didn't like the spaced out feeling I had for hours after doing the CDs from Holosync, but they were relaxing. I think it's a side effect maybe when you first start using them?

Marge - Merry ... one example used by T.S. people on Oprah was .... I don't want to be fat ... the opposite wasn;t I want to be thin, ... it was "health and wholeness"

Rosie Tara - I think it is easy to apply "the secret" to yourself...but what about the people around you...you live with ?
Deeksha - I remember reading someone say that all of the work of meditation and centering and enlightenment could be achieved if you would just look at a flower. Just look at a flower, meditate on it, be that flower. Ultimately, that's all you need to know...
Merry - Marge, thank you-- a general positive direction and then let my higher self/universe/god(dess) do the rest
Dr.Liz - Deeksha, if one has a meditation practice, a daily spiritual practice, that is working; and if one's goals are clear, Holosync may not be "necessary." However, one thing that isn't spoken or hasn't been shared yet about all the people mentioned in the movie, The Secret, is, they are ALL daily meditators with a daily spiritual practice. And most of them use custom-made Holosync CD's.
Rosie Tara - Look at DZP...she loves and wants Zoe in her life...and waht about her husband.....
Suzy - I listened twice (once per day) last weekend to the Dive track and I also listened once to the Super Logevity CD and once to the Oasis track designed to help creativity.
Marge - RT ... I still use one of Dr. Liz's early teachings ... whenever somebody "bugs" me (to put it mildly) ... I think of 3 'good' things about them! No kidding, it really works!!! LOL

Marge - ... it really works to soften my feelings about them, and somehow then things get easier all around ... with them.
Dr.Liz - Suzy, the way the CD's are intended to be used is, once a day early in the morning for The Dive, for two weeks; then add "Immersion." And in about a month, when one is used to the one hour of The Dive plus Immersion, then start listening to Super Longevity. And only a little while later, to use the Oasis track.

Suzy - The nice thing I've read about Insight is you only need the one CD to get all the benefits and it's affordable for most people.

Suzy - I guess I could try. They use the various waves at the same time instead of just one or two only.
Marge - Liz, that's VERY interesting that all the people on The Secret have a daily meditation practice! That says a lot!
Dr.Liz - Deeksha has an interesting suggestion ... to implement her idea in a most powerful way, we would begin by asking, does everyone on-line have at least ONE idea of what she chooses to manifest now?

Suzy - I must have used too many different tracks at once last weekend.

Dr.Liz - Marge, my personal experience with having a daily spiritual practice is, my life shows up easier and fuller and desire-thought-feelings get manifest faster.
Suzy - I got nervous when they warn not to use that technology if you have epilepsy. My mom does but I don't....but I still worry. It's good to know you know people who highly recommend these CDs (both companies versions).
Marge - Absolutely Liz!!!! Absolutely no question about it!!!
Dr.Liz - Suzy, with Holosync? You'll space yourself out by doing too much. One has to get used to having one's brain functioning at those levels.

Suzy - I read on the inserts that you can use Oasis or Super Logevity anytime so I just did it and didn't think maybe it would be too much when you're a beginner. LOL!
Dr.Liz - Suzy, you can't really use them any time. You need to wait about a month after having used The Dive for two weeks and then adding Immersion after the Dive for two weeks. THEN you can use them anytime, when your mind is used to being at the frequencies.
Suzy - Interestingly when I was doing the Holosync late at night with my headphones both Misha and Jasmine wanted to lay on my lap and cuddle.

Dr.Liz - I visualized an experience where I decreed using prayer by decree, that blood from someone's sudden, deep, gushing wound heal immediately ... and it did.
Dr.Liz - So my strong healing image was of blood from a wound stopping and healing almost instantly.
Deeksha - Cooing to my very agitated and scratching Savannah in my arms, feeling no fear, while she melted into sleep and received drops of medicine.
Deeksha - (she just let out the sweetest meow from her little kitty bed)
Dr.Liz - (Deeksha. ... awwwwww!)

Marge - I visualized Zoe in great health, jumping and playing like a kitten. It felt powerful and real.
Suzy - I had a hard time thinking of anything so I thought of my chinchilla Chloe healing and eating again from whatever she'd been ill with for several months.
Rosie Tara - I visualized my two daughters falling into each others arms and happy and their beautiful sons jumping around in happiness
Merry - To Be....Complete...in this moment....in harmony and alignment with all part of myself---complete love and acceptance---what that would feel like.

Charlene - My healing image was also blood realted-thru prayer and creative visualization I was able to heal myself
