Elizabeth - Joyce, my ability to sit cross-legged did, Lotus position, with the soles of the feet upturned, I can't manage with both legs and feet up. One, yes, but not both. I'm working on increased flexibility.

Elizabeth - Well, that last message got a little confused! I can sit crossed legged for much longer now, several hours; I can't sit with both soles of the feet upturned on the knees at this time.

Marge - Joyce, I told Liz that a Psychiatrist here in Calgary treats his patients by recommending : Meditation, Proper Nutrition, Exercise, and appropriate Vitamins/Supplements Isn't that wonderful?
Elizabeth - There are some enlightened people who never meditated, though. Not in an official "meditation" state. I particularly love a zen saying, that when enlightenment happens, it's always an accident. Spiritual practice, including meditation, simply makes us accident-prone!

Elizabeth - So, it's interesting to ask, what DOES it take, to become enlightened? Last time, we discussed that being enlightened seems to involve no negativity, no negative thinking, no negativity disorders, only positive flowing thoughts in now.
