Marge - how are you doing RT?
Dr. Liz - I'm back. :)
Rosie
Tara - Hi Marge! How are you?
Marge - Welcome back! How are you Liz?
Rosie
Tara - LoL, Marge...same question...:)
Dr. Liz - <grin> We are all asking each other the same
question !!! LOL
Marge - I'm happy to be indoors tonight ... we're having heavy
rains today/tonight with a mixture of snow, and it is cold!
Marge - Great minds think alike??lol
Dr. Liz - I'm happy to "see" both of you! :)
Rosie
Tara - Guess everybody has the same answer, too...I never
heard "I feel terrible" :)
Dr. Liz - It was a beautiful day here today ... I spent at least
half of it indoors ... but I DID get out a little ... :)
Marge - You too, Liz!
Marge - No RT ... just warm and cozy and glad to "see"
both of you!
Dr. Liz - I finished two of the CD's I'm working on last night
... the next step is to get them packaged, reproduced, and
ready for distribution ... the next two "should"
be done by the end of next week ... they're a surprising
amount of work ... but I'm happy with them.
Rosie
Tara - We never had this "Triangle" situation,
Marge - Which CD's are these Liz?
Dr. Liz - And then I hope to finish the Animal Reincarnation
book ... some incredible stories just happened so I haven't
finished its preparations yet ...
Rosie
Tara - Liz, can't wait to hear them....
Dr. Liz - RT, it's fun, isn't it? :)
the Triangle I mean ...
Marge - yes, cool triangle!
Marge - Liz ... the CD's of stories?
Marge - BRB
Marge - logged off. - from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;

Dr. Liz - I took the two breathwork
tapes ... the "100 Breaths" tape and the "Guided
Full Energy Breathwork Session" tape, re-did a lot of them, and put
them onto a CD so that people can queue up to whichever
session they want to do ... one track for the "100
Breaths" and another track for the "Guided Full
Energy Breathwork Session"
... plus explanations, introductions, etc. .., that CD is
called "Breathing for Energy" and it's ready for
packaging and duplication now ... packaging design is happening
now ...
Marge - logged on. - from . using Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;

Rosie
Tara - WOW...Marge
Dr. Liz - The second CD is based on the audio tape called Trauma
to Triumph: Reframing Your Way to Happiness and Success
... it was recorded live in a presentation I did for the
Society for Grateful Living ... I reworked that a little
bit and put that onto a CD ....
Dr. Liz - And I'm almost done a 2-CD
set called Stories from an Animal Communicator ... what
fun this one has been! It's almost 90 minutes of stories
across two CD's ... the stories are all recorded, the intro
music still has to be done ...
Rosie
Tara - Liz, I love to have both...can I order them from you?
Marge - Wow, those sound fabulous, Liz! I have the "100
Breaths" tape and did it for at least a year ... it
really worked!!
Dr. Liz - And I've got another one in the mill ... it's prayers
and meditations for Animal Well-Being ... I have 3 tracks
done for that and have a lot more to do ...
Dr. Liz - Marge, I'm so happy to hear you say that ...
Dr. Liz - The people who have the "100 Breaths" tape
that I've heard from so far, are really happy I'm putting
it on CD now ... they love the idea of being able to queue
right up to the beginning of the breathing session ...
Marge - Yes Liz ... I got it from you after the first workshop
I attended with you in Vancouver
Rosie
Tara - The prayer CD sounds VERY interesting, LIz
Marge - Liz, you're amazing!!! ... all
that you do!!! Whew!!!
Dr. Liz – Marge, yes, I remember!!! And I'm also working on a CD called, "Introduction
to Animal Communication." It'll have a very interesting
meditation on it that helps people get into an Intuitive State.
:) So I've been busy lately ... :)
Rosie
Tara - I would love to get a little bit of your energy, Liz
Marge - Liz ... the CD 'prayers and meditations for Animal
Well-Being' ... is this for animals to listen to also?
Dr. Liz - RT, I really love working on the Prayer CD. In two
Saturdays, I'll be recording with a group of kindergarten
children who are doing two of the prayers with me ... how
sweet is THAT!

Rosie
Tara - Wonderful....just wonderful, Liz
Dr. Liz - Marge, yes, a few of the prayers/meditations on it
are for the animals, too.
Dr. Liz - Vicki is that you?
poogs_person - Yes!! How are all of you doing?
Dr. Liz - Great! And you?
Rosie
Tara - Hi, poogs person...intersting name !
Marge - Vicki, ... Hi! Good to 'see'
you!
poogs_person - Wonderful! My business is full, full, full and I found that
my tendency to sleep during meditation was a lifelong sleep
disorder.
Dr. Liz - RT, "Poog" is
a hedgehog name ... :)
Marge - Wow, don't the colors look great tonight?
poogs_person - HI Marge. I woke up every 10 minutes and started the sleep
cycle over. I now have energy to spare.
Rosie
Tara - How sweet !
Dr. Liz - Are you staying awake now for meditation?
poogs_person - Yes!
Dr. Liz - Vicki, I still love and use the Biotone
massage creme you introduced me
to ... Thank you again! I take it with me when I get massages
...
Rosie
Tara - Marge, yes, more autumn like
Dr. Liz - Are you still using it or have you found another you
like better?
poogs_person - And I feel sooooo good. After
15 years of doctors telling me I eat too much and don't
exercise enough (14 hours a week isn't enough) I'm dropping
weight without trying.
Marge - Great, Vicki! How did you overcome the sleep disorder?
poogs_person - I love Biotone, and I'm glad you
do too.
Marge - ... RT and happy, yes?
poogs_person - I found that the type you have causes allergies in me, so
I got deep tissue instead.
Rosie
Tara - Yes ...!!
Dr. Liz - Vicki, what did you do, to heal from the sleep disorder?
poogs_person - Some medicine the neurologist gave me. Double
dosage but within acceptable limits. Works wonders.
poogs_person - I would want to start working on some more natural help
too.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, what do you mean by "the type you have
causes allergies in me" ...
?
poogs_person - The gel. I got eczema on my hands. Lots of therapists have
the same complaints. We swim in it. The Deep tissue doesn't
do that.
poogs_person - I didn't mean to derail your topic tonight. I'm very glad
to get a chance to drop in.
Marge - (RT ... Vicki hosted an animal communication seminar
by Liz a few years ago in Oregon .. on the west coast of
the US ... I attended it, .. that's how I met her)
poogs_person - We met in BC earlier though.
Marge - please stay if you can Vicki
Marge - ... and tell us more
poogs_person - THAT was a wonderful seminar.
Rosie
Tara - That sounds very interesting....I would like to join
one of Liz's seminars....
Marge - oh right Vicki ... I forgot about that! LOL
Dr. Liz - Hmmm.
So there's a Biotone deep tissue
creme?
poogs_person - I can stay tonight. I still have to eat so I'll run to the
kitchen and back, but I have the evening here at home.
poogs_person - I'd love to host one again. Wayne wants us back.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, the topic frequently gets derailed, it's not
a problem! :)
Marge - well RT ... I sent you the agenda for the one here
in June, right?? lol
poogs_person - Yes. There's a deep tissue. It's a lotion and you can find
it online. Or probably at a local massage school.
Rosie
Tara - Little bit far away...LOL.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, I'd love to do another workshop at Lighthouse.
Marge - I know RT ... you'll host one when we come out there,
right?
poogs_person - Oooooo. Let's talk. I think Wayne has grown a bit and
is still very dedicated to his work.
Dr. Liz - I'll look for it. Thank you.
poogs_person - Wayne's
Lighthouse I mean.
Rosie
Tara - If Liz agrees...YES
Dr. Liz - Vicki, when you say, "grown
a bit" do you mean in acreages and animals? Marge - RT ... your idea of a book signing sounds great too
... have you told Liz yet?
Dr. Liz - RT, yes, I'll love doing an animal communication workshop
when we visit. :)
Marge - LOL, LOL Liz ... I was wondering the same thing ...
LOL
poogs_person - I think people have contributed a great deal to his work.
I think he supports more animals. His pig/bull love relationship
was in the news.
Dr. Liz - Marge, yes, we have discussed that. It's one of the
reasons I'm working on having other product available ...
:)
Rosie
Tara - I did, Marge. Liz, do you remember
?
Marge - Wow Liz, that will be fantastic!!
Dr. Liz - Vicki, I get his newsletter and read it cover to cover.
I also continue to send him $$$ when I can.
poogs_person - Me too. He works so hard for his animals. And I think he
had his pins knocked out from underneath him when we were
there.
poogs_person - We provided good information.
Marge - He sent me a receipt for my donation for '06, but he
didn't enclose a newsletter for some reason
Dr. Liz - Vicki, ... I know he's in a position to get more acreage
and is looking for $$$ for additional buildings ... I love
how his commitment has flourished into such a wonderful
situation for the animals ...

Dr. Liz - I was sad to read last year that Fortunato has dropped his body ... he was quite amazing!
Dr. Liz - HI, Anne!
Marge - Hi Anne
Rosie
Tara - Hi, Anne
poogs_person - I was too. It's bittersweet. I spent time talking to Fortunato.
Anne - Hello, Dr. Liz and Everyone!
Dr. Liz - I loved how he decided I was "his" and marked
the territory around me so no one could enter it ... what
fun!
Marge - Fortunato was totally in
Love with you Liz! ... that was
SO cute!
Rosie
Tara - Fortunato....great name....must
be a horse ...?
Marge - RT ... would you believe a turkey?!!!
poogs_person - That was funny. But animals often do mark their territory
around you.
Dr. Liz - <laughing> I should have a MAN in my life who
felt that way! TOOOO funny! I do so well with birds ...
remember the bird at Out of Africa? That was love at first
sight, too! :) :):)
Rosie
Tara - Au weia !! Maybe the personality of a horse...LOL
Marge - oh yes, was it ever!!
poogs_person - That's the one I was thinking of. That was a hoot. I ditto
the man thing.
poogs_person - Where ARE they?
Marge - LOL RT
poogs_person - Mikki just died of a neuromuscular
disease at 15. Gus gus
is very, very lonely.
Marge - RT ... he certainly had a majestic stature alright
Dr. Liz - Oh, Vicki, I'm sorry for your loss. Yes, I'm sure
Gus Gus is lonely.
poogs_person - Remember those two little brats Liz and Marge?
Marge - So sorry to hear this Vicki
Marge - who do you have now, Vicki?
poogs_person - Thank you. I'm working on getting Gus inside more. He smells
like malessezia because of his
allergies, but I'm getting him more groomings.
He needs to be in here where he can get more attention from
me.
poogs_person - You mean hedgehogs and others?
Dr. Liz - Vicki, yes, I'm sure he does need you especially now.
Marge - yes ... you have many?
poogs_person - Yes. Nine hedgehogs, one dog and a horse.
Marge - how's your horse doing, Vicki?
poogs_person - The hedgehogs each are beautiful little people with their
own little personalities.
Rosie
Tara - Vicky that is a lot of work and ....love :)
Anne - Do the hedgehogs live inside or out, or both? I am
sure they are sweet!
poogs_person - Very well. He has learned to keep on his hind end so he
can take off over the jumps and he has learned to loosen
his back at the canter. He did lot's of hard work to achieve
that. I'm very, very proud of him.
poogs_person - They have to live inside. They are from Africa
and can't tolerate anything under 70 degrees. They hibernate
only vestigially since they didn't need to do so in Africa.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, I really learned a lot about hedgies from you and Jennifer and the other hedgie people ... they are amazing, delightful beings!
poogs_person - Poog, Hawgy
Goldbutt, Pigglit
and Stinker the bratgirl (and
proud of it) were my little joys.
Anne - Are they able to roam freely or are they kept in cages?
Marge - me too, ... I'd never been
introduced to hedgies before ...
they are cute and cool
Rosie
Tara - Vicky, where did you find them...or.did
you buy them?
poogs_person - I have one of Pigglit's daughters
here as well as Hawgy's twin daughters.
poogs_person - They can roam, but I keep them in cages. I rescue. Kids
buy them and find out they poop and don't play Frisbee.
End of fun, get RID of those animals.
Anne - Sounds like hedgies are
addicting!
poogs_person - Like potato chips.
Rosie
Tara - Vicky, do you know who is who without difficulties?
poogs_person - Oh, absolutely. They are all individuals.
Rosie
Tara - How sad...!!!
Anne - Is there a rescue web-site for hedgehogs?
poogs_person - Two of Coco's daughters look alike, but Rosie opens her mouth and yells
whenever she's frustrated. Her sister is mel-low.
Rosie
Tara - I like hedgies...always did
poogs_person - Yes. Hedgehog Welfare Society is an Internation
tax exempt organization. OH LIZ!! We got our permanent status.
poogs_person - Go to www.hedgehogwelfare.org
Rosie
Tara - Vicky...LOL
LOL
Dr. Liz - Congrats, Vicki!
Marge - Great Vicki! Congrats!
poogs_person - Thanks.
Rosie
Tara - Very good...
Marge - Vicki ... Rosie Tara is in Australia!! Isn't
that cool?!
poogs_person - That is absolutely wonderful Marge.
poogs_person - Welcome to the USA, albeit a cybervisit.
Rosie
Tara - I have never seen a hedgehog here in Down Under
poogs_person - Or should I say North America.
Marge - How's Tara doing,
RT?
poogs_person - You don't have any.
poogs_person - North, South America and Australia are the only two continents
in the world without them.
Marge - really? none Down Under?
poogs_person - New Zealand
has some non-native inhabitants.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, aren't hedgies native
to the Scandinavian countries?
poogs_person - Nope. Not native down under.
Rosie
Tara - Tara....she is just
a delight...my soulmate
poogs_person - They are native to everywhere but here and down under.
Rosie
Tara - We had alot in Germany
poogs_person - One whole species for Western Europe, another for Eastern
Europe, one for Asia and one for Africa
-- or two or three.
Rosie
Tara - Vicky..right
Marge - Vicki.. I remember you telling us, but I've forgotten
what you feed them
Dr. Liz - Mealy worms as treats, I remember from Jennie's Norma
...
poogs_person - Germany has all the Moeki dolls.
They are wonderful.
poogs_person - They are omnivorous, but need hi protein low fat.
poogs_person - They love silkie wermies, and salmon.
Rosie
Tara - They are really cute and peaceful little souls...Vicky
poogs_person - Poog got really rude eating salmon.
poogs_person - Yes, RT. Very very shy. It takes months to know some of them.
Rosie
Tara - No salmon in Germany...LOL too expensive
poogs_person - Poog, on the other hand, ran my
life. He was boss of me.
Marge - so in no way is the Pet Food feed to them, eh?
poogs_person - Yes it is unfortunately.
Marge - oops, ... fed to them?
poogs_person - They need kibble to keep their teeth clean. Jaw cancer is
rampant
poogs_person - We have a grant to study jaw tumors. It's right up there
with Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome.
Rosie
Tara - Vicky I always believed they are vegetarians
poogs_person - Nope. They eat worms and grubs in Europe.
They also eat fruit. They are of the family insectivora.
poogs_person - They like squash.
poogs_person - But it turns them orange because they spit it on themselves.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, is there anything else they spit on themselves?
Dr. Liz - That's interesting behavior ...
poogs_person - Anything that interests them.
poogs_person - Hawgy Goldbutt
was chewing on one of my sweatshirts once. It wasn't color
fast so he spit purple all over himself.
Rosie
Tara - That makes it hard to have them indoors, or?
poogs_person - Baby Sufi spit her bubble gum flavored amoxicillin all over
herself and since she was an albino, she was shocking pink
for months.
poogs_person - They always live indoors here.
Dr. Liz - LOL! Shocking pink, eh?
poogs_person - Too cold.
poogs_person - Yeah. And she was the mother of the three Frisbee Sisters
-- Carol Kreager's Beanie.
Rosie
Tara - Yes you mentioned that, Vicky....I just visualized
9 spitting hedgies....:)
poogs_person - Hahaha.
Marge - What're people doing now re Healthy Pet Food choices?
Dr. Liz - <grin> I remember when I stayed with you, Vicki,
the hedgies loved to run in their
exercise wheels at night ... since they were in the next
room to mine, I could hear them playing and exercising and
talking to each other through the night ... very cute!
poogs_person - It's called self annointing. They
foam at the mouth and lick it on themselves. It isn't really
spitting.
poogs_person - They talk a lot. When Sunflower came back (Pigglit's daughter) she had to get used to the questions and
chatting.
Dr. Liz - Marge, I thank you for the effort in "getting
us on course" for the agenda tonight, but actually,
we're probably not going to get to it. It's actually time
now to do the healing prayer portion of the chat! :)
Marge - ok
poogs_person - Oh oh. I'm sorry.
Dr. Liz - I've enjoyed the journey to hedgie-land!
Rosie
Tara - Liz, I learned a lot today.....Vicky
, thank you for the info...
Marge - no Vicki, that was interesting ... especially when
you said you did feed pet food
Dr. Liz - Vicki, it's fine. This happens.
I've really enjoyed doing hedgies
this Chat!
Anne - Me, too.....Fascinating!
poogs_person - I'm glad. And thank you. Next time I drop in we'll be caught
up and the agenda will stay on track.
Marge - ... that's what made me think of the healthy pet food
Dr. Liz - Vicki if you like, email me a picture (just one) and
I'll put it in the Chat'N'Pray
transcript so the people who read the transcript know what
hedgies look like ...
Marge - great idea, Liz!
poogs_person - OH that would be fabulous. Hmmm. Think,
think. Gotta choose one.
Rosie
Tara - Yes , please!!!!
Dr. Liz - Vicki, we are on track maybe 50% of the time. When
we're not, it's always for a great reason ... this time
the reason is hedgies! I've truly enjoyed your contributions!
Marge - I ditto Liz
poogs_person - Thank you.
Rosie
Tara - Me, too!
Anne - Yes, Thank you!
Dr. Liz - It IS time to do the Prayer portion of the chat now,
however ... :) so if everyone please would choose a Name
for the Sacred, and key it in now, that would be great ...
Marge - Lord, Holy Spirit
Rosie
Tara - Dear God
Anne - Mother, Father God, and Holy Angels
Dr. Liz - Sacred Universe ....
poogs_person - Holy Spirit.
Dr. Liz - Breathe in and out deeply as you say out loud or strongly
think/feel YOUR Name for the Divine ... do this 3 times!
Dr. Liz - And now we call the Sacred ... Come, Lord, Holy Spirit,
Dear God, Mother,Father God, Holy
Angles, Holy Spirit, Sacred Universe ... be with us now!
Dr. Liz - In-fill us with your mercy, power and grace ...
Dr. Liz - Let us be vessels for healing now ...
Dr. Liz - As we set out intention to be of service.
Dr. Liz - Before me is the Basket of Blessings, in which are
the prayer requests for hundreds of animals, people, and
situations ...
Dr. Liz - Please all beam your hands now towards your computer
screens, with the intention to be vessels for healing energy
to go to those in the Basket before my computer screen ....
Dr. Liz - Visualize and feel healing energy in whatever way
you know ... and focus it on those in the Basket
..
Dr. Liz - And it is so. Amen!
Dr. Liz - It is time now, to enter the names of any other animals,
persons, or situations, for whom
healing prayer energy is desired.
Marge - Amen
Rosie
Tara - Amen ! Thank you!
poogs_person - Amen.
Anne - Amen
Dr. Liz - For Vicki and Gus Gus as
they experience the loss of their dear friend ...
poogs_person - Thank you.
Rosie
Tara - Nicole M. may her heart be oen
for our healing energy for the sake of peace and harmony
within her family
Marge - For healthy food and shelter for all animals in this
cold wet weather in this region,
Rosie
Tara - open,,,sorry
poogs_person - Peace and strength my cousin Rachel, whose breast cancer
has metastasized after 5 years cancer free and is on her
way to her "train wreck." And for her husband
John, who is a rock.
Marge - prayer energy for all animals and for all of God's
creatures everywhere
Dr. Liz - For harmony in the souls of all here, that we may
be lights of harmony for the world.
Rosie
Tara - Beautifully said, Liz....Thank you
!
Marge - thank you Liz
Anne - Thank you all...goodnight and pleasant dreams!
Rosie
Tara - I wonder what is more important....peace or harmony ?
Dr. Liz - You, too, Anne!
Rosie
Tara - Sweet dreams, Anne
Marge - both, RT
Marge - night Anne
poogs_person - Night Ann. It was nice to "meet" you.
Rosie
Tara - I know, Marge.....but which one comes first?
Marge - is there harmony without peace and visa versa?
Dr. Liz - RT, I don't know but what occurred to me is, if we
have peace inside, then we are harmonious, and we can bring
peace in the form of harmony to the world.
Marge - that feels so true to me too, Liz
poogs_person - I would think harmony would come first. speaking of the external only. But perhaps peace inside comes
before harmony outside then peace outside.
Dr. Liz - The dictionary defines peace as "a state of mutual
harmony between people or groups, esp. in personal relations:
Try to live in peace with your neighbors.
"
Rosie
Tara - Liz, I feel the same....I try to find out the difference
between feeling harmonious and/or peaceful
Dr. Liz - I just looked it up ... :)
Marge - poogs_person ... I feel the
latter ... peace inside ...then harmony
poogs_person - I agree. That makes sense.
Rosie
Tara - Thanks....understood
Dr. Liz - And it defines "harmony" asagreement; accord; harmonious relations.
Rosie
Tara - eg. when
i lay in the sun I feel very peaceful
and my body is in an harmonious state...???
Marge - oh, I got shivers when I read this, RT ... how perfect!
Dr. Liz - RT, works for me. Especially the "laying in the sun" part! :)
Rosie
Tara - Or vice versa ??
Rosie
Tara - LOL...LOL
Marge - what a wonderful thought ... to be 'laying in the sun'
poogs_person - Hawaii?
Are we all going?
Dr. Liz - Maybe "peace" is a more subdued feeling;
whereas "harmony" could be quite active.
Marge - poogs_person ... let's go
beyond ... to Down Under ... beautiful Noosa
poogs_person - Yes!!!!!
Dr. Liz - I've yet to visit Hawaii ... :)
Marge - yes, this feels right Liz
Dr. Liz - Noosa IS beautiful ... :)
poogs_person - Is harmony *with* something? Peace is in and of itself?
Rosie
Tara - I can't believe your reaction.....WONDERFUL
poogs_person - I'll have to look up Noosa on
the Internet. I know there are some very beautiful things
down under.
Rosie
Tara - Hawai is very lovely
Marge - Noosa is where RT lives,
Vicki
Dr. Liz - Harmony seems to infer multiples of something as they
relate to each other ... but then peace does too ... maybe
they're pure synonyms ...
Rosie
Tara - I am blessed to be able to live here.....
Rosie
Tara - Maybe they are TWINS who cannot live without each other....
Marge - it seems to me that if one feels peaceful inside ...
then there is harmony in life (which includes many aspects
of it)
Rosie
Tara - I like that, Marge
Marge - I meant to say .... then there is harmony in one's
life (
Marge - inner peace ... world peace = harmony among all (this
is how it feels to me)
Rosie
Tara - First we have tolearn to
live in harmony , before we will have world peace....I think
Dr. Liz - I had the idea to check out the origins of the two
words ... peace is from pax (Latin)
and harmony is from Greek 'armonia
...the latter comes from resonance and music ... Memory
fails relative to pax and it's
origins ..
Dr. Liz - Oh, well. I took Latin a LOT of years ago!
Marge - RT ... I believe it all starts with 'one
Marge - ... with 'one' ... if every one of us in this world
experiences 'inner peace' ... then the world would be harmonious.
.... I think.
Dr. Liz - Oh, I just remembered. "Pax"
is from I believe an Etruscan root word that means "to
become silent."
Marge - ... and a beautiful peaceful place
Rosie
Tara - Never mind .....all of us
in this chat knows about the importance of both and that
is just beautiful
Marge - very intersting, Liz
Marge - you're right RT
Rosie
Tara - Liz, I guess we found the KEY...
Dr. Liz - So "peace" is becoming silent and "harmony"
is being in resonance.
Marge - I like that, Liz!
Dr. Liz - And for us here, we know that when we experience the
silence .. the
peace ... that is synonymous with being in harmony with
Source.
Rosie
Tara - That's how I FEEL it , too
Dr. Liz - And from that, flows joyful harmony with others.
