Marge - I'm happy to be indoors tonight ... we're having heavy rains today/tonight with a mixture of snow, and it is cold!

Dr. Liz - It was a beautiful day here today ... I spent at least half of it indoors ... but I DID get out a little ... :)

Dr. Liz - I finished two of the CD's I'm working on last night ... the next step is to get them packaged, reproduced, and ready for distribution ... the next two "should" be done by the end of next week ... they're a surprising amount of work ... but I'm happy with them.

Dr. Liz - I took the two breathwork tapes ... the "100 Breaths" tape and the "Guided Full Energy Breathwork Session" tape, re-did a lot of them, and put them onto a CD so that people can queue up to whichever session they want to do ... one track for the "100 Breaths" and another track for the "Guided Full Energy Breathwork Session" ... plus explanations, introductions, etc. .., that CD is called "Breathing for Energy" and it's ready for packaging and duplication now ... packaging design is happening now ...

Dr. Liz - The second CD is based on the audio tape called Trauma to Triumph: Reframing Your Way to Happiness and Success ... it was recorded live in a presentation I did for the Society for Grateful Living ... I reworked that a little bit and put that onto a CD ....
Dr. Liz - And I'm almost done a 2-CD set called Stories from an Animal Communicator ... what fun this one has been! It's almost 90 minutes of stories across two CD's ... the stories are all recorded, the intro music still has to be done ...
Rosie Tara - Liz, I love to have both...can I order them from you?
Marge - Wow, those sound fabulous, Liz! I have the "100 Breaths" tape and did it for at least a year ... it really worked!!
Dr. Liz - And I've got another one in the mill ... it's prayers and meditations for Animal Well-Being ... I have 3 tracks done for that and have a lot more to do ...

Dr. Liz - The people who have the "100 Breaths" tape that I've heard from so far, are really happy I'm putting it on CD now ... they love the idea of being able to queue right up to the beginning of the breathing session ...

Dr. Liz – Marge, yes, I remember!!! And I'm also working on a CD called, "Introduction to Animal Communication." It'll have a very interesting meditation on it that helps people get into an Intuitive State. :) So I've been busy lately ... :)

Dr. Liz - RT, I really love working on the Prayer CD. In two Saturdays, I'll be recording with a group of kindergarten children who are doing two of the prayers with me ... how sweet is THAT!

poogs_person - Wonderful! My business is full, full, full and I found that my tendency to sleep during meditation was a lifelong sleep disorder.

poogs_person - HI Marge. I woke up every 10 minutes and started the sleep cycle over. I now have energy to spare.

poogs_person - And I feel sooooo good. After 15 years of doctors telling me I eat too much and don't exercise enough (14 hours a week isn't enough) I'm dropping weight without trying.
Marge - Great, Vicki! How did you overcome the sleep disorder?
poogs_person - I love Biotone, and I'm glad you do too.

poogs_person - I found that the type you have causes allergies in me, so I got deep tissue instead.

Dr. Liz - Vicki, what did you do, to heal from the sleep disorder?
poogs_person - Some medicine the neurologist gave me. Double dosage but within acceptable limits. Works wonders.
poogs_person - I would want to start working on some more natural help too.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, what do you mean by "the type you have causes allergies in me" ... ?
poogs_person - The gel. I got eczema on my hands. Lots of therapists have the same complaints. We swim in it. The Deep tissue doesn't do that.

Marge - (RT ... Vicki hosted an animal communication seminar by Liz a few years ago in Oregon .. on the west coast of the US ... I attended it, .. that's how I met her)

poogs_person - I think people have contributed a great deal to his work. I think he supports more animals. His pig/bull love relationship was in the news.

Marge - He sent me a receipt for my donation for '06, but he didn't enclose a newsletter for some reason

poogs_person - Thank you. I'm working on getting Gus inside more. He smells like malessezia because of his allergies, but I'm getting him more groomings. He needs to be in here where he can get more attention from me.

Marge - yes ... you have many?
poogs_person - Yes. Nine hedgehogs, one dog and a horse.
Marge - how's your horse doing, Vicki?
poogs_person - The hedgehogs each are beautiful little people with their own little personalities.
Rosie Tara - Vicky that is a lot of work and ....love :)
Anne - Do the hedgehogs live inside or out, or both? I am sure they are sweet!
poogs_person - Very well. He has learned to keep on his hind end so he can take off over the jumps and he has learned to loosen his back at the canter. He did lot's of hard work to achieve that. I'm very, very proud of him.
poogs_person - They have to live inside. They are from Africa and can't tolerate anything under 70 degrees. They hibernate only vestigially since they didn't need to do so in Africa.
Dr. Liz - Vicki, I really learned a lot about hedgies from you and Jennifer and the other hedgie people ... they are amazing, delightful beings!
poogs_person - Poog, Hawgy Goldbutt, Pigglit and Stinker the bratgirl (and proud of it) were my little joys.
Anne - Are they able to roam freely or are they kept in cages?
Marge - me too, ... I'd never been introduced to hedgies before ... they are cute and cool

poogs_person - I have one of Pigglit's daughters here as well as Hawgy's twin daughters.
poogs_person - They can roam, but I keep them in cages. I rescue. Kids buy them and find out they poop and don't play Frisbee. End of fun, get RID of those animals.

poogs_person - Oh, absolutely. They are all individuals.

poogs_person - Two of Coco's daughters look alike, but Rosie opens her mouth and yells whenever she's frustrated. Her sister is mel-low.

poogs_person - Germany has all the Moeki dolls. They are wonderful.
poogs_person - They are omnivorous, but need hi protein low fat.
poogs_person - They love silkie wermies, and salmon.

poogs_person - We have a grant to study jaw tumors. It's right up there with Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome.

poogs_person - Nope. They eat worms and grubs in Europe. They also eat fruit. They are of the family insectivora.
poogs_person - They like squash.
poogs_person - But it turns them orange because they spit it on themselves.

Dr. Liz - That's interesting behavior ...

poogs_person - Hawgy Goldbutt was chewing on one of my sweatshirts once. It wasn't color fast so he spit purple all over himself.
Rosie Tara - That makes it hard to have them indoors, or?
poogs_person - Baby Sufi spit her bubble gum flavored amoxicillin all over herself and since she was an albino, she was shocking pink for months.
poogs_person - They always live indoors here.

Dr. Liz - <grin> I remember when I stayed with you, Vicki, the hedgies loved to run in their exercise wheels at night ... since they were in the next room to mine, I could hear them playing and exercising and talking to each other through the night ... very cute!
poogs_person - It's called self annointing. They foam at the mouth and lick it on themselves. It isn't really spitting.
poogs_person - They talk a lot. When Sunflower came back (Pigglit's daughter) she had to get used to the questions and chatting.

Dr. Liz - RT, I don't know but what occurred to me is, if we have peace inside, then we are harmonious, and we can bring peace in the form of harmony to the world.

poogs_person - I would think harmony would come first. speaking of the external only. But perhaps peace inside comes before harmony outside then peace outside.
Dr. Liz - The dictionary defines peace as "a state of mutual harmony between people or groups, esp. in personal relations: Try to live in peace with your neighbors. "
Rosie Tara - Liz, I feel the same....I try to find out the difference between feeling harmonious and/or peaceful

Dr. Liz - I had the idea to check out the origins of the two words ... peace is from pax (Latin) and harmony is from Greek 'armonia ...the latter comes from resonance and music ... Memory fails relative to pax and it's origins ..
Dr. Liz - Oh, well. I took Latin a LOT of years ago!

Marge - ... with 'one' ... if every one of us in this world experiences 'inner peace' ... then the world would be harmonious. .... I think.
Dr. Liz - Oh, I just remembered. "Pax" is from I believe an Etruscan root word that means "to become silent."

Dr. Liz - Gil, do you want me to start it? Gil had taken a shower, and when he got out, he was very shaky ...
Dr. Liz - And he thought he had just gotten chilled so he put on his sweats ....
Dr. Liz - But he was still shaking really bad so he lay himself down on his bed and covered himself up.
Dr. Liz - His dog Deva started to bark frantically, and got on his stomach, and licked his face, and he told her to lay down.
Rosie Tara - Is there anything we can do, Liz?
Gil - Yes, Iwas taking a shower and got chilled,so i dried myself and put my sweats on chills got worse went on the bed to lay down and Devabarked frantically,I said go lay down she went into the frtot room where I watch T.V. and drug my blood pressure cuff to my bed side and looked at me and barked I thought I had better check it 185/110
Gil - took temp and 104, Oh, Oh time to call 911

Gil - so in short she saved my life

Dr. Liz - There's more ... it's so sweet ... Gil told Deva that she would have to stay home when the EMT squad came ... but she wouldn't get off of his stretcher ... so the EMT people said to bring her along!

Gil - I went to the hospital with Deva on the stretcher with me
Dr. Liz - She knew there was something wrong and she refused to leave his side!
Marge - oh my goodness!
