GirlyGirls - She's lovely. . .and it's a powerful group for prayer here. Pinky was diagnosed two years ago with transitional cell bladder cancer. . they told me she wouldn't make it two months. Harumph!!

GirlyGirls - First of all, I want to thank all as well. .. all the little ones who were sick are recovering. . .Maya is able to walk without someone holding on to her now, and that is wonderful (she is 6, and just had a massive tumor removed from cerebellum)
Elizabeth - Agnes Sanford (former wife of an Episcopalian minister) and a Shaman taught me how.
Marge - LOL, Liz! ... yup, the "weather report" for Calgary and area in and around Calgary, Ab, Canada ... which is becoming more deserty (more like Arizona, it seems)

GirlyGirls - Maya had a big smile for me, even though she was crooked (head doesn't stand up straight yet, and left arm/hand not too good YET). . and the smile is a huge, huge thing.

GirlyGirls - This family said that folks were praying from Italy to Israel for their Maya, and they felt that the prayer was directly responsible for all of the good outcomes, surgery went so smoothly. . no bleeding. .

Elizabeth - FYI, the 3 kittens we prayed for last time, who needed homes, have all been placed. Praise God, and thank God!

Elizabeth - I heard a child give the sweetest definition of God recently. He said, "You know, when you go to sleep, and you want to wake up just before your Mom comes in to wake you in the morning so you can give her a smile and say "Hi, Mom" ... God is Who wakes you up. That's God."

GirlyGirls - all over the world, Amy. . every day. . so many folks struggle with so many things. . Just being in Children's Hospital was an eye opener for me. .. I am so proud of that hospital, but never mentally went inside the walls. . .then I was on the oncology unit, visiting, seeing so many families, not just Maya's
Elizabeth - GG... I've never heard God complain about how long our list is for the Basket of Blessings! We have hundreds upon hundreds of requests in it each time ...

Amy & Belle - I sometimes try to just let my thoughts flow, each thought leading to another thing to pray for, and I feel that if I'm open to God's leading, my thoughts will lead me in the right direction to pray for

Marge - Well, the first time I did it, .. about midway through .. the 'Real' feeling I had inside surfaced, .. which wasn't what I'd phrased.
Elizabeth - GG ... one of my teachers is Sai Baba ... I learned from a many year devotee of his, that he's often called, "Last minute Sai." LOL!!!!

Elizabeth - Marge ... that's happened to me, too. So I just switched mid-stream. Sometimes I started over.

Amy & Belle - It's really a very uplifting experience when I feel I've opened myself up in that way
karenamarc - Maybe it's about patience.
GirlyGirls - Liz and Marge, what you are saying is similar to the EMDR process. . it is supposed to be a process, these things.
Marge - When I did it again for the 'real' feeling, I immediately felt a 'release' of that feeling, ... not completely, but a huge release anyway
Amy & Belle - But it can be hard to be both that open and that focused at the same time!
Elizabeth - Karen ... a lot of God's children get lessons in patience! LOL!!!! And trust!!!!

Elizabeth - I learned the most interesting manifesting process recently. I've had one I've used for years, that works, but another one came into my awareness this week. It works, too!
karenamarc - Tell us, please.
Elizabeth - Marge ... what have your experiences been, with the EFT? Sounds like it's working for you.  Have you noticed what happens when you just sit and do EFT on everything that comes up?
Elizabeth - (Karen ... I will. I just remembered I wanted to ask Marge a question! LOL).
Marge - Actually Liz, I haven't done it often, .. just started, but will do it much more often now that I have the technique down. Question ...
Marge - I just tapped .. didn't count to 7, couldn't concentrate on the number of times ... seemed more important to focus on what I wanted to release
Elizabeth - Marge... yes?
GirlyGirls - If you are focusing hard on what you want to release, aren't you hanging on to it more tightly?
Elizabeth - Marge .. I don't always tap the 'correct' number of times, either.
Marge - ... also, I didn't use the 'rolling eyes' part ... should this be incorporated? .. before the hand on the heart at the end?
karenamarc - How about the eye movements?? When do you do that?

Amy & Belle - I've actually done it before, but thanks for the clarification. :) I did it with a counselor, do you guys do it yourselves?
Elizabeth - Amy ... you can do EFT as a surrogate for your Belle. It will help relieve Belle's anxieties a little.

Marge - ... any time, any place, when a problem arises.
GirlyGirls - I've been taught that in using these processes, not to repeat a mantra, not to try to hang on to one thought, but to allow it to go and observe (objective witness stance, kinda) The results happen. .
Amy & Belle - Very cool - I'll get that transcript from Laura and try it
Elizabeth - You'll need to identify the allergies. They feel like they're food allergies. So you'll probably want to change Belle's diet.
karenamarc - How does one become a surrogate? By just expressing it in the beginning of the tapping session.
Amy & Belle - I've tried so many - lamb, salmon, even kangaroo, not sure where to go from here. Food has always been my feeling as well, but I've been unable to nail it down

Elizabeth - Marge ... I sat and did EFT for almost 30 minutes. Just to see what would happen. I did it on everything that came up. I've always wondered what we would "feel" if all emotions were released right away.

Elizabeth - GG ... use muscle testing for permission/approval ... determine what you feel Pinky's emotions are, that might be contributing to her physical issues ... and then do the EFT on yourself, for her.
Marge - Elizabeth ... for a whole lot of things, ... did you do each 'feeling' individually, or did you combine many into one phrase?

karenamarc - Many of the pet foods aren't really that healthy, GG.
GirlyGirls - I wondered about raw foods getting Pinky back on track. ..
Amy & Belle - Karen - do you recommend a brand you've used?
Elizabeth - Amy ... the best way to eliminate allergies in dogs is to move them to a raw foods diet for a while. Get Kymythy Schultze's book, "The Ultimate Diet." Raw foods have eliminated more allergies than any diet change I know of for dogs.
Elizabeth - I believe the actual toele is "Natural Diet for Dogs and Cats" ... "Ultimate Diet" is the sub-title.
GirlyGirls - Yes, I agree Karenamarc, I only use precise or evolve with mine. . as well as some home prepared stuff
Amy & Belle - So is it basically like cooking for them like we do for ourselves?

Elizabeth - No, it's not cooking for them. It's raw foods, mixed and prepared for them.

karenamarc - I have cats, but I know from the holistic vet that some brands are healthier.

Elizabeth - Many brands of commercial dog and cat food are insufficient nutritionally for our animal friends. And most of them have 'filler' products that are downright unhealthy.
GirlyGirls - Always look for human grade, avoid filler stuff, etc, etc.

Amy & Belle - I've heard that, that's why I buy them the upper end brands and make sure the meat is the first ingredient rather than the filler

Elizabeth - GG ... depends on where the raw chicken necks come from. If it's from organic chickens, yes. The raw foods diet (including organic chicken and turkey necks and backs) completely handled Tanuka's allergies many years ago.
GirlyGirls - Yes, I stick with organic chickens when I bake them. .
Amy & Belle - Yeah, I've been slowly converting our diet to as much organic stuff as possible

Elizabeth - I only give raw bones, not cooked bones.

Marge - originally and animals in the wild only eat raw foods, ... we humans have switched their diets on them.
Elizabeth - Well, you can give backs as well, from small animals.

GirlyGirls - What about organic organ meats for a kitty Liz, is this appropriate? Especially for a kitty like Pinky (tumor, etc. .)
Elizabeth - Marge ... yes. And we've done this over the past 40 or 50 years. So their bodies have not had a chance to catch up to the changes in foods. And we're seeing a huge increase in diseases such as leukemia, heart disease, respiratory disease and cancer in our beloved animal friends. There is a strong thought that the significant increases are due to the insufficiency of the diet.

GirlyGirls - Oh that makes total sense Liz. I have another book (or two) that talks about the raw diet. . .
Elizabeth - I learned about the raw foods diet from an animal in the Hampton's on Long Island perhaps 12 or so years ago.
karenamarc - I used to give one of my cats organic chicken livers. Raw, that is.
Elizabeth - The animal had been diagnosed with terminal cancer. The human called me and wanted a reading. I asked the animal, was it ready to go? And it said, definitely not. I want the diet I ate before I came to this home.
Marge - yes, Liz. We also do things like mop/wash our floors with things that contain chemicals ... and our animal friends walk with 'bare feet' on this. (e.g. swiffer cloths)
Elizabeth - So I said, what diet? And the animal sent me what looked to me like wiggly jello.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - karen-me too...i give my kitty the raw organs from the inside of the chicken

Elizabeth - And I asked again, because I couldn't believe that the animal was sending me an image of jello.
GirlyGirls - I have to chase Fannie away when I am using Chlorox. . she goes wild for that smell. . .scares me. .
GirlyGirls - Jello?
Elizabeth - And it sent the image again. So I told the woman, I can hardly believe this, but your animal is asking for the diet that it had before it came to you. It's sending me what looks like wiggly jello.
Marge - Liz, that's amazing? ... was it really jello?
Elizabeth - The woman started laughing and said, oh, that would be beef cubes or lamb cubes. I got this dog from my friend, who fed it a faw food diet.
Elizabeth - ooops. I meant a 'raw' food diet.
Elizabeth - So I said, a raw food diet?
Amy & Belle - Beagles are notorious for eating anything - Belle ate a memory stick and part of a couch. Sorka, the other beagle ate a pen once - I found it when it came out the other end. How that made it through I've never been able to figure out.

Elizabeth - And she proceeded to explain to me, how her friend had fed the dog.
Elizabeth - The dog wanted that diet. It said if it had that diet, it would live.
Elizabeth - The woman agreed to change the diet. She did. The cancer went away in a few months and the dog lived another 3 plus years.

Amy & Belle - That's amazing - was she using the diet from the book you recommended?

Elizabeth - Amy ... I know about Beagles! I had one that lived to be 21!!!!

Elizabeth - GG ... it takes a little time to learn how to do it. Once you've learned it, most people spend a little time each month making meal-size portions of food and freezing them.
Amy & Belle - 21??!!! Here's hoping mine as long a life as that!
Amy & Belle - Do you attribute that age to a raw food diet?
Elizabeth - I think that suggestion was in the book. Or maybe someone else suggested it to me. But it was one I followed. I spent one Sunday afternoon monthly making the meals and freezing them. Then I would defrost them as I needed them. Tanuka's allergies went away in about 1 month.
Marge - Guess what, .. I just had a very wild stray cat here come by my house 'meowing' loudly!!! ... I'll bet his food tray is empty? I'll go fill it immediately after the chat.
Elizabeth - He was miserable. His skin was all broken out, he was chewing his paws, and his ears were terribly bothersome to him.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz-did he tell you what he needed as far as diet?...or did yo read it?
Amy & Belle - Belle's ears have recently cleared up since I've been giving her Transfer Factor for dogs. But it's expensive, so hopefully the diet could help with that as well
Elizabeth - The vets wanted to put him on stuff I didn't want him on. And then I had this reading with this woman and her dog, and I figured it was God answering my prayer about what to do for Tanuka.
Marge - Liz, I have to pass your story on to a friend of mine whose german shephard has a lot of allergies.
karenamarc - What do you feed him besides raw bones??
Elizabeth - DZP ... he didn't know.
GirlyGirls - It's so interesting, the range of "feelings" folks have about their animals. While we will consider raw foods diets, other folks think hey, the animal is sick, time to get a new one. . . I'm actually not even stunned anymore when people suggest I let mine go if they are inconvenient. . .

Elizabeth - Well, as he's gotten older, I've experimented with other things for him. Lately he's been loving Wysong's anergen. It's a product suitable for both dogs and cats, and is especially for dogs or cats who experience allergies or who have ever had a tendency for allergies.
karenamarc - What is that for, DZP?
Amy & Belle - GG - What the heck? That's awful!!
Elizabeth - I feed him the kibble .. it's a small kibble, easy to chew ... and mix it with raw flesh product and sometimes cooked flesh product.
Marge - ... good to know that too, Liz. I buy Wysong's for cats to mix in with the Nutro ... for all the strays that come or are dropped off here.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - zoe had a bad case od diarrhea...and 2 round of antibiotics fromt eh vet did nothing...liz suggested some things, which i treid and it has helped
GirlyGirls - No, Amy, they are just in a different place about pets. I think that's why all the neighborhood cats hang in my yard.

GirlyGirls - Now I just say, politely, No, that's not how I am about my girls.
Elizabeth - I don't feed my dogs beef because I don't feel beef is truly a suitable product for them. Cow is not necessarily a natural target food for dog.

When my golden retriever, who was called Neasa (the Princess of the Ewoks from Return of the Jedi) came back to another human, her new human called her Bella Regina (beautiful queen). Same energy. Elizabeth - Leslie ... depends. The longest an essence energy that I've worked with and helped took, was 16 years. The shortest was 3 months.
