Sher - these squirrels hung around close, like maybe 5-10 feet away from me...they only left after a cat came out to chase 'em, lol
Elizabeth - They surely picked up on the clarity of your conscious intention! LOL!

Sher - So can conscious intention really be heard that clearly?
Elizabeth - VERY clearly.
Elizabeth - How far and how loudly a conscious intention broadcasts, seems to be proportional to the degree of energy (the intensity of the emotion) and the clarity of the imaging (the visualizations).
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - it is amazing how animals respond when you have a clear intention towards them
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - my sister and i work in a building where a woman works that takes her dog (a german shepard) with her....
Sher - Hhmm, maybe I'm "broadcasting" louder lately cuz i'm more emotional lately then?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - she takes him because he came from an abusive/neglected situation and she feels he is better off with her all day...

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - but he comes across to the rest of the building as nasty, and no one wants him there...but my sister and I approached the dog witht the intention of greting him...and letting him get comfortable with us....

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- funny thing about that dog...about a week earlier Cheryl and I were iin the buildings parking lot and saw another Gernam Shepard near the building...Cheryl sensed the name Duke...a week later , this dog arrives at our office...and wouldn't you know...his name is DUKE!

Elizabeth - Wolf ... well, they're parrotts, according to their owner! They're the Peace Parrots, they've been to the United Nations and also were at Guliani's 9/11 commemorative, among other cool venues.

Elizabeth - Their names are Baby and Merlin ... they do head stands, and do meditative "OM"'s ... they are just TOO cool!

Elizabeth - There are several key ideas behind manifesting.
Elizabeth - Wolf ... it's never a good idea to just let a new cat run free in a home where another cat or cats is/are already living.
Elizabeth - I'll fill you in on Saturday about what to do.
Elizabeth - In the meantime, keep them separated.
Elizabeth - The first key idea of manifesting is that we have strong influence on our lives and how they express.
Wolf - great - thanks - I will wait til after then to bring him back over
Elizabeth - The second key idea of manifesting is that there is a Divine Helper who listens to our heart/minds.
Elizabeth - The third key idea of manifesting is that there is a way to align the dreams of our heart/minds, with the energy of the Divine Helper.
Elizabeth - When the dreams of our heart/minds and the energy of the Divine Helper merge, a merged result expresses itself.
Elizabeth - A very simple construct.
Elizabeth - When we merge these knowings, with the energetics of how expression occurs, then we can create processes to harness the energetics.
Elizabeth - Mostly, as humans, with human consciousness, we tend ot think of things in terms of time ... what is often called 'wall clock' time ...
Marge - this 'feels' soooo good ... please go on Liz
Elizabeth - If we want something to express in our lives, then we usually feel that will happen "in the future."

Elizabeth - Most manifesting processes work on the basis of 'putting something into one's future' ...
Elizabeth - And most of the humans DOING such processes, tend to be thinking of wall-clock time.
Elizabeth - HOWEVER, spiritual time does not work the same way as wall-clock or chronos time.

Elizabeth - So ... firstly ... go deep, and see how YOU register "time".
Elizabeth - Bring to mind an event that happened in your past. Where ... inside or outside of your body ... is it? Where can you "find" your registered sensations (often called 'memories') of that event? Key in your discovery.
Elizabeth - Is it behind you? Inside your body? Where is it?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - feels...behind...yet oddly closer than i expected
Marge - mine is dear to me ... in my heart, yet it happened many years ago
Laura & Furry Kids - I see or feel something right outside or against the back of my neck. It's my first horse. And I just stopped to say hello to two horses, even though I knew I was running late for this chat. They chewed on my hands. I wanted to bring some equine energy to the chat.
Wolf - the first thing that I thought of -is in my "gut" - it 's part of who I am - other things seem to be behind me - but close

Elizabeth - Now feel an event that you are seeing as a "future" event ... doesn't matter how 'far' in the future it is ... where do you feel this one?

Elizabeth - Sher ... all 'memories' are held in energy somewhere ... see if you can close your eyes and feel where it is for you ....

Elizabeth - Many human consciousnesses refer to 'past' time as somehow 'behind' them, 'future' time as somehow 'in front of' them, and the 'current moment' as somehow and somewhere, 'inside' of them.

Elizabeth - So when we do 'manifesting' processes, we are usually superimposing the manifesting processes on top of the way our consciousness structures its understanding of the passing of time.
Elizabeth - However, spiritual time ... chiros time .. doesn't work this way.
Elizabeth - Spiritual time is energetic time.
Wolf - awesome Liz! Never thought of it that way!
Elizabeth - So if we want to manifest, we need to align ourselves with the understanding of how spiritual time works.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - like in Reiki...can access all of time and space

Elizabeth - Now close your eyes for a moment, and look up (inside your head) towards your third eye ... and then lower your chin a little bit ... and breathe deeply. In a few seconds, you can open your eyes and receive the next instruction.
Elizabeth - When I suggest, "close and look up", I will mean, to close your eyes, look up towards your third eye, lower your chint a bit, and breathe deeply. We'll be using this.
Elizabeth - So ... 'close and look up' and feel your CURRENT situation. Breathe very deeply in and out. And then open your eyes again, to receive your next step.
Elizabeth - Next, 'close and look up' ... and lift your left arm so that the upper arm is parallel to the floor ...

Elizabeth - So to your left, one upper arm length away, put all the emotion, all the images, all the sensations, all the sound bytes, all the real plays, of the situation you'd like to express in your life.
Elizabeth - And now, make your imaging even more wonderful ... add additional detail to it ... develop it even further, to its even more wonderful consequence ... and when you've done that, key into the chatroom and let me know.

Elizabeth - And place your hand on your heart.

Elizabeth - I first learned of the SCIO from Vicki and then from Marge. They were so excited ... and I reserched and researched and then experienced it myself .. and then bought it!
Marge - Sher, I've had experience with the QXCI ... not using it, but being the 'client'. The experience has been great, but lacks the intuitiveness with explanation that I need (haven't had a chance to tell you this yet Liz)
