Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - hi Dr. Liz
DrLiz - HI, DZP! Hi, Helen!

DrLiz - DZP, before I forget, what is the name of the vet who
used the bloodroot injections? I have someone I'd like to send to him ... :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - how are you Dr Liz?
DrLiz - Hi, Liz2!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Buchoff
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - that rat is still tumor free
Liz2 - Hi Dr. Liz.....hello all :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and hte sole survivor now
of her 17 siblings
Helen - Hi everyone
DrLiz - DZP, I'm doing great, thank you! I've finally gotten
enough sleep from after the Calgary
trip so that I feel rested! :) Where does Dr. Buchoff
practice, again? Tel. no. if you have it?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- Zoe is here. Can
you sense if she feels' Herself" yet after her
kidney ordeal?
DrLiz - DZP, she says she's close but not quite fully back yet.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Buchoff West Paterson,
NJ 86 Lackawanna
Ave #306 PHONE 973-632-2483
Helen - Liz, can you check with Corky about pain and itch.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- can she offer
advice as to what makes her feel better?
Helen - and what are bloodroot injections?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Helen- my sisters rat had tumor growing
, this holistic vet injected the tumors with bloodroot...and the body
opened up and expelled the tumors...it was truely
AMAZING!
DrLiz - Thank you, DZP, I feel Dr. B may be able to save another
animal's life so I'll be referring someone to him! :)

Liz2 - So that's the herbblood
root then, that he used?
Marge - Hi all!
Liz2 - Hi Marge :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Hi Marge
DrLiz - Helen, bloodroot injections are injections of blood root
made directly into tumors. I learned about them when I was in Louisville, KY,
speaking at the American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association's annual
meeting ... but I didn't know anyone locally who was doing it, until DZP told
me what happened with her rat! :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - yes Liz2
DrLiz - HI, Marge!
Liz2 - Interesting.....
Helen - hi Marge, do the injections work with peoples too?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - the bloodroot solidifies the tumors and the skin
opens and the tumor is expelled...the rat (who Dr Liz spoke to during this
process) explained that it didn’t hurt, but itched
DrLiz - DZP, it all happened very quickly, too, didn't it? In about 3 weeks or less?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Helen- it can...you can look it up on the Internet,
you will find human cases
Helen - wow will definitely check it out

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- yes it did...she went weekly for
injections, and eventually they fell out
DrLiz - Helen, I don't know if the procedure has been approved
for use with humans in the U.S. or in Canada. It is approved in other
countries, though.
Rosie Tara - Hi everybody
DrLiz - Hi, RT! Hi, QV!
qv - Hi folks. sorry I'm late, wrong time zone adjustment
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Hi RT
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - hi qv
Helen - cool
Rosie Tara - I am glad I made it...:)
DrLiz - DZP, did you find any cases in the U.S. or Canada, with the bloodroot?
Marge - Hi RT and QV
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I wish Zoe's issues were
that easy to treat
DrLiz - QV, you are most welcome, glad you could make it! RT,
great to see you again! Congrats on the new little one! :)

from
DrLiz - Hmm. Marge wants a new color, I suspect. :)
Liz2 - DZP - is Zoe a CRF cat?
Marge - logged on. - from . using

Liz2 - You pegged that one DrLiz!
Rosie Tara - Thanks , Liz...he is so
different to Nicholas....
qv - I'm new to this so what are we chatting about?
Rosie Tara - Wow, Marge!!! Beautiful colour
Marge - congratulations RT! Yup, you're right Liz, I wanted
'orange'
Marge - RT ... well, it’s not Friday here yet, LOL
DrLiz - qv, at the moment, we're
talking about a vet who injected tumors with an herb and in about 3 weeks the
body naturally and on its own, expelled the tumors.
Rosie Tara - Right colour for the (your ) day, Marge
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2 CRF?
Rosie Tara - Thanks Marge
Liz2 - chronic renal failure
DrLiz - CRF - chronic renal failure
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - http://www.cancerx.org/dans_cancer_photos.html
qv - Where were the tumours?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Kidney disease
Liz2 - DZP - from the bad cat food?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - qv the tumors were all in
the body, by rear legs, and chest area
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- she never ate any contaminated foods
DrLiz - DZP, good link, thank you!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - try to give her a raw food diet
qv - wow, I wish I had known about this herb. Is it being
used a lot?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- that was the one I remember seeing ...the
site had the pics
Rosie Tara - DZP that is amazing...
Liz2 - DZP = ok - My Siamese, Baby is in renal failure
from the food...that's why I asked.....
DrLiz - qv, I learned about it in
Louisville, as I mentioned a few "lines" ago ... there were pictures
on the display booth of the process ... it's a difficult one to watch because
it’s “gory-looking” … however the process works ...
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2-im so sorry to hear that..so
many animlas were affected
DrLiz - qv, and DZP found a vet in New
Jersey who is doing it ... the vet saved her rat's life!
Helen - difficult that is putting it mildy
Marge - Liz2 are you anywhere near DZP's
vet?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- poor Zoe has
diabetes...so the kidney problems, im told are
something that can happen...she spent 3 days at the vets office recovering from
dehydration
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - shes just coming around
now
DrLiz - DZP, that IS something that often happens ... are you
giving her sub=cue fluids now?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - 2xs a week, thought it is hard to do ...she doesn't
sit well for it...lol
Marge - poor Zoe ... SO good that
she's getting better
Rosie Tara - DZP...sorry to hear that ...poor Zoe
Jo - logged on. - from . using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U;

Liz2 - Marge - it would be quite a drive - I am in Drexel
Hill PA
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - but i think it makes her
feel better...Dr. Liz- does Zoe agree with that?
DrLiz - Liz2, there are some good holistic vets closer to you
than West Patterson!
Liz2 - DZP - are you using Ringer's Lactate? My vet had me
using something else and Baby sits still with the Ringer's.....
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Rt-
she has survived worse...she's some fighter my Zoe
DrLiz - DZP, yes.
Liz2 - My holistic vet is in Yardley....Dr. Rodrigues at the Animal
Healing Center
DrLiz - DZP, she sure IS a fighter! :)
DrLiz - Liz2 ... AHC has a good reputation. There's another
holistic vet who used to work there who has her own practice now, not too far
from t hem.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Zoe needs to take Pepcid, mylanta daily, and subcue fluids 2x week
Rosie Tara - DZp...that's
good...but still it is not fair that she has to suffer at all
Marge - Wow, she sure is a fighter! What a sweetie!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - when she stabilizes im going to look into more natural remedies for her
Liz2 - Dr Barr?
DrLiz - DZP, watch her to make sure 2x is enough.
DrLiz - Liz2, yes.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - RT- she been through a lot- her vet says that they
joke about her having 20 lives
Liz2 - DZP - Baby does 3x a week, 200 ML each time
DrLiz - DZP ... :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- i think it
is...she seems hydrated well...i put water in her
food as well
DrLiz - Helen, you had questions about Corky?
Rosie Tara - DZP...maybe she does have that amount of lives...:)))
Liz2 - DrLiz - I wonder where
she is and if it is closer? Altho Baby LOVES Dr. Wendy.....
Marge - Liz2 ... sounds like Baby is a fighter too! eh?
DrLiz - Liz2, I don't know if where Dr. Barr is, is closer to Drexel Hill.
Helen - yes I think she is in a lot of pain, panting too much
for the heat, but I can't pin it down and she is scratching
Liz2 - Oh definitely - was diagnosed in December and never
dreamed he would even last this long....has only lost 1 lb too!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - what is Ringers?
DrLiz - Helen, what are you feeding her?
Marge - Wow Liz2!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- it is amazing what our babies can come back
from...Zoe survived "incurable" cancer 7
years ago
DrLiz - DZP, yes!
Helen - We have changed foods a few time since this started,
raw turkey neck in the am and Innova no grain with
cooked turkey in the evenings
Liz2 - DZP - Ringer's is the Subq
fluid I am now using - the other I think was potassium chloride?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and she was treated
alternatively...and with Dr Liz help she survived
DrLiz - Liz2, what is the procedure or protocol Dr. R has used
for Baby?
DrLiz - (DZP, thanks!)
Rosie Tara - DZp how old is Zoe?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- the bag of fliud
they gave me is yellow...from the vitamin B...but i
do not know for sure what else is in it
Liz2 - DZP - awesome! Though now I fear my Diabetic cat
may someday have the same fate :(
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - RT- she is now 13
DrLiz - Helen, have you used thuja to
help clean out her liver?
Rosie Tara - DZp that is amazing and
still a fighter....Great!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- I know that diabetic cats can have some
struggles, but as long as Zoe sems
like she has the will to live and fight through it ...we will give it our best..she is develooping
cataracts too, but not bad at all yet
Liz2 - DrLiz - he is on a
totally raw diet and takes the following 3x a day - Kidney Terrain (Vitamin
mix), Kidney Liquesence, Cantharis Comp and Regenerx Kidney R4 (Homeopathic compound)
Liz2 - DZP -poor old gal! Baby is 14.....
Helen - I did a massive dose of that when I first got her, was
double vaccinated, have done sulfur, ledum, arnica
have her on chinese herbs now which have helped a lot
with tummy and the itch
Rosie Tara - Sorry Iam asking...what is
the life span of a cat..
Marge - RT ... cats often live to close to 20, right DZP and
Liz2?
DrLiz - Liz2, thanks!
Rosie Tara - Wow...Thanks Marge
Liz2 - Marge - it depends on the lifetime care and the
breed
DrLiz - Marge, I once did a session for a cat who was 21, so yes.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Marge- my sister has a cat- 18 years old...and still
going very strong
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - it depends on the care and environment the cat
lives in...just like us i
guess
Helen - Life span … had one when I was a kid who lived
till 21 and have a friend who has one that is 23
Marge - .. oh yes, the care would play
a major role, wouldn't it. That's fantastic, DZP
Liz2 - I could only hope - haven't had one live past 17
yet >^,.,^<
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - is there an herb that aids the kidneys?
DrLiz - Helen, she keeps telling me it's partly due to something
that comes in contact with her skin ... not necessarily something from the
inside ...
Helen - dirt maybe>?
Marge - that's great, Helen!
Rosie Tara - We have a 23 year old horse...we got him when he was
one...he is still a "spring chicken"...:)))s
DrLiz - Helen, it feels like a natural substance with "itchies" in it, as she's sending it to me, so yes, it
could be dirt, or pollen.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- when Zoe was
diagnosed with cancer, we thought it was over, but when she spoke with DR. LIZ-
SHE TOLD DR LIZ SHE DIDNT WANT TO TAK ABOUT HER DYING, SHE WANTED TO FIGHT
Marge - RT ... my horse Cozon was
a month short of his 29th b.d. when he crossed over,
and he was still going strong!
DrLiz - Helen, how old is Adrien's
horse Sugar? In her 30's, isn't she?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Rt-
that is awesome
Marge - Wow, DZP!
Helen - now you have me thinking, she digs in the yard and has
been laying in the holes, too keep cool I am thinking but the one area is
suspect
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Marge- that is great
Helen - Sugar is 34 I think
DrLiz - DZP, there are kidney liquescences,
yes.
Rosie Tara - Marge ; I hope he will
reach that age , too....for the sake of my grandsons.....
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Helen- it is amazing what our animlas
can tell us
Liz2 - DZP - Baby's grandmother had injection site carcenoma - my allopathic vet wrote her off. The holistic
vet was able to treat her and she lived 7 months and passed in her sleep - so
the will to live is an important factor!!
Marge - wow Helen, that's fantastic!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - liquescences?
Helen - ya and she is doing great now
that the laminitis (sp) has been fixed
Rosie Tara - Helen, what breed is sugar?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- zoe just came up
to me but she wont open her eyes to look at me..is she ok?
Marge - that's so wonderful, Helen!
Rosie Tara - Sugar
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - maybe something in her eye
Marge - isn't she an Arabian?
DrLiz - They're liquid, DZP.
Helen - her registered name is Star Moon, but Adrien has always called her Sugar
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- where can i find liquescences?
Helen - Arabian and Morgan and she is mostly white
DrLiz - Sugar is an exquisitely beautiful white Arabian.
DrLiz - DZP, Whole Foods sometimes carries them. Also, on-line is
a good place to search!
Marge - Arabians do tend to live longer than other breeds apparently.
DrLiz - Helen, I forgot about the Morgan part of her, thanks!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - is there a whole line of them?

Helen - I am surprised I remembered, I usually just think of
her as Sugar.
Rosie Tara - Beautiful...Our Kalle is
an Australian Thoroughbreed
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - good, whole foods is near to me
DrLiz - DZP. yes. Kidney,
Lung, Adrenals, Liver, etc.
Marge - hi catlady
Rosie Tara - Wrong spelling...:))
DrLiz - Hi, Catlady!
catlady
- hi everyone!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - ok, thank dr liz.. how
to give them?
Helen - Liz I am going to have to run, did Corky say anything
about pain>
Rosie Tara - Maybe not ??
Marge - lovely RT! ... do you have
other horses?
DrLiz - DZP, depends. Sometimes people
dilute them into water, sometimes they put them into
the mouth directly.
DrLiz - Helen, Corky said she itches a lot and that she lies in
the dirt sometimes to help stop the itching but it doesn't stop the itching it
only suspends it somewhat.
Marge - RT ... you were almost 100% ... thoroughbred
DrLiz - Helen, Corky didn't say she is in pain, she just itches a
lot.
Liz2 - DZP - if they are in an alcohol base I would
definitely recommend, mix 2-3 drops of water with 2-3 drops of the liquescence.
Otherwise you will definitely get an argument about taking it!
Rosie Tara - Marge , we did have 5
horses , when our daughter was breeding German Warmbloods.
DrLiz - Helen, Corky said sometimes she opens something up, and
then she hurts.
Helen - Ok thanks very much will investigate further, Good
night all
Rosie Tara - Thanks Marge....this English language...LOL
DrLiz - Night, Helen. Great to see you!
Rosie Tara - Night Helen
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Helen- i hope corky can
help you figure out the problem with her itching

DrLiz - Liz2, is that what you're doing? Mixing it with water?
Marge - RT ... I'm told this English language is a tough one, ... I'd say you're doing exceptionally well at it!!!!!
Marge - night Helen
Liz2 - DrLiz - yes, otherwise he
fights me trying to give it to him. Smacks my hand away with his paw!
Rosie Tara - Marge ....well, well, well....
Marge - LOL RT!
DrLiz - Marge, I, too, feel RT does a great job with English! :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz2- zoe knows all my
tricks when i try to give her somethiing..i made an agreement with her..i will "leave her food pure" and she has to
take the pills/liquids , then i will not taint her
food with it
qv - My 8 year old cat has funny bumps on her ears. If I
scratch them off they bleed a bit but are still bumpy. Anyone see this on their
cats before?
Rosie Tara - Thanks, Liz......I am blushing now....:)
Marge - RT ... I'll bet you speak other languages also, eh?
DrLiz - DZP, that's a very powerful agreement. Good job.
Liz2 - DZP - any deal that works is good! Baby MUST have CatSip catmilk after his subq - that's part of our "deal"
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - so the liquescences are
like Bach's remedies?
Marge - DZP... that's fantastic!
Rosie Tara - DZP...LOL
Liz2 - DZP - they are herbal remedies as opposed to flower
essences which is what the Bach’s are
Marge - awww, Liz2 ... that;s SO cool too!
catlady
- hi everyone!
DrLiz - DZP, yes and no. The similarities are they are both
liquid and both usually sold in tincture bottles. The flower essences are
exactly that, essences of the purest rainwater falling on the purest flowers
and then gathered and preserved with a small dose of old brandy. The liquescences are generally herbals or herbal mixes. They, too, can be preserved with brandy.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - zoe likes this poultry
toothpaste stuff i get...so i
give her pill in that, to help hide the taste..anything that is too bitter I open an empty gelcap, place pills inside and use the toothpaste to
"close" it back up...the pill go down smooth, and she dosnttaste them
Rosie Tara - Marge...a little bit of school French...have to
fresh it up because of my Franco-canadian son in law
catlady - qv--I'm not a vet, but
your kitty may have contact dermatisis..allergic
to something like a material or a chemical
Liz2 - DZP - that's a really cool idea......
DrLiz - Another similarity is they are usually dosed in drops.
Another similarity is that some essences are preserved with brandy, as are some
liquescences. Others are
preserved in other ways, most commonly, vinegar.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- thank you for telling me about these..i wil
definately look into getting them..i
like the energy of them rather thatn the pill i have to give now
DrLiz - qv, are the "bumps"
as you call them, present anywhere else on your cat's body?
qv - no just on
the ears at first I thought they were little burrs that needed to be plucked
out because they felt rough but that's not it either
DrLiz - qv, does your cat scratch at
them?
qv - my husband thinks they are scratch injuries from the
other cat who may be swatting her there but they usually get swatted on their
bodies and I haven't noticed her scratching them
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - anyone have any thoughts on tonight chat topic
"The Power of Finding Positive Aspects" ?
Liz2 - DrLiz - Looked up Dr.
Barr....just as far as AHC and I have a history with AHC
Marge - qv ,,, what's your cat's name?
qv - Namo
DrLiz - qv, I sense an allergy.
Rosie Tara - DZP....would love to discuss this
Liz2 - DZP - yes......no matter what the situation you
find yourself in looks like overall, there is always something positive to find
within it. Once you determine what that positive aspect is, you can usually
turn things around from the negative....
DrLiz - DZP, yes, the topic tonight is "The Power of Finding
Positive Aspects." It's an idea I came upon recently and I find myself
loving it.
DrLiz - Liz2, what you’re describing is called
“Reframing.” That's
actually not what tonight's topic is about. I have a CD on that,
“Reframing,” the recording is done, it’s about to go into
replication, so it’ll be ready in about two months. “Reframing” is the art of
looking at anything in one’s life in a way that supports one, instead of
upsets one.
qv - o.k.
thanks I'll see what more I can find out. Is there a way to test for allergies?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - the old "when life hands you lemons, make
lemon-ade" theory
DrLiz - qv, it's time for the chat
topic now.
DrLiz - DZP, again, that's not quite what I'm meaning by
tonight's chat topic.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- please explain
DrLiz - One of the clearest paths to enlightenment is
self-awareness.
DrLiz - Self-awareness is deeply rooted in awareness of what's
so. Many humans rationalize situations, or resist finding what's
so.
Rosie Tara - What's so...?
DrLiz - The deeper we go with what we are feeling, the closer we
are to what's so, otherwise known as reality. And since wherever we go, there
we are ...
Jo - Dr. Liz what do you mean by what's so?
DrLiz - And since WE and the God-source are one
....
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - maybe you could give an example to help explain
this...
DrLiz - What's so is reality, without any rationalization or
intellectualization about it.
Rosie Tara - What's so = Reality...Liz?
Rosie Tara - Thanks, Liz
DrLiz - Each person, take a moment, and identify something that
happened recently, about which you feel very, very good.
Jo - Dr. Liz thanks
DrLiz - The deeper we go into self-awareness, the closer we
connect to the Source of the Universe, which many people call God, and others
call the Universe or the Field.
DrLiz - Whoever has an event, and who wants to share, do so.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - so enlightenment is accepting reality?
qv - I helped a
student of mine finally understand a math concept
DrLiz - DZP, not accepting, no. Enlightenment is feeling the
underlying energetic of bliss in the music of reality, of what's so, regardless
of what is happening.
DrLiz - qv, that's a great example,
let's work with it.
Rosie Tara - I felt very good and happy when I saw for the first
time my new grandson' face and appearance on videoclips
and fotos...
DrLiz - qv, what did you feel, when you
helped your student understand the math concept?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - maybe qv situation will
help me "get it"
qv - I felt like a million dollars because we had been trying
for a long time
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - (qv-KUDOS!!!)
Marge - ditto DZP!
DrLiz - qv, what does feeling like a
million dollars feel like, to you? What are the positive emotions of feeling
like a million dollars? Is it accomplishment? Or being of service? Or fulfillment? Or happiness? Or ... what?
DrLiz - Or even, completion of something long worked for? Or
pride in your student? What ...?
qv - Being of
service and accomplishment too
Rosie Tara - qv...I know how you feel /
felt !
DrLiz - qv, anything else?
qv - a sense of
pride
Marge - qv ... wouldn't it have
been 'all of the above' that you listed Liz?
DrLiz - qv, pride in yourself, or pride
in your student, or both?
qv - the 2 of
us feeling one with the universe if you will
DrLiz - Any aspect there of "finally getting it right"
after all this time? :)
Rosie Tara - Liz, it is an overwhelming feeling when you finally
make your student understand
DrLiz - qv, yes, there is a very
powerful connection, when understanding is truly reached. :)
qv - affirmative
Jo - Being a computer teacher I think what qv is trying to maybe say is that you feel warm inside your
heart that you could help someone understand
DrLiz - So what we've done is start with the event, in qv’s example, of feeling great that a student has
understood a concept ...
Rosie Tara - True...Jo
DrLiz - It could be anything ... it could be RT feeling great
that another grandchild has been born ...
DrLiz - And we've gone deeper. We've looked into the positive
aspects of the "feeling great."
DrLiz - qv, were you feeling them, as
you/we were identifying them?
qv - yes, it
felt like re-living that moment once again and the joy my student felt
DrLiz - qv, what was happening to you,
as we did this process?
DrLiz - qv, it also felt to me, that
you were elevating into the oneness ... I believe you even mentioned it,
"feeling one with the universe" ... Yes?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - brings you very "into the moment"
DrLiz - So although more things happen when we do this process,
several things definitely do ... one, we elevate spiritually; two, we approach
the oneness; three, we learn more about what positive aspects in events are
important to us, to bring us joy; and lastly ...
qv - Yes that is exactly what I was feeling. As I was
re-enacting the period of time when this began to that moment of successful
bliss I felt elevated for sure
DrLiz - as we learn more about ourselves, we approach bliss.
Rosie Tara - qv....those moments are
the highlights of a teacher's life, aren't they?
DrLiz - Most of us fear learning about ourselves, we have a
resistance to it, we pass it over, or give it short
attention. With this process, we learn about ourselves, and elevate towards
oneness and bliss at the same time.
DrLiz - RT, we all have such moments in our lives, not
necessarily just in a teaching venue.
qv - you better believe it Rosie, that's what keeps me going
in this profession
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - what about situation in which you feel the opposite..a "bad"
moment?
Jo - qv- you are correct on that
one
DrLiz - It is a wonderful thing, to keep a journal of Positive
Aspects ... to go through your day, and identify the things you feel best
about, and inquire into them more deeply, to see what are the feelings behind
the initial or overall feeling of "great" ... doing this, helps us be
very empowered by the Power of Positive Aspects. :)
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - good situations are easy to "relive" and
elevate from
Marge - Great Idea, Liz!!!
qv - Ditto
Marge. That was magical
DrLiz - DZP, what's interesting is, when you concentrate on the
events or situations about which you feel good, and identify their positive
aspects, and write them down, the Universe pays attention, and gives you MORE
of them ... where attention goes, energy flows.
Rosie Tara - So true...and sooo hard to
do...!
Liz2 - RT - you said it - takes some serious
practice.....just like staying in the moment!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr. liz- thats right...focus on what you
want more of
qv - One step at a time until it becomes a habit but it
requires discipline and well worth the time
DrLiz - At the highest level, at the level of enlightenment, what
is there, is bliss. Joy. This process is one relatively easy way to get to
experience that.
DrLiz - qv, precisely!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - awesome
DrLiz - qv, did you notice, that at one
point, you transcended your rational mind (the mind where judgment is), and
just were in the feeling of it all?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - thanks for sharing/explaining...now i get it!
DrLiz - (DZP, not quite done yet!)
Rosie Tara - How does one ignore all the negative personalities
around you and focus only on the positive?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - ok..im
listening
DrLiz - The ... shall we say ... BLISS of it all?
qv - Are you
reading my mind? Ha, ha. Yes I did notice and for once in a long time I'm
finally learning how to let go of all the mind chatter and be with the flow
DrLiz - qv, precisely. It's delicious,
isn't it? LOL!!!!
DrLiz - qv, re: reading your mind, I
have been told I do that ... LOL LOL LOL!
qv - Right on!

DrLiz - RT, it's a choice of perspective, and it takes practice.
Rosie Tara - I can transcend myself, too...but the reality
doesn't go away
DrLiz - All, it's time now for the healing chat ... actually it's past time ... so ... let's start!
suzy - Hi
everyone! I am sorry I can't stay. We are leaving early in the morning for Mt
Rushmore and I have sooo much to do yet tonight.
Today is my cat Jasmine's 2nd birthday! I wanted to please ask you all for
special prayers over this weekend that my furkids
will all be safe and ok while we're gone. Please say extra prayers for Boots
who's creatinine was at record highs last weekend and
she's going to be boarded at the vets this weekend to ensure she has daily
fluids and proper nourishment for her kidney ailment. Please also pray for Misha who will be home, but she has high urinary ph and
crystals that I hope will resolve soon. Thank you all from the bottom of my
heart! If there is anyway to communicate to my furkids
that they'll be ok and I'll be back Sunday night or Monday morning to see them
I'd be soooo grateful. I will report back on the next
chat. Thanks again and have a good night dear friends!
Rosie Tara - I know Liz, Thanks!
DrLiz - Suzy, good timing, we're just about to do the prayer
session!
Marge - Liz ... this is similar to a Gratitude Journal,
isn't it? ... although deeper, I;d
say
suzy - Thank you! That is wonderful timing!
DrLiz - All. . please choose a name that works for you, to represent the
Divine or what is Sacred to you. (Marge, yes, it is like the Gratitude Journal,

Presence here with us now ...
DrLiz - We ask you to give us all the Grace and Power necessary
to be your instruments in bringing healing energy to those who are requesting
it now ... Those in our Basket of Blessings ...
DrLiz - All ... before me is the Basket of Blessings ... please
take a moment now, and beam the palms of your hands towards your computer
screens, setting your intention, that the Power and Grace of the Names go to
those in the Basket before me ... breathing in and out as you do so ... feeling
totally in-filled ...
DrLiz - And it is so.
