Dr. Liz - I went 'cause it wasn't raining where I was when I
started driving there and there wasn’t any voice mail message letting me
know it had been cancelled … it all worked out tho’
... it's so funny, I just show up, and I'm a magnet for money for animal
charities ... someone else who didn't know the event had been cancelled showed
up, decided I was a representative for the Animal Orphanage, and handed me a
check for them! LOL!

Dr. Liz – An example of what I’d like, is to receive a call to tell me an event I volunteered
to help with has been cancelled! LOL! They did announce it on the radio, they
said, but I don't listen to the radio, so that form of communication doesn't
work for me. I looked on the web-site, but nothing was there. Putting something on their web-site is
DEFINITELY a form of communication that WORKS for me! LOL!
Geri - but with the weather being so very changeable lately

she is sometimes peeing in the house. Specifically the

breathing when I walk, ... then I start to breathe

Garfila - Just last night I was listening to a healing CD by
Steven ............. and I said to my self, Does this really do any good ? Concsciously/sub-consciously

Of course I don't know for sure.
Andy & Bec - I walk twice a day with my dogs and definitely feel
better for it

lot, so bringing a new being into my house doesn’t feel
“fair” to either of us.
Garfila, sound is a very powerful healer. It
can also be a very powerful agent of sickening, too. So it depends on the sound
and on the listener. But mostly it
depends on the sound.
Garfila - I listen to it every night before bed for the last 2
years or so

Dr. Liz - Don Campbell's Mozart Effect CD's are powerful
healing CD's, too, in various areas, including Increasing Intelligence,
Healing, etc. So is The Tao of

Dr. Liz - The music we listen to, the sounds we make ... all
of it is important. There is some music which resonates extremely high on the
consciousness scale, and which will elevate us by our very exposure to it. And
some music or sounds resonate quite low, and will affect us in a quite
discordant way.

have blockages in certain areas and the stimulation doesn't work for us until

Tibet. Not only do I like listening to it, but my cats and the animals of my
friends like listening to it. They just sit thee and listen.

Geri - very calming and peaceful, soothing
Dr. Liz - RT, yes! A dear friend of mine who is a roofer gave
me a copper porch roof and the sound of the rain falling on that roof is

that one. I have "Rhythm of the Chakras" and I very much enjoy that
one. It truly DOES excite the different chakras, all of them! I love dancing to it,
different moves come forth for different chakras. I’ve used that one at workshops,
to let people dance to it. It’s wonderful how people just start to MOVE
to the different chakra areas … low down and around with the first
chakra, high up and mostly on tip toe with the 7th …
there’s no ‘announcement’ of which chakra the music is for,
but people always feel it. Very fun.

Sharon - Not so bad as Floyd 1999 ... that was the worst for us,
here now 27? 28? years. Very old home, solid stone,
brick kitchen floor ... flood comes in, flood goes out, I clean up and we are
among the very luckiest of those affected. A blessedly lucky
homestead.

floods in 18 months now, haven't you?

- Yes, last spring, then this ... really roughest for those
right on the river. Some floods affect the creeks/ streams
more, others the riverbanks. Water is a very dynamic medium!

flood pictures ... these were of animal rescue situations ... yes, water IS a
dynamic medium!

Geri - I love the beach anytime of the year but mostly early
in the morning when there are very few people there and u can just zone out and
become one with the ocean and the waves and all that is around u
Dr. Liz - I've been in sail boats that have been tipped over
by waves ... even a catamaran, once, and they're not supposed to be easily tipped!
Dr. Liz - It's a pretty amazing sight to see a wave suddenly
form itself and realize you're going over.

much fire ... our natural lands are sooo out of

Dr. Liz - A major storm came up, it was really too big a
storm for our boat to be sailing in, but we were already out in the Sea. The
Dutch equivalent of our U.S. Coast Guard came by and ordered us off the boat,
ordered us to abandon it. But the captain, whose father owned the boat, said
he'd be dead either way ... dead because his father would kill him for wrecking
the boat if he abandoned it, or dead because he was trying to get the boat
safely back. He chose the latter, it felt the safer
option to him.

Dr. Liz - So he asked who was willing to stay on board to
help him crew, and I volunteered. I
was in my twenties at the time and pretty naïve. But after I volunteered, the other 3
guys on the boat volunteered, too. So the Captain of the "Coast
Guard" boat had to accept that we wouldn't abandon.
RosieTara - Is that a so called " seamen-story",

Dr. Liz - We just made it. We were inches from being
completely smashed to bits up against concrete breakers. The captain did a totally heroic
job. He was only a couple of years
older than me, too, he was in his late twenties. Amazing sailor.

Dr. Liz – Like I said, I was too naive at the time to
realize the full extent of the danger. I have tended in my life to be a little
reckless anyway, mostly because of ignorance!

throughout that one, eh?

wasn't afraid. I may have been the only one that wasn't. Everyone got sea sick

help them pass along ... slipping awa from what then

beginning, while learning to go into the silence, it helps to be in a silent
place. In that way, the silent place helps us to meditate into the silence. But
eventually, we want to get to the point where WE can meditate our environment.
Then, we bring the silence WITH us, and we can be anywhere, in the silence.

Andy & Bec - Thanks Sue. It is so quiet-our backyard backs up to 2 acres of
woods. The chair is from my deceased father in law and I really feel close to
him when I sit in it. He was a great and gentle soul.

soul" very much with me, is Tanuka, my canine
companion who left his body in October.
Andy & Bec - I think but not quite sure my last dog that died at 16
is reincarnated in our new dog Lita.

shows and his teaching materials.

is his compassion. I also love that

resistant, in the exploration as to why, 6 nodules were discovered on her
thyroid. The nodules were recently biopsied and test
