Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - this is what I do...Im using my cat...who has energy issues in the throat at the moment
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I use my fingers in her energy feild, I kind of massage my fingers into the energy and "feel" the energy between my fingers...
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - when it feels right i grasp this negative energy and I pull it out...and it feels elestic-like...so there is resistance as I pull, like removing a stuck piece of gum
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - then it feels like it snaps to my fingers and now I have it...and I throw it away...I do this several times until the space feels clean
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - then I make an energy snowball - full of light & Love, and I pack the snowball into the area thatI just cleaned

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and as I do this, I explain to Zoe to let go, I will help her remove, then as I replace I tell her to feel the Love filling her up

Dr. Liz - Jane, in Dee's case, we know where the problem area is. In some cases, one doesn't know. So in such cases, where one may not be sure, one can run one's hands just above the physical body to feel the energetics there, and let one's hands be called to whatever spot the body wants help with.
Dr. Liz - By "just above the physical body", I mean along the entire body, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch away from the body ... moving in the energy field without physically touching the body.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- I used the same technique the day after you taught me on my father, he pulled his back and asked me to help him...funny though, as I worked on his back, his nose started to run...and it cleared his stuffy nose too...so it really does go where it is needed anyway..

Dr. Liz - As I said in the Chat'N'Pray announcement, I was very deeply moved by the official announcement of the total extinction of the Yangtze river dolphin.

Marge - I'm SO sorry to hear about the total extinction of the Baiji dolphins!
Dr. Liz - I started to cry when I saw the looks on the faces of the U.S. representative to the multi-country effort to try to find the dolphins, rescue them, and move them to other safer waters, when they came back to land and said they couldn't find any ... not even one.
Dr. Liz - And I felt, well, we could feel over-whelmed ... and we could also decide to consicously DO something, every day, to show the planet that we care.
Marge - oh, that is just SO sad
jane - It just sems like most people these days don't care if a species becomes extinct or not - they have so many other problems to deal with - they call it evolution - and that we cannot help it - but they usually do not relate it to man and what we have done to the enviroment
Dr. Liz - So I figured to start a conversation to share ideas about what people could or would do, to nurture the environment daily ... or some aspect of the environment, daily ... For me, in the past almost two years, I've turned my back yard into a small sanctuary ... and I tend to it and/or the animals in it, in some way most days when I'm home.
Dr. Liz - A small example: I put a bird bath in my back yard. The birds have found it and thoroughly enjoy it. So I keep it full and clean for them.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Here at my ouse to we make all our choices for our outdoors based on the environmetn andthe animals..i spend HOURS weeding on my hands and knees b/c I will not use chemicals
Dr. Liz - Another example: I talk to the fruit trees.
Dr. Liz - Dee, GREAT one! I do the same thing for the same reason, here.
Marge - I don't use any pesticides or chemicals in my yard, and I leave the black currants on my trees for the birds, and I always have water out for the birds.
Marge - I also set a salt block out for the deer.

Dr. Liz - Part of my back yard has small, land-scape stones in it ... greens grow through it ... and when I realized that the birds and the rabbits and the chipmunks eat the greens, I stopped pulling them all, so the animals can eat them.
Dr. Liz - The animals have made their own schedule of who eats when ... very harmonious of them!
Dr. Liz - Marge, you recycle all your food garbage, too ... you put the refuse in your gardens, don't you?
Marge - I give my Love and Gratitude to Mother Earth every day. I feel that our prayers for people all over the world to be more conscious of Mother Earth will keep reaching more and more of them.

Dr. Liz - Marge, I meant to ask you when I was in Calgary, how do you separate your foods, to know which you put into the wooded areas and which you don't ... I've been on the Internet looking at composters and I feel to know more ...
Dr. Liz - Dee, all food, or just certain left-overs?
jane - I have 8 birdbaths in my backyard and I clean them out no matter what every day and put fresh water in them - I notice on weekends that so many birds use them. There are days that I do not feel like doing this at all - but I made myself do this - especially in the morning before going to work - it takes 10-15 extra minutes -
Marge - Liz ... the doe here (remember you saw a young doe and a young buck here?) ... well, now I have a doe with 2 fawns. They're adorable !
Marge - Liz ... absolutely no meat or bones, and no potato peelings. Those go to the dump
Dr. Liz - Marge, yes, I do remember the doe and the buck ... hey, they're a family now! How sweet!

Dr. Liz - Jane, I've noticed that one bird, a robin, acts like he owns the bird bath ... he bathes and bathes and bathes and hops around and scares off other birds until he's absolutely good and ready to leave the bird bath and let others have it ... it's very funny! :)

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I when we bought this house it had a dead/dying dogwood tree, so we replaced it with an apple tree for the deer
Marge - Liz ... lol, guess they have their pecking order too, eh?
jane - There is very limited recycling here in Louisiana as compared to the San Francisco Bay Area in California where I lived for 27 years.....but I recycle what I can - people still throw away aluminum cans here
Dr. Liz - Jane, yes, I can see how 8 bird baths would take a while ... what kind of baths did you buy? Mine takes a while to clean ...

Dr. Liz - Dee, so ... another good idea ... plant a tree that we know animals (or birds or insects) will enjoy ...
Marge - Liz ... your yard sounds absolutely gorgeous! ... no wonder the animals and birds Love it
Dr. Liz - Here, I have one large fig tree (for the bees and me) and two peach trees (for the squirrels and birds and me).

jane - Some are plastic - they are the easiest to clean and I hope that are OK and not harming the animals - most are concrete (I found a scrubber that will get the algae or mold out without using any chemicals -
Marge - the birds here absolutely clean off my black currant bush in the fall
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - jane- if you put 3 fresh cut sprigs of lavendar into the birdbath water, it prevents the slime
Dr. Liz - In the several years I've been here, fruit is rarely ever left on the ground ... the animals and/or the insects take care of all of it.
jane - I guess it is concrete or cement - any ideas on the best types of birdbaths to use - I love watching them - they are so joyful - and it has been so HOT here lately...

Dr. Liz - Jane, it seems to be the shape and the location that matters ... I've noticed a very wide variety of baths that birds say they like ...
Marge - Yes, I've seen on the news that your areas have been in an unbelievable heat wave!
jane - This is so funny - if I haven't cleaned the baths or I forgot to - I believe that the Universe positions me to a place where I can see some bird trying to take a bath in the dirty water - I will always immediately run outside and clear them out and put fresh waer in them. The birds definitely let me know!

Dr. Liz - I had an electrician come and put an above-ground GFI outlet near the bird bath so I can plug in a rock waterfall I put on one side of the bird bath ... the birds love it ... they land on it first, then go around the side, and then get into the water and start drinking, bathing, and playing ...

jane - For the last couple of months - I have been going outside and just thinking really hard - COLD WEATHER, COLD WEATHER - I see SNOW here, etc. and I swear - up until the last week, the weather her has been pretty mild for the season - I just have to remember to keep doing this!

Dr. Liz - Marge, they say they like things that remind them of nature ... rocks especially. They also say they want something that isn't under anything else, so that they can keep an eye out for any predators. And they want something about 4 to 6 feet high, relatively close to the bird bath, for them to fly to when their wings are still wet so they can dry off a little more and enough to fly their normal heights.

Dr. Liz - We're talking about things we can do daily to help take care of nature and the environment, in our own lives, daily ... we're sharing. At the moment we're talking about bird baths in our yards.

jane - I would love to have a running fountain - sometimes if it is too hot, I will put ice cubes in the water - of course, that doesn't last too long. I am Louisiana.
Dr. Liz - So in addition to the rock water fall, I put river stones on one side of the bottom of the bird bath ... they love it. It makes it time-consuming to clean, because each river stone and the fountain are to be cleaned in addition to the bottom of the bird bath itself ... the birds are clearly in ecstasy with it.

jane - I meant I live in Louisiana - I was distracted as my cat Sunny just had to urinate on my clean clothes on the bed.....it is so frustarting.
Dr. Liz - Jane, we've had 90 degree weather here, so some days I'm filling the fountain up several times. I do have concerns sometimes when I'm not here because it dries up.

Dr. Liz - Dee, have you used one? A solar bird bath? My house would do great with a solar anything, the back yard gets full sun most of the day.
charlene - Are the solar fountains expensive? i would like one for my rose garden
jane - The weather has been in the hgh 90's with heat index of 105-108 - I feel so mcuh for all of the animals who are left outside - someetimes without shelter - I let me dogs stay inside on these days.
Marge - I found out this am that you can get a solar panel that will heat a horse's water trough all winter
jane - Dr. Liz - the baths fill with leaves after a day - I really have to clean them out every day.
Dr. Liz - Marge, even a CALGARY winter?
Marge - yes, I have friends who are going to use one this winter, ... it will be interesting.
Dr. Liz - Charlene, I didn't feel so. There's a WBU (Wild Birds Unlimited) in Cherry Hill, not too far from you. It's on Kings Highway near where Kings Highway intersects with Route 70, across the street from the Genuardi's at Ellisburg.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - I do not have one yet...since the house is still kinda new for me..and other projects have come up first, i do not yet have a spot with full sun to put on yet
Dr. Liz - They have the solar bird baths there.
jane - I will also look into solar - depends on the price - I pretty much cannot do anything else right now - have to use what I have. I used to buy some kind of "natural" thing that would clean out the algae/mold - whatever it is - but have since found a hard wire brush that will get it all and make the birdbath as good as new.
Dr. Liz - I mean, the solar bird bath fountains. :)
Dr. Liz - Jane, I'm using a good, stiff brush, too, along with a power wash attachment on my hose. Works great!
Marge - Liz, I met a couple from Oklahoma who have lived here for 2 years and are sad to be moving back to Oklahoma ... they said they were told the winters would be tough here, but they felt they were surprisingly mild

Dr. Liz - I had a Jaccuzi brand ... when I bought it, I thought it was a 5-person tub ... but I figured out very quickly that it was really a 1-person tub with 5 seats! What fun I had!
jane - I write a lot of "letters to the editor" of the local newspaper (circulation around 75,000 ) to try to raise the consciouness of people regarding animals - I think I have touched a couple of people....and that makes it worthwhile. I always give the animals point of view.

Marge - I just sent off letters to our members of parliament in Ottawa (our Federal Gov't) to update our animal welfare legislation! It hasn't been updated since the 1800's!!!

jane - A couple of months ago, I was walking down the sidewalk at work and always look for interesting things to pass the time - I saw a little bird witting on the electrical wire - and I swear, the bird got my attention and then did a "back flip" on the wire - I had to stop and think about this - and when I tell people about things like this - they start to pay more attention to that little bird sitting up there.

jane - When I walk my dogs every night - many of my cats follow - the neighbors get a kick out of it - and say they have never seen cats that smart - or they ahve never seen anyone "walking" their cats before!
Dr. Liz - Marge, from what I’m reading and being told, there’s apparently a world-population-reduction plan being implemented. The plan is to eliminate 3 to 4 billion of the world's population in the next 10 years. Decision-makers implementing this plan feel the world is too populated. This is a part of that plan.

Dr. Liz - Jane, I feel a schism ... the consciousness is both rising and lowering at the same time, and a schism or separation between the two layers is getting wider and wider.
Dr. Liz - At one end, we have the light-workers ... and at the other, those involved in dark substances and behaviors.

Dr. Liz - The impact of this is, the two groups rarely meet up with each other in daily life ... they only "read" about each other, if at all ...
jane - I can see that, too - there are people around here that I can naever imagine will have any caring for anyone other than themselves.....
jane - so when we advance into the new dimension or density, these people will not advance, correct??? or am I getting too far out here?
Marge - we can pray that the 'light-workers' will outgrow and out number the others
jane - and that is the job of the light workers - right? to try to help raise the consciousness of as many as possible?
Dr. Liz - Jane, I don't know. I'm told that those who get to resonate very highly, will just disappear one day, leaving the others behind. This may be true, it appears in several wisdom literature references. Also, from the point of view of the holographic universe and multiple … almost infinite … parallel realities, it sure makes sense. As one resonates (or lowers) perhaps a part of this is moving between possibilities of realities.

Dr. Liz - David Hawkins in his map of consciousness, lists the resonances of each level and how many beings below that level are impacted ...
jane - is this like the Mayans - they just sort of disappeared?
Dr. Liz - One example, 10 avatars (if we had ten on the planet) resonating at 1,000, would affect all of humanity ...
Dr. Liz - Jane, many believe the Mayan culture fell apart because of a major climactic change. Which may be why this planet may experience trauma, too.
jane - How many Avatars are there? What's an Avatar - I ask embarassingly?
