DrLiz - I keep hoping to do them. I schedule it ... and then it gets late, or I'm tired, or I decide I want some "me" time ... LOL ... so they get postponed. I have it on my schedule again for this weekend ... :)
QV - Awesome. I wasn't sure if you were doing this work or if someone else was helping you out. No worries.
DrLiz - I also have the last E-Newsletter to edit and post to the web-site. It's one of the best I've done ... :) So altogether it's about 4 or 5 hours' work.
DrLiz - I would LOVE to have someone else help with it! Except I've found that by the time I've explained to someone what I need to have done, and then have checked their work ... well, it's faster to do it myself! :)
QV - I know what you mean. Delegating isn't always the best practice

DrLiz - What I know to date about the Wigmore living foods/live foods fast, is that it includes wheatgrass juice suppositories, enemas, and a lot of blended green drinks.

DrLiz - bsnit, I've gotten very adept at the Burroughs Master Cleanse fast. I've done it now 3 times. I finally "got it right" <grin> the last time, April '07 into early May '07.

DrLiz - I have a Green Star juicer. I like it but it's hard to clean. How is the Champion, to clean?
QV - Really easy.
bsnit - pretty easy .. comes apart very easily
DrLiz - bsnit, I did the Master Cleanse for 24 days. I finally figured out, after a lot of research, that one is to do that cleanse until one's tongue returns to a healthy pink. It took me 24 days!

DrLiz - I've been looking into composting I'm feeling a little uncertain about the best way to do that. Plus people I've spoken to say the composting piles and/or machines start to smell, and to put them away from the house ... and I don't have the room in my back yard for that. So I continue to research it waiting for a solution that feels correct.

Dee& Zoe - well....we got a little purr back, her coat is amazingly shiny and soft, urine is still clear - not a touch of yellow to it, so I don't think too much progress with the kidneys yet, though fluids are better - no emergency dehydration
DrLiz - bsnit, yes. I'm really lucky that my Mom was such a great cook (so was my Dad, his specialty was soups) and also both were very creative at preparing colorful meals and serving attractively. So I do it, too. Except of course, theirs were primarily cooked. And mine now are raw/living foods. :)

DrLiz - Dee, she's showing me her internal organs. She's saying her digestion has improved, and so has her elimination. Have you noticed anything in these areas?
Dee& Zoe - though i did notice that after the week of taking the thuja- her ears (which have always been quite dirty) are amazingly clean!

DrLiz - Marge, PSP is a product that's come to my attention recently that's amazing and seems to help both people and animals ... I first sensed it in some animals and then started to take it myself ...
Dee& Zoe - and her #2 is looking good too, not too runny as it has been
DrLiz - Dee, she says her entire digestive tract is calmer and she's repeating that her digestion has improved.
QV - where does one get PSP?

DrLiz - The very first thing I noticed is a change in my skin, which started to improve even in the first few days.

DrLiz - Dee, she says her throat is better and her eyes aren't feeling as strained or stressed. Gee, did she ever admit her eyes were stressed before? I don't remember her saying that ...

Marge - Wow, that PSP sounds like an amazing product!!!
Dee& Zoe - dr liz- no she didnt' last time at the vet they saw starts of cataracts
DrLiz - Deanna, I take it in water. 1 scoop, at the moment, 3 times a day. The protocol suggests 1 scoop for 3 days to start, then 3 x a day for 3 months for “serious” issues, and then 1 scoop a day for maintenance.
Deanna - i got it from Dr. Khalsa for the dogs
Dee& Zoe - so dr liz- she does fel the effects of the psp then- how wonderful
DrLiz - Marge, it is. Personally, I am amazed by it ... again, I found out about it from some animals I sensed ... and it all unfolded from there.

DrLiz - Dee, she feels them, definitely ... and she's very specific about how she's feeling them. This is wonderful information she's sharing. <grin>

Dee& Zoe - zoe is siting right here...she must want you to know how this is hellping her- so you can use it to help others
DrLiz - I've been taking it now for a few weeks, I've finished my own "self-test" on it, and I'm very comfortable recommending it to people now for themselves, when indicated, and when indicated, for their animals
Dee& Zoe - she's not the bigest fan of taking it though...lol...but we get it done
DrLiz - Dee, I have that strong sense, too. She's being very detailed so that we can have a log to help others. :) Bless her!

DrLiz - The first thing PSP seems to do, is balance the digestive tract, which helps the body assimilate nutrients better, which of course helps everything.

Dee& Zoe - I wonder if this has anythiing to do with how she feels, but she recently changed the "spot" she lays in- to a totally new chair in the house...hmmm- like no longer in her "sick" chair

Dee& Zoe - dr liz- i thought the move to the new chair might mean something...her attitude is lighter now...she's very interested in bird watching now too
DrLiz - Dee, yes, that's what I've come to recommend. I've experimented with putting it in and on food, too, it seems to work that way too ... but it seems to work better separately, in water, before food.
DrLiz - Oh, Dee, I almost have tears of joy in my eyes, that she's doing so much better!

QV - speaking of birds we had a hawk sit on our deck ledge today for at least 10 minutes. I took many pictures
Dee& Zoe - that was the easiest way to "get it into her" she rejected food that I put it on or in
DrLiz - Dee, I LOVE THIS!!! She KNEW it wasn't best for her, to take it in or on food! HOW WONDERFUL IS THAT!!!

DrLiz - For me, for example ... playing with children and animals, choosing, preparing, presenting, sharing, and eating raw foods/living foods ... making a loving, compassionate difference for animals and their people ... walking dogs ... talking to friends ... looking at beautiful things ... sunsets ... and more ... singing ... music ... feeling a cat's purr or a dog's contentment or a horse's whinny or another animals gesture of happiness and contentment ...

DrLiz - So the first question to ask one's self, and to gather answers for, is "What specially delights me?"
DrLiz - The second question to ask is, "What would I love to experience TODAY?"
bsnit - delights me - definitely any animal friend/person .. movies, jogging, .. the more i think of htis the more i realize how much i truly love animals
DrLiz - So, ask yourselves, what WOULD you love to experience TODAY?
bsnit - animals delight me and i experienced them at hte vet's office

Dee& Zoe - funny Dr Liz- i recently had a similar experience..i ordered t-shirts for a client-with 3 week lead time...they were printed wrong, and although i was promised that they would be re-done in time...I sensed a problem..and I told myself that "I will fix it- all will be ok"...I set out to do that...and I found another source to help my print 125 t-shirrt in less than 24 hrs!...But i told myself "I will get it done" and the improosibe-became possible!
DrLiz - Plus for people who want to give them as gifts (say for the Holidays) if someone wants to buy 10, as gifts, they get an 11th free for themselves ... :)

Dee& Zoe - Dr Liz- I was in such a bind- but i took control of my emotions, stayed calm and assertive about fixing my problem...I think that made all the difference...like I almost accepted the challege- and created "the answer"
