Suzy - I am hoping all my furkids will become healthy thanks to the prayers. This is the first time I've prayed for my chinchilla Chloe. She's making noises now while we're chatting (very unusual). She has barely eaten in 10 days and I'm worried.

Dr. Liz - When I first moved to New Jersey, I joined the neighborhood bicycle group ... which was a great idea, until one day, someone decided we all start to bike to the various ice cream parlors, one parlor per ride ... which is when we all started to gain weight! TOOO funny!!!
Suzy - An hour hot air balloon ride at sunrise! I was scared but it ended up being wonderful....like how a bird must feel.

Suzy - I was afraid of running into power lines Rosie Tara, but fortunately the winds were mild and all went well.
Marge - I'm not comfortable with heights either, but it sounds great!
Barney - What is tonight's topic, I am not sure how long I can stay w/ you all tonight. This is my 1st time, I tried once & got cut off by a lightening storm!

Dr. Liz - Suzy, the first time I went hot air ballooning, we got blown way off course and ended up landing on this lady's estate in her flower gardens ... and the lady came running out with a shot gun, prepared to blast us! The Captain was so scared, but me being somewhat fearless, I told her it was all a mistake and we promised not to pick her flowers ... which for some reason she thought was funny! So she relaxed and put the gun down ... The Captain told me later than he had gotten into a legal squabble about coming down in the middle of a road in a neighborhood somewhere and that he was still really upset about the whole thing …

Suzy - LOL Dr. Liz! They made us sign a release promising not to sue them if we got arrested for landing on private property, etc. How funny!
Dr. Liz - The topic tonight is the Experience of Resonance ... it's a process I figured out years ago, that allows us to alter the energy of anything that has been giving us emotional or mental trouble.

Dr. Liz - Marge, what the captain was worried about was, she was waving the shot gun around and he was pretty sure she didn't know how to aim it too well ... now me, I was sure she knew exactly what she was aiming at, remember I was raised on a farm and my Dad taught me how to shoot pretty young, so I figured she was just sighting her targets!

Dr. Liz - Well, let's see, the experience of Resonance ... a way to start working it, is for everyone to pick an event (not too long, mind you) that is or was an experience of suffering, that you're having trouble resolving in your mind ....

Suzy - Could it be an event such as my losing my Gracie last year?
Dr. Liz - So, people, pick an event, and key in JUST A LITTLE about that event ... or, whoever wants to "play" tonight (meaning, be the guinea pig for the others! LOL!)
Suzy - My heart broke taking my 1 year old Gracie to be euthanized.
Dr. Liz - You're looking for something which when you think about it, causes you to suffer ...
Rosie Tara - Suzy...I know ..it is terrible
Suzy - It makes me cry whenever I think of it. The worst thing I've had to do.
Suzy - I think Misha still mournes her also.
Sharon - Simi cat terminal with cancer, desperately needed euthanasia ... called vet, waited and waited all day for call back. They lost the message ... I called again near closing, said stay open, I'm bringing him in. I have trouble releasing the seeming unnecessary added hardship of the handling of the care.
Marge - why I didn't kiss my Cozon goodbye when I found his body

Suzy - I'm so sorry Sharon and Marge. That is so hard.

Dr. Liz - The way the Experience of Resonance works is, one finds another way of looking at the situation, a powerful way, that elevates you beyond the suffering, or at least neutralizes the suffering.
Marge - that was 4 1/2 years ago now, and I'm okay with most of it, ... but that is something that still upsets me .. why I didn
Barney - Give us a simple example please
Dr. Liz - Marge, take your situation with Cozon. You're a very spiritual person, and you've been around us for several years now ... you would have inherently known that Cozon's essence energy was no longer in his body. So it may not even have occurred to you to kiss his body, because you knew HE wasn't there.

Dr. Liz - Marge, when you let that sink in, how does it occur for you, now?

Marge - much easier; I've gone back and kissed the essence energy of where his body was
Sharon - When we hurt, God is in the hurt; we have our comings and goings in the body of God.
Dr. Liz - Marge, and you can just as readily feel/think/love Cozon, and kiss YOURSELF, setting the intention, that you are kissing Cozon ...
Barney - Liz, that explaination you gave makes a lot of sense
Dr. Liz - Since the two of you are so connected spiritually ...
Marge - I love that Liz .... setting the intention
Dr. Liz - Barney, there is ALWAYS a higher resonance in everything. And when we find that higher resonance, we feel much more peace, on the situation, whatever it is.
Dr. Liz - Which is why I call this process, the Experience of Resonance. Clearly, it dissolves the resistance we feel, about our mental or emotional reactions to a situation.
Rosie Tara - How does one find it..the higher resonance, Liz?
Dr. Liz - All ... the way you know you've FOUND the higher resonance, is how quickly the conversation of suffering disappears ... it if goes away quickly within a minute or so, you've found it.
Dr. Liz - RT, I've found that when you do your best to look through spiritual eyes, knowing there IS a higher spiritual resonance to every situation of apparent suffering, then you're more likely to find it. Although it
Marge - Liz, it did for me... as soon as you explained it for me. Thank you!
Dr. Liz - ..ooops ... although it's not always easy to find it on your own, sometimes it's easier in a group who have set a high intention.
Dr. Liz - Marge, in your case, I "saw" it right away ... the higher resonance, I mean. You are most welcome!

Suzy - I have much to learn still. I'm not sure how to find the higher resonance. I know Gracie must have had a higher purpose that only God understands....that's the only thing that brings me any peace.
Dr. Liz - Barney, what is the precise conversation of suffering?
Dr. Liz - Suzy, is Gracie at peace now?
Barney - frustation, sadness, that I can' physically enjoy the things I love to do, ie dancing, biking...
Suzy - I believe she must be in heaven and at peace. I get the feeling she visits Misha in spirit though since Misha will sometimes seek out places where Gracie use to lay down.
Dr. Liz - Barney, what can you do now, that you DO love to do?
Dr. Liz - Suzy, what would it take for you to feel more strongly about Gracie's peace now, than your sadness that she is gone?
Suzy - I wish I could have some reassurance she's ok.
Barney - I am back to work now, so I can still work w/ youth
Dr. Liz - Suzy, once they drop their bodies, they go through processing, and after processing, they are ALWAYS okay. More than Okay, actually.
Dr. Liz - Barney, do you love working with youth?
Barney - yes
Dr. Liz - Barney, :). What would it take now, for you to feel more strongly about being able to work with and contribute to youth, than to feel longing for physical things you may not be able to do just yet?
Suzy - I hope the processing is over since it will be one year on Sept. 30 since she left this world. I would feel better if I knew I'd see her again one day.
Dr. Liz - Suzy, processing rarely takes more than six to 8 weeks.
Marge - (Suzy ... I've had a couple of sessions with Liz where she communicated with my Cozon and my Sherman from the other side after they crossed over ... I asked the questions and they answered through her ... this gave me great comfort and I KNOW they are doing great! )

Suzy - That is wonderful Marge! That must be so comforting to have made contact and to know they are happy!
Rosie Tara - Marge, Liz....I love to contact Rosie one day.....is that still possible after 2 years...?
Marge - Suzy, I share my experience with you ... it may be something that would give you great comfort too.
Dr. Liz - RT, there aren't any time limits. I've had animals who've crossed over decades ago, be reachable.

Marge - RT ... it's 4 1/2 and 5 and 1/2 years for my Cozon and Sherman ... and I was just thinking the other day that I would like to arrange another session with Liz to communicate with them
Suzy - That is so good they can be contacted after years. My Missy has been gone 10 years now and I miss her so much.
Dr. Liz - So, Suzy, the question is, can you focus on Gracie's peace now, instead of any pain that she's dropped her body?

Barney - Just knowing that my unconditional love for them is more important in the scheam of things then biking dancing etc...

That the influence of the physical limitations as you have adjusted, has allowed you a fuller concentration for the good you are doing for the youth?

I don't know how I would have ever coped with loosing Sherman and then Cozon if it hadn't been for you. I'm so comforted now knowing that I will be with them again one day, and that they are both doing wonderfully.

Dr. Liz - So, Barney, when you realize that Grace is leading you, and you realize that with your renewal there is also now a renewed sense of adventure in your life, can you realize that sometimes things need to be taken away from a life in order to make room for fuller, even more wonderful things, that we may not even yet be aware of? And when you feel that way, about your situation, how do you now feel about it?

Dr. Liz - Marge, the idea is one I've known about for a long time, decades even. And I've changed my name before ... my nickname for the first 20 years of my life was "Forrie", a diminutive of my middle name, "Forrest."
