Knowing that everything carries the spark of God, and that all is connected through this all pervading energy. God in his/her wisdom has created everything, and the dark has its place as well as the Light. When you came down from the higher levels and took on the challenge of duality, you were aware that you would be called upon to experience all facets of it. This you happily accepted as part of your Love of God. Now we find the true key to happiness, the one that opens all other doors. The knowing that God walks with everyone on their journey, even if they deny it. Knowing that you are never forsaken regardless of how far you merge with the dark.

Elizabeth - Frequently, one is distressed with an individual, e.g., a person, who appears to be a source of 'trouble', or 'negativity.'
Elizabeth - The "blessings" process, changes that energy, usually very quickly.
Elizabeth - Let's talk everyone through it.

Elizabeth - First, look to see if there is a person or a situation, that appears to be causing you grief or trouble at the moment.

Elizabeth - Next, find three things that you absolutely believe are totally good, totally admirable, something you can totally appreciate 100%, about the individual or the event.
karenamarc - Yes
Elizabeth - ... or the situation.
Elizabeth - The energetic here is, the three things you think of, MUST be things that YOU are 100% in resonance with ... you absolutely cannot find ANYTHING "wrong" with any one of the three things ...
karenamarc - One can always find something wrong, Liz.
Elizabeth – Karen, <grin>, keep looking!  You’ll find something that you feel 100% about!   I'll share an example. Many years ago, when Guidance was first teaching me this process, I was having difficulty with a particular individual. I searched and searched, and still couldn't find anything that I could be 100% about, relative to this person.
karenamarc - Such as nice hair gets frizzy!! LOL
Rosie Tara - Thats what I thought ,too Karen.
GirlyGirls - Nope, for once, I can say I can't find anything wrong with the three things I thought of. . .that's very good for me
Elizabeth - And after a lot of searching, I found things I absolutely value ... however seemingly 'small' ... that were so, with this person.
Marge - same here, GG
Elizabeth - #1. He took showers daily and was clean.
GirlyGirls - LOL
Elizabeth - #2. He obviously brushed his teeth every day.
karenamarc - Oh, boy
Elizabeth - #3. He tied his shoe laces neatly.
Jules - Hmmmm I'm still trying to think of one for my sister in law.....grin

Elizabeth - And that was it. That was all I could find, at the time.

GirlyGirls - Now Liz, if I for instance, find good things about my current desperate financial situation, and I find things that are good about it, that doesn't mean I keep it around cuz it's so lovely, do I?
Elizabeth - Each of these three things, passed my 100% test ... I VALUE being clean (esp. in an office work environment) ... I VALUE clean, nicely smelling mouths and breath (again, especially in a work environment); and I VALUE someone who dresses neatly, including tying their shoe laces well, again, especially in a work environment.
Rosie Tara - Well it is all a question of priorities, or?
GirlyGirls - I'm a little confused, is there another step?
Elizabeth – Rosie, it’s a question of energetics,  a question of resonance.  So what I did this this was, I wrote the person's name and these three things on an index card ...
Jules - core values, interesting on many levels
GirlyGirls - I should say I found things that were good AROUND it. . does that count. . like no work means lots of quality time with Pinky and Fannie. ..
Elizabeth - And every time the "thought" of that person came into my awareness, I pulled out my card, read the person's name and read aloud the three things on the card. Then I made myself think of something else.
Elizabeth - And what happened is, in about 3 days' time, the person "SUDDENLY" changed. It wasn't HIM of course, it was ME ... I was BLESSING him, and he felt it, and he changed totally towards me.
Elizabeth - The energy of BLESSINGS is one of the highest we have. It's higher than gratitude.
Rosie Tara - I wrote my 3 things down already and....looking at them works....WOW

Sher - That sounds similar to something I read about, using images...when i feel like someone is angry with me, or me with them, and i want it to change, i imagine giving them pink roses until my thoughts are no longer angry
