Marge - Hi all!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr. Liz before the caht starts
can you sense Zoe ...we have a
big problem here
jane -
hello everyone
Dr. Liz - Hi, Marge! Hi, Jane!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i think we need a one on
one chat with you but til then...
Dr. Liz - DZP, what's going on, from your viewpoint?

Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - zoes behavior (peeing on
carpet/bed has gotten her "banished to a section of
the house where she is mostly alone all day....
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i wonder if she knows why
she is "alone"now...her
behavior is "out of control"
jane and scarlett - logged on. - from . using

Dr. Liz - DZP, she says she's okay with that.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - so she'd rather be alone than with
"the rest of the family"?
Marge - (good color, jane and scarlett)
Dr. Liz - DZP, she says she's annoyed.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - she peed on my bed the other night...WITH ME IN IT!?!!!
Dr. Liz - Hi, Jane! Welcome back "with" Scarlett!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - why is she annoyed?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i do get that...i dont know why
jane and scarlett - I had to switch colors - and well, scarlett
should be scarlett, right?
Marge - that's what makes it a great color for you! lol
jane and scarlett - thanks - this is the first time Scarlett
has joined me in my room for the chat.
Dr. Liz - Jane, LOL, well, of course! :)
Dr. Liz - DZP, what's changed, lately? She says she's just totally
annoyed and quite literally p-ssed
off at you.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - hi marge&jane
scarlett
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - what did i do???
Liz - Mickey has joined me for the chat and this is my first
chat with all of you
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - we moved into a new home...but this i explained is a happy place, where all in it are happier
(but i guess not her)
Dr. Liz - DZP, she says she's been doing this now for a few
months. She says someone else there is mad at her, too.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - he daddy is very angry with her behavior
Marge - Liz, wonderful to have you and Mickey with us tonight
Dr. Liz - Welcome, Liz. We talk a little first, before the chat
topic gets started, and then we do the prayer session.
Marge - Great chat topic tonight!
jane and scarlett - welcome, Liz and Mickey!
Dr. Liz - DZP, she says yes he is. And she's really mad at him
that he's mad at her. She says she didn't choose what's
going on now, it was chosen for her. And she doesn't like
it.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - we wan ther to be happy and
do all we can think of to help her get that way..i can not understand the peeing..it isnt getting through to
me..i asked her to show me in a different way...but i guess she cant
Dr. Liz - And she's mad at you because you're siding with him,
she says.
Liz - Mickey has been very sick with serious scratching and
itching what is causing it?
Dr. Liz - Liz, we do one at a time. We're doing DZP now.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i try to explain that if
she stops inappropriate peeing ,
we will not be mad a t her
Marge - Liz, is Mickey a cat or a dog?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i explained that this new
house was needed for happiness and freedom, that
we did not have oin the appartment
Liz - Sorry thank you for telling me
Liz - Mickey is a six year old male Bichon
Dr. Liz - DZP, she says it's big and drafty and she doesn't
like where her litter box is.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - is she willing to try and make this situation better?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i will talk with you and
her one on one for specifics tto
what we can do, but is she willing to try?
Dr. Liz - DZP, she told us what she feels is wrong, they usually
don't share that unless they're a little bit open.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - this could be why her diabetes is out of control too
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - ok....
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - andn her blood pressure is
high...and she seems to "hate" her sister Phoebe
Dr. Liz - Well, she's surely feeling stressed. Inappropriate
peeing is a sign of diabetes being out of control, too,
btw.
Dr. Liz - She's really stressed.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - right..the
peeing made me check her diabetes in the first place
Marge - DZP... does sound like a one on one asap, eh?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i know, but tell her i am trying, i love her adn i want to make this work for
all of us
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Marge- yes and i am going
to do that

Rosie
Tara - Hi everybody
Dr. Liz - DZP, call me or email me. We'll set something up.
Marge - Hi GG and RT!
Dr. Liz - HI, STarla! HI, GG! Hi,
RT!
Liz - what is he allergic to?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - great liz,
thank you and I thank everyone else for your patience here
:)
GirlyGirls - hi phone just rang brb
Marge - Hi Starla
Rosie
Tara - How is everybody ?
Dr. Liz - What is he eating?
Marge - DZP ... we always want to help
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - marge-thank goddness for you guys...i really
needed hellp tonight
Starla - Hello everyone. Just want to let you know that after
a sessoin with Liz last Friday,
Mr. Daisey is almost up to his old shenanigans!
Cheryl
& Suve - Liz, I took
my cat (with the thyroid problem) to a holistic vet and
he changed him to chinese herbs and took him off the meds that were making him
sick
Dr. Liz - DZP, this IS a great group, isn't it! We are all very
blessed, that we have each other!
Marge - (DZP .. we'll pray for you
and Zoe tonight)
Dr. Liz - Starla, thank you, how sweet
that you've shared this!
Marge - Wonderful, Starla!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - marge thank you
Cheryl
& Suve - Last chat
you talked to him and let me know that it was the neds
for sure that were causing him to throw up--these new herbs
are seemingly working very well for him, we g for a thyroid
checkup in 2 weeks
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, that's great!
Marge - Great news Cheryl!
Rosie
Tara - DZP, forgive asking...how is your Zoe?
Liz - half dry dog food called solid gold and we make the other
half
Cheryl
& Suve - Thank you
for talking with him and getting me the understanding about
what was wrong...I think were headed in the right direction
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- just getting the ray of hope from you (and Zoe) tonight inspirs me to continue
trying
GirlyGirls - I cannot stay on long. . .will
be back for prayers and healing. . .in and out, travelling
on weekdend much to do.
GirlyGirls - That's wonderful Cheryl!!
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, it feels like you are. I'm really glad it's
working out for you both!
Cheryl
& Suve - Funny thing
is that from the stress of the Move (yes, me and DZP bought
a duplex otgether) he's been having stress issues, and was breaking
out in sores on his face and the hair would fall out
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - RT- poor is upset with me and she behavior has us upset
with her...not happy around here, but Liz sensed Zoe
and hopefully we can resolve

Dr. Liz - Liz, what's in the part you're making?
Cheryl
& Suve - the doctor
told me to give him Colostrum
in his food. When it wasn't working he made me make a paste
out of the powder and water and apply it right to the sores--within
24 hours they were all gone--and some of them were pretty
large
Rosie
Tara - DZP...all the best ....I am sure with time things will
be better
Cheryl
& Suve - ey have not come back either and that was only a 2 weeks ago
Marge - DZP.. I'm sure you will on the one on one.
Liz - veggies, fish, whole grains, rice we try to vary it
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, that's useful information. I hadn't heard
of someone making a paste out of colostrum
before. Yes, I can see how that would work.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz- the paste was like magic
Cheryl
& Suve - Liz, it was
a miricle how fast it worked!
Dr. Liz - Liz, have you tried dropping the solid gold and just
doing the home-made?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - theh same vet put Zoe on Silicea for an abcess in her face, that 3 ruond
of antibiotics and teeth pulling could nott
resolve..the homeopathic remedy worked
in 2 days!!
Rosie
Tara - Wow!
Liz - we used to do that but it didn't help
Dr. Liz - DZP, who is the vet and where does the vet practice?
Sounds like a name I'd like to know. Either key it in here,
to email me, would you?
Dr. Liz - ooops. I mean, "or" email me.
Starla - would the colostrum work
for a"allergic
reaction" sores?
jane and scarlett - Dr. Liz - I know this is not a private session, but can
you sense at all how Scarlett's
mouth feels? she is not eating much at all - and she DID come into the room
tonight - she is usually outside and comes in later.
Cheryl
& Suve - Liz, that
holistic vet is Dr. Buchoff and
he's in West Paterson NJ--about
10 minutes form where we live

Cheryl
& Suve - I'll go get
his number--brb...
Marge - Liz .. do
you try to buy organic?
Dr. Liz - Liz, usually animals who are allergic to food, and
I sense this is what is going on with your animal, are allergic
to additives and/or grain products first; then any beef
products second.
Dr. Liz - Hi, Allison!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- same vet as cheryl
Allison - Hi Dr. Liz
Marge - Hi Allison
Dr. Liz - So adding rice or any grain really, or beef, or any
additive, are potentially a problem.
Rosie
Tara - Hi Allison
Cheryl
& Suve - Dr. Gerald
M. Buchoff, Holistic Pet Care,
86 Lackawanna Ave. #306, W. Paterson (973) 632-2483
Dr. Liz - Hi, Allison!
Allison - I feel very welcome ;)
Cheryl
& Suve - Hi Aliison
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - the interesting thing about zoe,
which cheryl brought to my attention,
is that zoe has gained wieght recently...he
strugggled to keep her at 7.5
...now feels great at just over 8 and holding it
Liz - Marge the dry food is organic but the veggies are not
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, thank you!
Marge - Allison, that's because you are! LOL
Rosie
Tara - That's great DZP
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - RT- but strange since liz says she's so stressed
jane and scarlett - Scarlett just screamed - like
she bit down on something and it hurt her - but this was
out of nowhere - she was not eating anything......
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Allison, this place is very welcoming...we're like
a family here
Rosie
Tara - DZP..there
always something positive in the negative...!
Cheryl
& Suve - He's a little
flaky...lol...but he knows his
stuff. Right now my 17 year old, PJ is getting chiropractic
adjustments as well
Dr. Liz - Jane, is this about the same time she screamed two
nights ago?
Marge - Liz, ... my horse loved carrots,
but unless they were organic, he'd not eat them, lol
jane and scarlett - yes - but at that time, she was eating...
Cheryl
& Suve - Marge--I recently
switched my cats to a raw food and veggies diet--PJ won't
even eat dry cat food anymore--he turns his nose up at it!
jane and scarlett - I mean - at that time, she was physically eating food...and
it was like she bit down on something that hurt her...she
is not eating much..
Rosie
Tara - Marge, our Kalle eats everything...LOL
LOL
Marge - Cheryl ... PJ has good taste, lol
Allison - My dog eats everything too..she's a mutt, and when people ask we say she's a collie/billy
goat mix
Cheryl
& Suve - I was shocked
Marge...he always ate that food until I switched him--its
like he knows it better for him and wont touch the other
food. I don't even give it to him anymore
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - allison...lol
Marge - RT, Allison, LOL, LOL
Rosie
Tara - Allison...LOL
Dr. Liz - Jane, I'm getting that it's related to an organ somehow.
Cheryl
& Suve - I was actually
proud of him when he did it!
Dr. Liz - Allison, that's cute!
Dr. Liz - Her mouth and an organ.
Dr. Liz - All, we're beyond time for the chat topic to start.
Our topic tonight is on Letting Go.

Dr. Liz - Does everyone here have an understanding at least,
that letting go is important?
Marge - Jane ... sounds like a one on one with Dr. Liz and
her SCIO might be the answer
Rosie
Tara - Love that, Liz
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, nice color!
Cheryl&Suve - sorry guys, there was so much green in the room : )
Marge - Absolutely!
Dr. Liz - Marge, yes!
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz...letting OUt and letting GO
Rosie
Tara - Kind of...
Rosie
Tara - C&S...green is the colour
of Friday....
Dr. Liz - In East Indian thought, there is a phenomenon known
as a samskara ... a samskara
is anything that has left an imprint, a strong imprint,
on the mind. Usually of course we want to Let Go of (i.e.,
'erase') the imprints of things that cause suffering or
emotional stress or strain. But really, we ultimately want
to let go of ANY imprint on the mind, so that the mind is
clear, and free, like a lake with no ripples.
Marge - RT, example would be if I hear of something tragic
and I feel upset for that person, animal or situation,
.. I pray for them and let it go to the Universe
Cheryl&Suve - Today me and Dee addressed a family situation that has
been brewing for years, and finally we let go of our anger
towards the situation and adress
it with the energy of love and we had a wonderful and productive
talk to day with positive result for the future
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, this is great. So how did you and Dee "let
go of your anger" .... share, would you?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz...that is interesting...to let go of alll so we are clear...i never considered
the second half of that
Marge - Great Cheryl!
Rosie
Tara - Interesting, thanks Marge
Rosie
Tara - Cheryl...that sounds very good
Cheryl&Suve - Talking amonst ourselves in
"anger" we recognized as unhealthy and we could
feel the weight of it. We addressed physical ailment that
we felt were attached to the situaion and realized that if we wanted to release ourselfs of the ailment we had to release the anger
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - you go THROUGH anger...and get past it...calm down
and readdress the situation more clearly and find a productive
solution

Dr. Liz - DZP, yes, we sometimes feel we are to "keep"
the "good" ones ... but still, that infers a judgment
about a thought or an emotion, to have an idea of what IS
"good"! LOL!
Marge - wow, Cheryl, good for you!
Marge - Hi Sara
Starla - I've found that one of the best ways to "let
go" is to practice daily meditation.
Sara - (quiet entrance - evening all)
Cheryl&Suve - today felt so positively productive
Dr. Liz - Have you all noticed that thoughts especially those
of suffering, repeat?
Dr.
Liz - (Hi, Sara!)
Marge - Yes Dr.
Liz, how they do!
Rosie
Tara - True, Liz
Allison - yes they do
Dr. Liz - And when they repeat, they can create "ruts"
in our minds ... it gets easier and easier to think them,
and to have them repeat, as they DO repeat.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - the repeat until you notice them and do something about
it...ignoring them does not make it go away
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - God helps those who help themselves
Rosie
Tara - it can be very painful , too
Cheryl&Suve - I've noticed that people who feel like "victims"
are always feeling reoccuring
of suffering
Starla - these thoughts create a "negative loop"
in the brain
Dr. Liz - And then, have you noticed, that sometimes they'll
link with other thoughts, also of suffering of course ...
and then THOSE repeat, and or the connection of the one
to another, gets made, and a link gets started ... have
you noticed this?
Dr. Liz - DZP, ignoring them, truly, does NOT make them go away!
Marge - Starla, the meditation ...
Plus 'the letting go'
Cheryl&Suve - Any problem that you do not address is a problem you
still have
Dr. Liz - For how many of you, do the thoughts occur as sentences
or sentence fragments?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and by addressing the problem, you always learn something..usually something about
yourself that can make you a better person
Rosie
Tara - Liz...more in pictures than sentence structures
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Liz- a sentence usually isnt
enough...i can go on for paragraphs....lol
Sara - for me they are scenes from a play
Dr. Liz - RT, good, for you, it's pictures ... for DZP, it's
paragraphs ... for Sara, they're scenes from a play ...
For me, they're sentences or sentence fragments, sometimes
linked to images ...
jane and scarlett - sometimes I cannot address the problem because I have
no solution - and I can't seem to forget it
Marge - ditto on the last few ... sentences, scenes from a
play, etc.
Dr. Liz - This morning, a way ... a totally new way ... came
to me, to let them go. Let's all try it. Are you game?
Cheryl&Suve - I feel weighed down
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - and emotiionally weighted
Cheryl&Suve - I'm all in!
Allison - I'm game
Marge - Absolutely
jane and scarlett - sure
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - yes Liz
Rosie
Tara - Ready
Starla - I'm in!
Dr. Liz - What I had been doing, and still do, every evening,
is a meditation, to imagine all such things leaving me from
the back in the form of vapor or smoke, and having the space
vacated, by filled with Divine Love.
Dr. Liz - But something new came in this morning. Something
we can do right then and there, as soon as we catch the
thought(s) or image(s) or pictures.
Dr. Liz - So first, choose a sentence or an image ... LOL ...
or a paragraph!
Dr. Liz - One that you'd like to Let Go
of. It can be one of suffering. Or if you're really venturesome,
it can be something wonderful.
Dr. Liz - If you like, you can key it into the Chatroom. But you don't have to. Does each of you have something
in your mind's eye?
Allison - yes
Cheryl&Suve - yes
Starla - yes
Marge - yes, I do
Rosie
Tara - Yes
jane and scarlett - yes
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - yes
Sara - yes
Dr. Liz - Okay. You've all heard of stone rubbins,
yes? Where a piece of paper, special paper, is put over
something, and it's rubbed, and the image or the sentence
is transferred to the paper, yes?
Dr. Liz - oops. stone rubbings.
Starla - yes
Marge - yes
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - yes
Cheryl&Suve - yes
Allison - yes
Rosie
Tara - not really...sorry
Dr. Liz - Well, for now, imagine a paper that not only accepts
the transfer, but also has adhesive properties, to literally
pull up the image or the sentences or paragraphs, so that
they are no longer on the surface they once were on ...
perhaps the surface of your mind!
Liz - no sorry
Rosie
Tara - Maybe i do know....
Cheryl&Suve - Like silly putty!
Dr. Liz - Put that piece of paper over the sentence or the paragraph
or the image in your mind ... and rub
until you've got the whole thing transferred onto the paper
... then pull it up, like separating velcro,
and toss it out of your mind to the right. Quite literally,
throw it away!
Dr. Liz - Chery, yes, silly putty
on a newspaper image is a GREAT analogy!
Dr. Liz - Because it pulls the image completely off the newspaper!
Dr. Liz - Or with silly putty, you don't have to rub, all you
do is press it on, and the image and the words come right
off the paper and onto the silly putty!
Dr. Liz - How many were able to feel the sentence or the image
or the paragraph disappear?
Rosie
Tara - Liz...if I throw my image away...the problem would
still be there...not solved..
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i used feelings...and i was able to get rid of those negative feelings
Dr. Liz - RT, then throw away your
THOUGHT of the problem, too. Because it's only a problem
if you think it's a problem. Otherwise, it just is.
Cheryl&Suve - Rosie--it has to be something you are willing to "throw
away" and rid yourself of
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - i asked zoe here to do it with me( i hope
she was able to do it too)
Rosie
Tara - What about the others involved?
Marge - I threw away a good one that left me with a second
thought of not so good ... so now I have to throw this one
away too, yes?
Dr. Liz - One of the things I threw away today, I had some residue
left over, the whole thing didn't
go the first time. So I imagined taking sand paper and sanding
away the parts that were left in my mind, gently, until
the entire surface of my mind was smooth and clear.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz-can animals do it too???
Allison - It's only a problem if you think it's a problem...wow..never thought of it like that
Dr. Liz - And in one of the things I threw away, it had gone
deeply, so when I pulled it out, holes were left in my mind
where the tendrils had dug in like roots. So I filled the
holes were the roots were, with love.
Dr. Liz - DZP, yes, they can.
Starla - I removed a negative reaction to a reoccuring situation
jane and scarlett - How does a problem of dealing with a neglected animal
at work go away? If I wipe the thought away with my mind
- does her neglect go away?
Allison - I didn't realize animals held onto feelings like that
Dr. Liz - How many took something good, and threw IT away?
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - can you sense if zoe did this excersice with
us here tonight....then we can all know that we can help
out animals with this technnique?
Marge - Wow Dr. Liz, that's fantastic!
Rosie
Tara - I can do this for myself....but the "others"
still involve me in their suffering...
Dr. Liz - Jane, your judgment of the neglect goes away. Then
you are in a much more resourceful place to help.
Marge - I did
Dr. Liz - RT, then throw away the idea
of the limitation that "others" still involve
you.
Cheryl&Suve - and a clear mind will always produce better ideas than
a clouded one
Dr. Liz - Marge, how did you feel, when you thew away something positive? I did that, too, and I was totally
amazed at what happened.
Rosie
Tara - Oh Liz that would be FREEDOM pure
!!!!
Dr.
Liz - Cheryl, precisely. Because a clear mind is fed from the
Sacred Universe.
Dr. Liz - RT, precisely. :)
Marge - Actually, a residual? was left with a not so good
one. However, I did it again and got rid of that one too,
.. now it feels good
Dr. Liz - All, do it again, and throw away something you hold
as positive.
Rosie
Tara - I AM FREE NOW!!!!!
Dr. Liz - Marge, I was amazed at how much lighter I felt, how
elevated I felt, how open!
Dr. Liz - When I threw away something I had held as "good",
I was transported to the space beyond judgement.
It's exquisite there.
Marge - Liz, that is so amazing... I will be working on this
as of tonight for the first time
Marge - .. besides
here and now, that is
Rosie
Tara - Yes, Marge , I will do the same tonight...
Cheryl&Suve - It feels like drawing a line in the sand and starting
from a fresh point
Dr. Liz - Marge, I had never worked on this before today, either.
This is totally "new" "stuff". Came
in this morning in my morning meditation.
Dr. Liz - I mean, worked on it this way.
Allison - Cheryl, what a great description
Dr. Liz - Cheryl, beautiful metaphor.
Cheryl&Suve - thank you Allison
Marge - Liz ... I was told this last night ... will email you
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - Dr Liz..funny
how the good memory of feeling came from within my heart...just
a feeling with a sentence attached..but
i found a physical place inside me where is was
Rosie
Tara - Nice Cheryl
Marge - Cheryl, that's beautiful!
Dr. Liz - And it felt so good I felt to share it with everyone
here.
Dee&Zoe&Phoebe - the newgative felling was
"hanging around" my head
Rosie
Tara - It this wonderful , to loose some weight....LOL
Dr. Liz - DZP, yes, one of the things I've found is, this practice
opens our heart.
