Dr.Liz - <grin> Well, she's sure telling her truth! She says the week has been a mix of her testing you and deciding for herself whether to release some of her stubborness! How do you feel about her viewpoint?
dee&zoe&phoebe - Dr Liz- you definately gave me great advise as to how to approach thhis whole thing...it has made such a difference in my level of peace..im sleeping SO Much better now
dee&zoe&phoebe - dead on!!!...she peed a few times and as a result i put her into a large cage (in the basement also, but she's not free to roam around))
dee&zoe&phoebe - and I didnt feel guilty!!!.what a lifted weight!
Dr.Liz - She also says she's looking at you differently, and that you KNOW that she's looking at you differently, that you've noticed this. She says she's beginning to look at you with a new respect. How do you feel about her viewpoint?

Dr.Liz - Allison, one of the funniest, was a lady from England who occasionally signed onto the Chat'N'Pray years ago. Her cat ONLY came into her computer room when she was on-line with us ... and then the cat would try to get so close, it would jump onto her keyboard. It was SOOO funny, because the cat would do this spontaneously and without warning and we always knew because gibberish would show up on the screen. TOOO funny!

Dr.Liz - DZP, the best way to explain what she did is, you know how someone can just come up to you, "present" their energy to you, with intention to elicit an acknowledgement? That's what she did, energetically. So I acknowledged her. :)

Dr.Liz - It's rather like wanting a smile from someone, an assurance that they know you exist and are there for you. That's what she wanted.

Dr. Liz - AND the theme is, we get whatever we TRULY "want".

Dr. Liz - And if we don't know what we truly want, we get that, too.
Dr. Liz - What we WANT, is co-created by the energetic of the feeling of each moment we live, along with our images and mental conversations.
Dr. Liz - And the way this works is, imagine you have lamp. A magic lamp. A lamp that when you RUB IT THE RIGHT WAY, will bring you anything you truly want.
Dr. Liz - Anything you ASK for.
Marge - Wow!
Dr. Liz - So imagine that you have the lamp in your hands. And you're rubbing it the right way now. And the genie appears.
Allison - do you mean you only get what you want in a spiritual way?
Dr. Liz - Imagine that the genie is much bigger than you are. But also, imagine that the genie looks like you ... just a lot, lot bigger, and with an air of total certainty about him/her.
Dr. Liz - This genie WILL do your bidding, and that's just the way it is. So visualize this genie appearing now, in front of you. This genie is YOURS to command.
Dr. Liz - And imagine that you ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE that this genie will do what you ask for.
Dr. Liz - Now, if you ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE that this genie will do what you ask for, what would happen inside you?

Dr. Liz - The genie in this metaphor is the Sacred Universe. And it is the Sacred Universe's JOB to give us what we ask for THAT WE ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE we can get.
Dr. Liz - The Sacred Universe IS the "I AM" Presence.
Dr. Liz - Now the link comes from the following ... pay close attention, this is major.

Dr. Liz - Anything ... and I mean ANYTHING ... that we say/feel, in the energetic context of "I AM ... <finish the sentence>" THE UNIVERSE WILL BRING FORTH FOR US!
Dr. Liz - The energetic context = the way we rub the lamp.
Dr. Liz - When we ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE it, it becomes manifest in our lives. Whether it is GOOD or BAD by human reasoning standards is interesting, but irrelevant to the Universe. It will bring us whatever we say/think/feel.
Dr. Liz - That we believe and that we use in the energetic in a sentence starting, "I AM".
Dr. Liz - Example: I AM one who brings peace to animals in a way that their behavior reflects to their humans that they feel this peace.
dee&zoe&phoebe - Dr. Liz- i have recently experienced just this...with Zoe,, for the first time I truely BELEIVE that our issues will be resolved positively..and they seem to be on that path already..i 1 1/2 weeks time!!!
Dr. Liz - When I "rub the lamp", every cell of my body vibrates with this "I AM" sentence.

Dr. Liz - We can do this in ways that may not serve us; or in ways that do. I'll share a lesson from my life, regarding THE EXACT SAME behavior.
dee&zoe&phoebe - amazing...i've been dealing with this issue with no luck for 8 years...just a change in attitude and in just over a wek results!
Dr. Liz - How many of you notice that you have little sentences appearing in your minds from time to time starting, "I am .... (finish the sentence)." They run themselves over and over.

Dr. Liz - For the past few months, I've had the thoughts ... follow me on this one, it's important ... "I am sitting too much." "I am not exercising enough."

Marge - Liz, I felt this late last night and again today, when I got super Excited about seeing myself holding the cheque in my hands!
Dr. Liz - The behavior that was creating this "observation" in my mental Self, was that I have been sitting on planes and trains and at computers and of course meditation a lot these past few months.
Dr. Liz - Marge, precisely!
Marge - (yes those little sentences appeared in my mind all too often)
Dr. Liz - Does it feel to you that the energy of the sentence, "I am sitting too much" is one of resonance, or one of resistance?
Marge - lol, yes it sure is!
Marge - oops, it's resistance

Dr. Liz - Well, for me, it was resistance. So of course, the energetic of resistance to what I'm doing was creating itself every time I had that thought.
Marge - but it keeps resonating over and over again
Dr. Liz - A few days ago, I caught that thought. And I said to myself, what is another way of saying this, that covers the EXACT SAME BEHAVIOR, and yet is in a conversation of RESONANCE that actually EXCITES ME (like I would be as I rub the lamp ...)
Dr. Liz - And the thought that occurred is, "I AM <notice the I AM> sitting and finally learning to relax! How wonderful!" And all of a sudden, all the tension around "sitting" left me, right then and there!
Marge - wow!
Dr. Liz - And now I frame "sitting" as relaxing better.
Allison - I would have never thought of that, but you're so right
reikiferret - If you hadn't, what might the result have been?

Dr. Liz - The little sentences we say to ourselves over and over ... the ones that start with "I AM" ... these are commands to the Universe, the Genie, the I AM Presence ... and they WILL be implemented, whether we REALLY think we want them or NOT!
Marge - that's fantastic, Liz! I felt that in my body!
Dr. Liz - RF, I would have created more resistance in my life.

Marge - this just makes SOOO much sense!
dee&zoe&phoebe - like saying I m sick and tired of ( fill in the blank)...you will feel sick and tired
Dr. Liz - So our opportunity is two fold ... to be conscious in each situation to create the "I AM" that we are in that situation as it arises; and to let go and let the Universe create the result.
Dr. Liz - DZP ... exactly. And also, you will be telling the universe that you want MORE opportunities to BE "sick and tired."
Marge - perfect example DZP!
reikiferret - I realized recently that I was wearing the pounds of having said "fat" to myself over wearing a few extra pounds.
dee&zoe&phoebe - so it would seem that in any situation, approach it as if you are holding that lamp, and how you ask for it...THAt wish will be granted...so be careful what you are actually saying...you will get it
reikiferret - But how to frame extra weight in a positive way?
Dr. Liz - RF, always start with what's so. And what's so would be in a sentence such as, "I weigh ..... pounds."
dee&zoe&phoebe - like teh movie BEDaZzLED...he got exactly what he wished for...but after he got it...realized he was wishing wrong
Dr. Liz - And a second sentence could be, "I AM that the Universe is supporting me in weighing ..... pounds healthily."
reikiferret - With the second blank being a better weight?
GirlyGirls - How about saying "I AM "x" pounds, and x pounds equals one's ideal weight?
Dr. Liz - One of the beautiful things that starts to happen when we have a spiritual practice and meditate, is, the Universe starts to create exquisite wishes and desires THROUGH us, often better than what we would of or could have thought of before. It is truly the meaning of being ONE WITH the Universe, the Divine Universe.
Dr. Liz - RF, a weight you believe.

Dr. Liz - For the Chats, an "I AM" sentence that's true for me is, "I AM that Guidance will present ideas and words that will be helpful, uplifting, and inspiring, to those who experience them."

Dr. Liz - DZP, like Aladdin and the genie, Aladdin asked and that was it. He trusted that the genie *a.k.a. the Universe* would grant it.

Dr. Liz - Aladdin didn't worry or even have a thought about HOW. He just asked and let it go.

reikiferret - I work with the man who talks about STRESS in The Secret. We teach that you must use statements you believe so that you are not in conflict over your statements, not matter how positive. Dr. Liz's statements fit that well.
