I'm considering an end-of-year message for everyone on my email list and I may use that picture in it. Only a few people have the "physical" cards that you all have.  Meaning, I sent “physical” cards to everyone on the Angel Wonder Powers Chat Team.

Dr. Liz - Marge, usually when a cat is difficult to hold, one wraps the cat in a towel or blanket, and another administers the deworming meds.

Marge - ... but must have been mistreated as very scared when I lift a hand to get his food if I have my other hand near him

Marge - Liz ... no chance of getting him in a blanket or towel at this stage
Dr. Liz - The tradeoff, Marge, is that he may be unwilling to come near you for a while after that.

Dee(&Phoebe&Zoe) - Marge- If you can find them, Pill Pockets...i'm not sure who makes them...but htey are treats that you can insert a pill into and seal it...my girlies loved them...never knew they were taking pills
Marge - RT ... I've wrapped it in tuna ... he loved the tuna and ate it but wouldn't touch the pill. Cats are too smart ... can tell when a pill's around , LOL

Dr. Liz - Marge, if you drop the mental thought that cats are too smart, and replace it with the mental thought that you've found the perfect, irresistible treat, you may have a different result ...
Marge - betbet, I'd say he's just over a year or so. Gorgeous, orange stripes and white bib and nose and paws and tummy

Dr. Liz - Resistance in medicating often comes from the medicator, not the medica-tee. :)
Rosie Tara - If he is so smart, why not just explaining to him the benefits of the pill...:)))

Dr. Liz - Marge, of course, you'll need to believe it ... and have stronger energy around the fact that you've found the perfect treat, than you have around the belief that cats are so smart and will locate a pill...you know how that works. :) :) :)

Marge - I never had problems deworming my Sherman, nor do I have any problems dworming Heidi, my neighbour's cat ... I know how to do it. Orange is just too wild yet.

Dr. Liz - I'm loving helping the back-yard Habitat create itself. A bird feeder here, a water-source there, a butterfly scatter garden over there, and so on. It tells me what it feels will help it unfold, and what it feels will keep it in balance. For example, the feral cats will keep the birds at a certain level; and the birds will keep the butterflies at a certain level; and so on. :)

Dr. Liz - Dee, well ... most of you know I was a competitive ball-room dancer for almost 12 years ... the man who was my dance partner, also became my life partner ... when we broke up about 7 years ago, I stopped dancing altogether. It was simply too painful for me to watch him dance with other women. We did ballroom dance, at a very high level, what is called a “Dance-Sport” level, such as what you see on Dancing with the Stars, although not quite as high as the pro dancers of course.  But definitely higher than the “Stars!”
Rosie Tara - As much as I miss this temperature for Christmas, but I woudn't have any winter clothes anymore...

Dr. Liz - And a few months ago, I helped this very dear (dance) friend with her dogs.  We made a valiant effort, but she called me too late, they both died from bad food.

Dr. Liz - And since I'm going to a “New Year’s Eve” couple dance, unescorted, I'm setting my intention that there are enough other unaccompanied men there, or men who are willing to dance with other women than their evening partner, for me to at least dance a fair amount of the evening. Usually in such situations, an unescorted woman doesn't get a chance to dance much, because the ratio of dancing women to dancing men is 10 to 1.

Dr. Liz - Sher, when you feel safe and sound and secure, where in your body are you feeling the safest? Relate it to your body. We can believe Marge's intention about deworming, because it involves physical activity on her part that she truly relates to.
Rosie Tara - Well...to be safe and positive , which simply means...being happy......
Dr. Liz - Also, Sher, can you recall at time, when you felt totally safe and sound and secure? It often helps to be able to recall a time that represents for you, what your intention, manifested, is ...
Sher - Hhhmm, u are all giving me good ideas
Dee(&Phoebe&Zoe) - Dr Liz- now that my girlies are gone...Champy now spends a lot of time in my side of the house
Dr. Liz - I've found, in studying Intentions and the setting of Intentions and who manifests intentions and who doesn't, that if we truly FEEL them strongly in our bodies, when we say them ... and have visual images as well ... they happen.
Rosie Tara - and....being able to see my life tasks and being myself
Sher - Rosie, yeah -- safe and secure and positive = being happy
Dr. Liz - Or if we have a powerful role model, of someone or some being, who lives that intention, and bring that role model into our bodies as we state our Intention, that's very powerful, too.

Dee(&Phoebe&Zoe) - GG- I was a bit overwhelmed- to say the least...Phoebe passed at hoome from cancer...she was diagnosed 3 weeks before she died...and Zoe died from renal failure......

Dr. Liz - Sher, "free ride animals" are animals who have been through, usually, six life-times involving some form of suffering in serving humanity ... on their 7th life-time, they are generally in a multi-animal home, and generally get to have lives of happiness, good health, and have as their job, sharing how and light.

Dr. Liz - So if we have awareness and wisdom about what really IS a threat, and what ISN'T a threat, but is perhaps masquerading as a threat, then we react with wisdom and not with fear.
GirlyGirls - I was struck by the realization that Pinky and I were always in communciation, constantly, aware of each other's thoughts, etc. . It was suddenly so quiet when she left. Still not used to the quiet.
