Andy - Thanks-I tried to get an appointment with her at Woofstock but she was filled up and it was sooooo hot. My dog(K-Cee) has two best friends next door and they are moving to England in 6 weeks- he does not know this I assume. I want Dr. Severino to ask him would he like another dog in the house with him. Thanks-he is here with me now.

Andy - Dr. Liz-He just acted differently a moment ago. I assume when you were talking to him. He would definitely get to choose as I will be adopting from a rescue and you can return if necessary. He does realize this dog would be living here-correct?
Dr. Liz - It comes to me to share, for several days I've had getting another car, specifically, a Subaru, on my mind. And today I got strong direction from guidance to go test drive a Subaru. So I considered dealers and went to one. I had a very specific and exact idea of what I wanted. And although I was originally told they didn't have that particular car, while I was there, they offloaded vehicles from a truck, and the exact car I wanted, was on the truck!
Dr. Liz - So I got it. I figure that was Guidance's way of telling me,
Dr. Liz - "Yes, do it."

Wolf - Hi Liz -Hi all - have been trying toget into the chat for 15 minutes!
Dr. Liz - At one point, the ELF waves in the dealership were so strong my brain got confused, I called a friend who came right over and "made sense of the numbers" which my scrambled brain couldn't decipher. Very unusual for me, 'cause numbers are very easy for me, but I got scrambled. So it ended up being great.
Dr. Liz - Wolf, something weird is going on. I've gotten kicked out of the chat room twice already.
RosieTara - What is going on today...very weird....
Wolf - yes RT - very weird!
Wolf - gee - you too?!
Dr. Liz - RT, I have a feeling that tests are being done energetically ... my sense of this, based on pure energetics, is that a lot of energies are being tested and sent all over the planet ... some of it feels like it's security related. Doesn't feel particularly friendly.
Dr. Liz - Meaning, I sense government energetics behind it, not just ours, but others as well. Military and/or high level security operations. that kind of energy.
Wolf - makes sense Liz!

Dr. Liz - extra low frequency electromagnetic waves. As humans we can't hear them or see them but sensitive people can feel them and everyone reacts to them. They confuse the brain. They're a very powerful form of war-fare that governments have known about since even before the Nixon administration in the U.S.
Wolf - Well - Andy - you picked a great one! not the usual - we do a lot of healing here! ;-) welcome!

Dr. Liz - Except they're not always emitted just for war-fare reasons or tactical reasons, they're a part of our "wave" environment now. But they always confuse the brain.

Dr. Liz - Wolf, the only thing I've found that works are stones and crystals and sometimes copper shielding, but one can do too much with copper.

Dr. Liz - Laura, the tuna/mercury thing has been around as a problem for decades. The best way to counter-act it is to make sure that one is taking supplements to detox from metals.

Laura & Furry Kids - That's what I figured, Liz. Now there's whole thing about mercury, and the bird flu, when it's all been around forever.
Dr. Liz - Andy, Marge, what is the difference between "light" tuna and "white" tuna?

Andy - light tuna I think is from a different part of the tuna and is light brown while solid white is albacore and more white in color

Marge - I meditate and pray every morning for about an hour (don't always stay as focused as I'd like to), and briefly in the evening. Something else ....

Dr. Liz - Laura, yes, the topic tonight is about spiritual practice, what is it, and why do it.
Wolf - I have been giving the crab apple to Snowy - he seems better - especially now that MP is home with him
Andy - I talk to my family members in heaven all the time and some even respond on rare occasione
Laura & Furry Kids - Because I can go along every day with ego, doing things I've already done - which get me nowhere - or I can choose to be united with the higher realm.
Marge - Wolf ... perhaps when you are calmer, your kitties will be too? The Walnut and Crab Apple should help for sure.
RosieTara - praying when walking
Dr. Liz - I do it because I feel more connected; my day shows up in a more balanced way; and because I feel it's time I'm specifically giving back to Creator.
Wolf - true Marge!
Dr. Liz - As for what I do, I do yoga, then sitting meditation, then chanting/praying.
Andy - My daughter does yoga also-she is only 10-also pray alot
Laura & Furry Kids - I love yoga! Have gotten away from seated meditation, just now starting again. It helps.
Dr. Liz - And frequently I receive special insights and even instructions, during my morning meditation. Like today, when I received clear Guidance to go visit a Subaru dealer.
Marge - Liz ... this feels like such an appropriate topic for tonight? .... when things seem to be going topsy turvey, becoming centred and connecting with the Divine, with God, is very important for me. ... as hard as it might be to do so, ... persistence!
Wolf - I have been having running conversations with the Divine - it helps me to feel better - and I do hear answers too!

Dr. Liz - RT, I bought one Pilates tape and it was, it turned out, a VERY advanced tape and I couldn't do the exercises! So I went back to yoga! LOL!
Marge - RT ... praying when walking is great too!!! Sometimes I find talking to God when I'm walking is easier because I seem to be able to put more emphasis on what I'm trying to say

Wolf - I am still in a learning phase now - and will be in this area for about another year and a half - until I can "clean up" things here - then move on - and I will be "based" in the west - I got west coast - and Hawaii - and "islands"...

Dr. Liz - Laura, tell them exactly and precisely what's going on, at least as much as you know. And start giving them 2 drops of the Bach Flower Essence "Walnut" daily in their water bowls or buckets.
Marge - sure Laura ... but in Liz's case, likely did tell her to stay with 'yoga'
RosieTara - Isn't it what you always desired to do, Wolf?
Wolf - also - I will have my healing center in 5 years - and I heard that it will be a place that people - and animals - will know to come there for healing of issues - there will be more people with me helping with the healing! awesome - huh?!

Dr. Liz - Laura, Marge, All ... I find sometimes Guidance speaks in "invitation" and sometimes in "command" and sometimes it makes things VERY clear by blocking one avenue and holding another one very open.

Wolf - also, Liz - the biggest issue that I came into this life to work on is TRUST!!!! do you remember that you had told me that a long time ago>?
Dr. Liz - Wolf, yes, I do remember saying that to you, many years ago.
Marge - Liz, I am too! It's absolutely intriguing at times, and sometimes even a bit scarey for me .... then I realize I must 'trust' 'trust' 'trust' ... and have patience Not always easy!!!
Dr. Liz - All, by way of explanation, Wolf served as my capable and enthusiastic assistant for five years!
RosieTara - Trust....an issue for everybody....unfortunately
Wolf - ;-) - I saw myself in a life as a healer - in Celtic - medieval times - I helped a lot of people - and worked with herbs and potions - I trusted my abilities but not where they came from........
Andy - I always prefer to trust until proven otherwise-sometimes not the smartest say
Marge - RT ... meaning to 'trust' in God, in the Divine, to take care of things for us ...
RosieTara - Marge...it is Not you...it is the world around you...experiences..and so on
Dr. Liz - RT, I'm finding that for me, personally, I absolutely trust some things and don't totally trust others. So part of my journey is to first become aware of what I trust and what I don't!
RosieTara - Marge, my trust in GOD has NEVER changed
Dr. Liz - And then to look deeply at the possible sources of the distrust, to dissolve or resolve them.
Marge - Andy ... yes, we all experience that don't we, ... but I still think better to 'trust'
Wolf - I had a very Catholic upbringing and was in doubt that my abilities were from God - so was killed as a witch! but the Guides would not answer the question in my head of how - they said not important to know - just trust that my "powers" are from only the Highest Divine Source!
Marge - Good point, Liz!
RosieTara - Liz, how can one dissolve distrust...
Laura & Furry Kids - Our discussion about spiritual practice seems to boil down to trust!
Marge - Wolf, maybe it's time to let go of everything in the past, and work on the now>?
