About Praying Effectively

Elizabeth shares:
"I have received so many requests on how to pray effectively both for general situations and for situations involving animal abuse, that I now offer this page for everyone."

A General Template for Effective Prayer

Elizabeth says:
"Prayer is a blueprint to create the world. Set your intention to create for yourself, the highest energy of purity of resonance that you can. Then when you pray and focus your intention on your recipient, you will bring the recipients of your prayer into your energy. In this way, you create an entrainment to a higher level of resonance and bring your recipients to the highest possible level of wholeness.

"We are most powerful in prayer when we ourselves are healthy and happy and vibrating at a high level."

The following prayer sequence takes 30 seconds. You may find it very effective:

1. Put the palms of your hands together.
2. [Say your name], I love you.
3. [Say your name], I respect you.
4. [Say your name], I thank you.

Repeat using the name(s) of your intended recipient(s).

Blessings,
Elizabeth

An Effective Way to Pray in Animal Abuse Situations

You've heard about it or read about it or seen pictures or listened to the cries, screams, or other horrors. You want to do something but don't want to add to the problem energetically.

Many of us have been working methodically and with a clear heart and mind, some behind the scenes and some openly, to bring animal abusers to appropriate justice ... to let people know that it just isn't acceptable to treat animals in inhumane ways. In addition to loving our animals, we truly believe Ghandi's statement that the moral fiber of a nation can be judged by the way its animals are treated. While honoring our personal principles of harmony, respect, love, compassion, and forgiveness, we also want to make a difference for our animals. We, along with the great spiritual masters such as Jesus Christ, the Dalai Lama, and others, acknowledge a distinction between forgiveness and condoning. Great spiritual leaders quickly and naturally forgive offenders' ignorance ... but this forgiveness is NOT to be confused with ignoring the consequences of or of condoning abusive actions. In the United States and in some other countries, the legal system is the vehicle for properly handling abuse. Frequently, this system needs prayer help.

Here is what YOU can do.

First, bring yourself into the greatest possible state, the highest possible resonance, of the intention of peace, love, and compassion for our animal friends' universal well-being. A powerful way to do this, is to bring into your heart-mind, an animal you totally love.

Second, bring this high intention of peace, love, and compassion for the animals' well-being, to the situation that has come to your attention.

Even if all you feel to do is a few seconds of deepening, YOU WILL STILL BE HELPING!!!

Next, pray in the following way:
"May the court systems make strong statements supporting the absolute legality of humane treatment of animals ... that animal abuse as ignorant as the perpetrators may be, simply cannot be condoned ... that convictions be declared and supported, that sentences be imposed, and that strong statements be made to those who openly, unrepentently, or in a cavalier manner abuse animals ... that they be apprehended, charged, prosecuted and convicted, that their penalties and judgements and sentencing be imposed and enforced, and that they be held accountable in secular court as well as spiritual court."

While continuing to resonate in the greatest possible state, the highest possible intention of peace, love, and compassion for our animal friends' universal well-being, your additional heart-felt prayer could be:

"May the highest good of animal well-being and strong censure of animal abusers, such censure to include but not be limited to changes in law as indicated, judgements rendered, convictions upheld, sentences imposed, and penalties and fines levied, come forth in grace and perfect ways. And it is so."

Blessings,
Elizabeth
