The Technology of Truth is Dr. Elizabeth's loving, compassionate, brilliantly intuitive, good-natured and frequently humorous synthesis of two powerful processes from two exceptional and gifted women. It is a meditative process, an inquiry followed by a reversal that goes deep into ourselves to experience our Truth, plus a resonance experience. The Technology of Truth can lead to a life of understanding and joy that is beyond description. Someone called it, "a spiritually charged cognitive energy therapy" approach, and this may be correct, since it not only undoes the negative conversations of the mind, it also elevates the vibrational level of the person experiencing it.

In any Technology of Truth session, doing The Work of the brilliant Byron Katie Owen comes first (www.thework.com). The Work is a powerful self-inquiry method. It is radical and life-changing and was featured in Time Magazine (December 11, 2000) as one of the truly new spiritual techniques of our era, offering "a pragmatic and simple way of getting people to take responsibitily for their own problems." Dr. Elizabeth has been facilitating The Work since 1997 and has helped people in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, Argentina, England, Scotland, South Africa, Australia and more both in-person and over the Internet.

The Experience of Resonance follows The Work in any Technology of Truth session. The Experience of Resonance identifies with compassion and clarity, the spiritual energies you may be working and how your unique personal suffering may be intended to strengthen you. The Experience of Resonance, an inquiry process originated by and named by Dr. Elizabeth, was inspired by the amazing Michaelle Small Wright's recounting of her life in Behaving as if the God in All Life Mattered. The Technology of Truth is independent of religious or spiritual belief system and requires no psychological acuteness, just a desire to end the suffering in your life. Sessions are scheduled in advance and usually last 2-1/2 to 3 hours. They range in price from $325.00 to $400.00, depending on the length of time of the session. Sessions are conducted in-person, by telephone, and over the Internet.
